Causal factors and symptoms of human behavior error domain in human-foftware interaction

  • This study is to define a congitive paradigm including a new model of common cause human behavior error domain and to analyze their causal factors and their properties of common cause human error characteristics in software engineering. A laboratory study was performed to analyze the common causes of human behavior domain error in software development and to identify software design factors contributing to the common cause effects in common cause failure redundancy. The results and analytical paradigm developed in this research can be applied to reliabbility improvement and cost reduction in software development for many applications. Results are also expected to provide training guidelines for software engineers and for more effective design of ultra-high reliable software packages.

  • We've investigated the characteristics on mariner's behavior in the collision situation through a full-mission ship handling simulator and considered that it's necessary to model the standard avoiding behavior of mariners in order to apply the obtained results more widely and effectively. Thus we described the contents of standard avoiding behavior taken by mariners in the collision situation and established the concept of the standard model based on human factors for collision avoidance in a previous study. As a following study, this paper is to propose the method of modeling on mariners' standard behavior for collision avoidance by analyzing the contents of mariner's information processing and the related factors using regression analysis. As a result, we confirmed the influence of relating factors to avoiding behavior in mariner's deciding decisions and proposed the modeling method of mariners' standard behavior for collision avoidance with a example of recognition model.

  • This study is to focus on the users of mobile communication services in Pusan metropolitan city. First this study measured the levels of consumer dissatisfaction and consumer complaining behavior. Second, this study analyzed a causal-effect on variables affecting consumer complaining behavior. The findings of this study are as follows ; 1) In area of contract and cost, variables directly and indirectly affecting consumer complaining behavior were sex, age, consumer knowledge, complaining behavior experience, attribution, and consumer dissatisfaction. 2) In area of use, variables directly and indirectly affecting consumer complaining behavior were sex, consumer knowledge, complaining behavior experience, attribution, and consumer dissatisfaction. 3) In area of services, variables directly and indirectly affecting consumer complaining behavior were sex, consumer knowledge, consumer function, complaining behavior experience, attribution, and consumer dissatisfaction.

부부갈등, 부모의 양육행동, 부모의 감독과 청소년의 적응 간 관련성 (Marital Conflict, Parenting Behavior, and Parental Monitoring Related to Adjustment of Adolescents)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the gender difference in adolescent's problem behavior and depression, and to analyze the effects of marital conflict, parenting behavior, parent's monitoring on adolescents' problem behavior and depression. Data obtained from 453 students in middle school was used for final analysis. This study found that female adolescents showed higher level of depression than male adolescents. Male adolescents reported higher level of marital conflict than female adolescents. On the other hand, female adolescents showed more mother's monitoring than male adolescents. Path analysis revealed that parenting behavior and parent's monitoring were negatively influenced by marital conflict. Adolescents' depression was negatively influenced by parenting behavior, but problem behavior was not influenced by parenting behavior. Father's monitoring had an impact on problem behavior of male and female adolescents. Depression was influenced directly by marital conflict, but problem behaviors were not directly influenced by marital conflict.

  • 최근 비정형 건축물 및 건축공간에 대한 사회적인 요구가 증대되고 있으며 전 세계 주요 도시에서 비정형 건축물의 사례를 쉽게 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 현재 건설된 대표적인 비정형 건축물에서의 사용자 행위를 조사하고 이를 분석하여 비정형 건축공간에서의 인간행동의 특징을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 궁극적으로 비정형 건축공간 설계의 거주 성능 검토를 위한 인간행동 시뮬레이션 기술개발을 목표로 하고 있으며 이번 연구결과는 이를 위한 사용자 행위 모델링과 시뮬레이션 기술개발에 활용될 수 있다. 이와 같은 연구는 선행연구들에서 비정형 건축공간에서 어떠한 행동적인 특징이 발생하는지에 대한 조사나 분석을 찾아보기 힘든 상황이기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 인간행동 시뮬레이션 도구에서 간과했던 비정형 건축공간에서 인간행동의 특징을 도출하였다. 즉, 대표적인 비정형 건축물을 현장방문 및 조사하여 전형적인 공간과 다른 비정형 건축물에서의 사용자 행동을 조사하여 다른 행동이 나타나는 곳과 행동을 도출하였다.

