This study compares the net effect of wearing different shoulder/arm armor systems on garment impediment perception and wearer acceptability. Two independent variables in this study were armor systems and shoulder/ arm movements. There were four armor systems of control garment and arm armor systems A, B, and C as well as five types of arm/shoulder movements, (shoulder flexion, should extension, shoulder abduction, shoulder horizontal flexion, and shoulder horizontal extension). Ten male volunteers wearing size medium battle dress uniform (BDU) with recent relevant military experience participated in this study. The volunteers performed shoulder/arm movements (while wearing each armor treatments) and completed the garment impediment perception as well as wearer acceptability scales. The body areas of neck side, shoulder top, and armscye front showed the highest frequency of reported impediments. Resistance to movement and localized pressure were the most frequently mentioned types of impediment. The armor system B had the most areas of impediment, and was rated as more restrictive than the control garment and armor system A for each movement. For wearer acceptability, no significant differences were found between the control garment and armor system A for all eight items; this indicated that subjects did not perceive a difference between wearing the control garment and armor system A. There was a trend for wearer acceptability to decrease from wearing the control garment to armor systems A to C to B.

The basic principles in the "Spleen-stomach theory(脾胃論)" sets up the phases and roles of spleen-stomach (脾胃) by establishing Earth(地 坤 土) and exposing the reality of spleen-stomach(脾胃) of human body which has its own shape and form with Heaven's reality exhibited. The meaning of Earth is based on the constant meaning of Earth in 'Earth Original-Earth as extended and stable ground(坤元一正之土)' giving form and shape, and Earth's movement with circulation, then exposes itself as 'Earth as plowing land(耕種之土)' concerning both the application of Five Phases and the physical characteristics of Earth. The Yin-Yang recognition on Earth is revealed as Yin Earth(陰土)-Yang Earth(陽土). Spleen(脾) was established as Yin Earth(陰土) and Stomach(胃) as Yang Earth(陽土). The seasonal assignment of Earth is Indian Summer(長夏), which is divided from Summer, and becomes Heat(熱), and the Yin-Yang recognition of Earth comes to be the meaning of the center and border. According to the Five Phasic recognition, it becomes Earth(土) and gets to be Dampness(濕) in accordance with Six Qi(六氣). 'Extreme Yin(至陰)' indicates Qi's status exposing the fundamental meaning regarding the role of creating, changing, and propelling Spleen-Stomach(脾胃) as a characteristic Yin Earth. Earth comprehends 'Four Courses(四維)' meaning, recognizes them as four parts of the 12 Earth's Branches(辰戌丑未) and the terminals of four seasons(四季之末), and has the meaning of the president of the change in four seasons. The theory of principle in the "Spleen-stomach theory(脾胃論)" stands on the basis of the 'Form Qi theory(形氣論)' and that of 'Upbearing, Downbearing, Floating, and Sinking theory(升降浮沈論)'. It manifests the theory of movement in the interaction between Form(形) and Qi(氣), and 'Qi Interior Form Exterior(氣裏形表)' indicates that Qi(氣) moves interiorly and Form(形) exteriorly.

We could summerize the concept of the right and left mentioned in Nai-Gyung and some literature of oriental medicine as follow At first the right and left is a directional right and left which implys left-liver-right-lung(左肝右肺), left-yang-right-eum(左陽右陰), secondly it is also the road of eumyang which implys man-left-woman-right(男左女右), left-blood-right-ki(左血右氣), left-sinsu-right-myungmon(左腎水右命門), and left-right of pulse. left-liver-right-lung(左肝右肺), left-yang-right-eum(左陽右陰) and man-left-woman-right(男左女右) are expressions of the movement of yang which is a core of chang, at the same time, left-blood-right-ki(左血右氣), left-sinsu-right-myungmon(左腎水右命門), and left-right of pulse are expressions of the eum in response to the movement of yang. (go up and down of water and fire) Finally, both a directional right and left and a road of eumyang mean a road of going up and down of eumyang so, this is very important index in circulation and keeping ballance of eumyang (ki-Hyul:氣血) in the human body therefore, we can treat a disease with acupuncture in the use of this charater, for example when a disease occurs in the left side, we can treat it with acupuncture in the right side, the same applys to right.

In this paper want to recognize competition and cooperation as a non-contact sensing method among the social emotion that are caused by interaction. Experiments were conducted in a pattern matching task divided into competition and cooperation situations. Data collection was performed by extracting the micro-movement data of 15Hz component from the upper body image. We compared and analyzed the amount and the variation and synchronization. As a result, Amount and variation are bigger in competition than cooperation. Synchronization was higher in cooperation than competition. This can be seen as the difference between two people trying to win when they are in competition and trying to breathe each other in cooperation. This study is significant in confirming the possibility of competition and cooperation through non contact sensing method based on physiological response.

In this paper a 6 degree-of-freedom robot was studied for medical purpose. In the past the robot used for industry field was utilized for medical robot but in these days the robot used for rehabilitation. welfare, and service. This system was Proposed for a stroke patient or a patient who can not use one arm. A master-slave system was constructed to exercise either paralysis or abnormal arm using normal arms movement. Study on the human body motion result was applied to calculate a movement range of humans elbow and shoulder. In addition, a force-torque sensor is applied to estimate the rehabilitation extent of the patient in the slave robot. Therefore, the stability of the rehabilitation robot could be improved. By using the rehabilitation robot, the Patient could exercise by himself without any assistance In conclusion. the proposed system and control algorithm were verified by computer simulation and system experiment.

