Optimization of Action Recognition based on Slowfast Deep Learning Model using RGB Video Data (RGB 비디오 데이터를 이용한 Slowfast 모델 기반 이상 행동 인식 최적화)

  • HAR(Human Action Recognition) such as anomaly and object detection has become a trend in research field(s) that focus on utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) methods to analyze patterns of human action in crime-ridden area(s), media services, and industrial facilities. Especially, in real-time system(s) using video streaming data, HAR has become a more important AI-based research field in application development and many different research fields using HAR have currently been developed and improved. In this paper, we propose and analyze a deep-learning-based HAR that provides more efficient scheme(s) using an intelligent AI models, such system can be applied to media services using RGB video streaming data usage without feature extraction pre-processing. For the method, we adopt Slowfast based on the Deep Neural Network(DNN) model under an open dataset(HMDB-51 or UCF101) for improvement in prediction accuracy.

STAGCN-based Human Action Recognition System for Immersive Large-Scale Signage Content (몰입형 대형 사이니지 콘텐츠를 위한 STAGCN 기반 인간 행동 인식 시스템)

  • In recent decades, human action recognition (HAR) has demonstrated potential applications in sports analysis, human-robot interaction, and large-scale signage content. In this paper, spatial temporal attention graph convolutional network (STAGCN)-based HAR system is proposed. Spatioal-temmporal features of skeleton sequences are assigned different weights by STAGCN, enabling the consideration of key joints and viewpoints. From simulation results, it has been shown that the performance of the proposed model can be improved in terms of classification accuracy in the NTU RGB+D dataset.

  • With a widespread of sensor-rich mobile devices, the analysis of human activities becomes more general and simpler than ever before. In this paper, we propose two deep neural networks that efficiently and accurately perform human activity recognition (HAR) using tri-axial accelerometers. In combination with powerful modern deep learning techniques like batch normalization and LSTM networks, our model outperforms baseline approaches and establishes state-of-the-art results on WISDM dataset.

Human Action Recognition Model using Feature Engineering (특징 추출 기법을 이용한 사용자 행동 인식 모델)

  • 사용자 행동 인식(HAR)은 사용자의 행동을 분석하여 사용자의 현재 행동을 추측하는 것이며, 센서 데이터에서 특성을 추출하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 특징 추출 기법을 사용하여 기계학습 모델을 비교한다. 변수마다 특성에 맞는 기법을 사용했으며, 정확도와 Kappa 통계량, F1 score 모두 SVM 모델에서 95.2%, 94.2%, 95.1%로 가장 높았다. 이는 기계학습 모델에서 특징 추출 기법을 사용하여 우수한 정확도를 달성할 수 있음을 보인다.