전략적 인적자원관리가 혁신행동과 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Strategic Human Resource Management on Innovation Behavior and Organizational Performance)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업에서 조직구성원들이 지각하고 있는 전략적 인적자원관리가 조직성과와 혁신행동에 미치는 영향관계와 전략적 인적자원관리와 조직성과의 관계에서 혁신행동의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 통계프로그램 SPSS 21.0프로그램을 활용하여 검증하였다. 첫째, 가설1인 전략적 인적자원관리(채용과 보상, 직무설계, 교육훈련과 경력관리, 의사결정 참여)는 조직성과에 정(+)의 영향관계에 대한 검증결과 긍정적 영향관계를 나타내어 가설 1은 채택이 되었다. 둘째, 전략적 인적자원관리(채용과 보상, 직무설계, 교육훈련과 경력관리, 의사결정 참여)는 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향관계에 대한 가설 2를 검증한 결과 통계적으로 유의하게 나타내어 가설 2는 채택이 되었다. 셋째, 가설 3인 조직구성원들이 지각하고 있는 혁신행동은 조직성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향관계를 나타낸 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 가설 3은 채택이 되었다. 넷째, 가설 4인 전략적 인적자원관리와 조직성과 간의 영향관계에서 혁신행동의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 혁신행동은 부분매개를 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 조직구성원의 전략적 인적자원관리는 조직성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치지만, 자신의 직무수행에 있어 혁신행동을 거치면서 조직성과에 더욱 더 높은 긍정적인 영향관계를 나타낼 수 있다는 의미이다.

  • The main objective of this study was to find urban housewives' expenditure behavior type. For this objective 4 dimensions of income expenditure behavior were classified with factor analysis and correlation coefficient and then cluster analysis was implemented. Subjects were housewives living in Seoul. As a result, three income expenditure behavior type were defined. They were type of high interested in income expenditure, time oriented type, and money oriented type.

대학생의 환경친화적 소비자 행동과 환경의식적 시민행동 성향 - 청주시 대학생을 중심으로 - (Pro-environmental Consumer and Environmentally Conscious Citizen Behavior Tendency of University Students in Cheongju)

  • This paper was written to find the tendency of pro-environmental consumer behavior and environmentally conscious citizen behavior of university students. The difference between two behavioral tendencies were existed and variables influenced on those tendencies each other. The results were as follows: 1. The pro-environmental consumer behavior of university students was consisted of five tendencies, such as practice in life, environment preservation, environment consideration, patience in uncomfortableness and diversity in circumstances. 2. The environmentally conscious citizen behavior of University students were consisted of four tendencies, such as environment contamination, self-centered, resource economy, pollution reduction. 3. The pro-environmental consumer behavior tendencies of university students were inconsistent with those of environmentally conscious citizen behavior. 4. The variables influenced on those tendencies were sex, concern in environment problem and living condition.

운전자 주행 특성 파라미터를 고려한 지능화 차량의 적응 제어 (Driver Adaptive Control Algorithm for Intelligent Vehicle)

  • In this paper, results of an analysis of driving behavior characteristics and a driver-adaptive control algorithm for adaptive cruise control systems have been described. The analysis has been performed based on real-world driving data. The vehicle longitudinal control algorithm developed in our previous research has been extended based on the analysis to incorporate the driving characteristics of the human drivers into the control algorithm and to achieve natural vehicle behavior of the adaptive cruise controlled vehicle that would feel comfortable to the human driver. A driving characteristic parameters estimation algorithm has been developed. The driving characteristics parameters of a human driver have been estimated during manual driving using the recursive least-square algorithm and then the estimated ones have been used in the controller adaptation. The vehicle following characteristics of the adaptive cruise control vehicles with and without the driving behavior parameter estimation algorithm have been compared to those of the manual driving. It has been shown that the vehicle following behavior of the controlled vehicle with the adaptive control algorithm is quite close to that of the human controlled vehicles. Therefore, it can be expected that the more natural and more comfortable vehicle behavior would be achieved by the use of the driver adaptive cruise control algorithm.

  • The chemical factory deals with dangerous element and more advance, human-error analyzes and becomes effective research for the country and region. This paper analysis the form of work-miss on human-error according to a safety accident for domestic chemical factory from 1999-2002. It include the present contents and raise issues human knowledge, behavior, judgment, sensibility as an important counter plan that makes the safety solution of work miss. For the point of view of human knowledge, it takes color standard for works to be effective in work place. For behavior, the test has been for risk Point of work place and infra worker movement, also the workers performed professional work as classify according to work. For judgement, the valuation sheet is reflected to minimize the human-error and the 3rd supervisor does a cross-check audit beforehand. For sensibility, it is applicable for human relations, information, communication by program to the consciousness and an attitude of worker-supervisor.