With today's new media environment throughout Ubiquitous information innovation, live and dynamic fluid space is being created by integrating organic integration between electronic space and physical space and transplanting intelligence to materials. In other words, perception occurs in fluid space itself in a new media environment so has complicatedly organic relationship with environment and humans. In addition, emotion, time and movement have actively attempted to enter the space so designs appealing to humans' emotions are made through stimulation of synaesthetic sensory organs. This can be understood in the same context that media is eventually expansion of human body. Fluid space has characteristics of a live organism with factors such as sensor, perception and behavior so it needs to interpret perceptual system relationally and synthetically through an organic study method. This study looks into characteristics of organic perceptual system in terms of the meaning that fluid space with movements have as the sensory-perceptive subject and accordingly makes the world more sufficient as the third space, prepares a possibility to get out of limited five senses, and will develop fluid space as the organic environment making stimulation by itself.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to show the importance of Shanghanlun(傷寒論) paleography. Shanghanlun(傷寒論) must be thoroughly reinterpreted through graphonomy evidence. Methods : The object of this study is Gangpyeong-Shanghanlun(康平傷寒論), which is known as the oldest edition of Shanghanlun(傷寒論). This study compares the paleographic meaning of Shanghanlun(傷寒論), Mai(脈), Shanghanlun provisions 96 and 103 to existing interpretations. Results : Mai(脈) doesn't mean 'Radial pulse(Chon.Gwan.Cheok)' in Shanghanlun(傷寒論), so the meaning of Mai(脈) should be redefined. Mai(脈) means 'Continuous movement of human body' based on Chinese paleography. Also it's being verified as reasonable hypothesis in recent clinical researches. In addition, Shanghanlun(傷寒論) paleography makes it possible to grasp the true intention of Zhang Zhongjing(張仲景). Conclusions : Shanghanlun(傷寒論) paleography has a limit that it cannot be perfectly applied to clinical diagnosis. Also, it may not represent the whole meaning of Shanghanlun (傷寒論). Therefore, the value of Shanghanlun(傷寒論) reinterpretation should be recognized through this study, and we should continuously find out future values from Shanghanlun(傷寒論).

A platform diving with categorizing 624C motion was video taped and 3D kinematic variables were analyzed. This motion is consist of 3 parts from the headstand position to the act of turning after take-off. The results indicated that it took a very short time from the moment of take-off to the act of 1/2 turning because the turning motion has already started from preparing motion even before the fingertips have parted from the ground. Also, there was barely any jumping height due to the use of upper limbs segment and there was little difference in the moving distance compared to the standing events judging from horizontal movement of 1.1m. The horizontal velocity of the center of human body was increased before take-off while the vertical velocity was decreased right after take-off and the velocity of lower limbs segment was faster than the upper limbs segment showing contrary results to the standing events. In the aspects of angular velocity, the upper limbs segment starts the turning motion when take-off by rapidly extending its angular velocity while lower limbs segment make large angular velocity even before take-off.

In order to understand Changeologically on the meaning of FCST's TMJ (temporo-mandibular joint) treatment procedure, Yi, Shike, Bi, Gen trigrams concerning the jaw and change by treatment were analyzed from the viewpoint of semiotic context of hexagon and holistic interpretation on disease. Yi is meant by jaw but actually indicates mouth made by maxilla and mandible, and it's characters are related with nourishing by aliment and words. But when we eat and speak in the daily life, jaw does not nourish properly it's own body by bad habit or postures. For the treatment of this ill state, there needs punishment and correction symbolized with Shike. Shike has fourth nine meaning obstacles between the two strong lines in the upper and lower end, and so it has the function of mastication and get rid of the fourth nine metaphorically indicating subluxation of axis using CBA and auxiliary measures of four movement or laughing methods. Bi expresses the achievement and effects of consecutive mastication process implicating normalized manifestation of jaw and its linked spinal function. Gen symbolizes removing selfish motive or partiality in advance and reaches the best state of the saint righteously self-nourishable human being.

The pre-mixed $_{13}C$-urea powder preparation in ${Helikit}_{TM}$ for test of Helicobacter pylori was evaluated for pharmacological properties. The oral doses of the preparation used in mice were 30-fold as compared to human doses. The results obtained in the present study demonstrate that spontaneous movement, hexobarbital-induced hypnosis, rotarod performance, body temperature, acetic acid-induced writhing syndrome, chemical and electroshock convulsion, pupil size and intestinal propulsion had not been affected at the oral doses of 230, 700 and 2100 mg/kg in mice. The blood pressure was slightly elevated as given intravenously in rats at a dose of 5 mg/kg of the preparation, but respiration was not influenced at the dose. In isolated guinea pig ileum and rat fundus preparation, the preparation at a concentration of $1{\times}10^{4}$ g/ml neither caused any direct effect nor inhibited the contraction produced by acetylcholine, histamine or 5-hydroxytryptamine. These results reported here provide evidence that pre-mixed $^{13}C$ 13/C-urea powder preparation is free of general pharmacological properties performed in oral administration.
