This research aimed at showing an improvement direction in the future by analyzing the tendency to select a rural landscape housing and the characteristics centering around the data of the landscape-authenticated housing executed in Chuncheon City from 2005 to 2008. For 4 years, 25 houses in all were authenticated by Chuncheon City after being selected as landscape housing. As the result of analyzing the authenticated 25 housing, lots of landscape houses were located in natural green areas, and small-scale houses of $99m^2$ or less in the house size were preferred. The structures introducing the nature-friendly materials such as wood, yellow earth and clay continued to increase in the house structure. And in the selection of the authenticated houses, the landscape architecture and the harmony with the surrounding environment had a big effect on the selection.

Recently the concerns of landscape resources were on the increase about the landscape of control and landscape design. In order to this, purpose of this paper is to develop architectural landscape design data of individual house in Gangwon Provinces. The type of landscape in Donghae seaside consist of three; Road, Mountain, Seaside. And the type of images about individual housing are three; Western, Traditional, Modern. This research is analyzed 18-simulation scenes, factor analysis is used for the SPSS. The results of this study are as follows. First, the housing of western style do not correspond with landscape of Road, but landscape of mountain and seaside were suitable to the western style. Second, mountain in Donghae seaside harmonizes with housing of traditional style. Third, even though the housing of modern style were marked low assessment in three landscape, we found out relation, modern housing was well-matched load landscape. Finally, to improve of landscape housing, which will serve as systematic approach with association of clients, constructors, designers and public service personnel.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the exterior space designs of housing complexes where landscape view corridors were planned. In addition, the purpose of the study is to propose reference data for planning and designing a new landscape view corridor. The process of this study is as follows: (1) To understand the role of the landscape view corridor, this study investigated cases of district unit plans and classified the landscape view corridors in terms of the types of functions. (2) To extract analysis items on the exterior space design of housing complexes where landscape view corridors were planned, this study investigated guidelines to be set up for the design of landscape view corridors and the present state of the condition of landscape view corridors. (3) This study analyzed the relationship between the landscape view corridor and the courtyard, the roadway and convenience facilities of the housing complex. This study also proposed reference data for planning a new landscape view corridor and designing the exterior space of a new housing complex.

This study is about finding out characteristic of recognition individual housing in seaside of Donghae. To accomplish this purpose, we survey the 150 houses related to the landscape. Thus the major analysis is to take basic data, such as image(modern, western, traditional, etc) about exterior form of housing corresponding to the landscape. The result summarized as follows First, the elements for the characteristic of recognition were exterior material finish, exterior color, roof type, roof material finish, window size, roof slope, area of wall vs roof. Second, the image of traditional housing was very insufficient to plan landscape of housing with design elements. This research suggests that landscape housing of future is to be environmental landscape design and the proper design is to be various considering not only user's preference but also control of landscape.

This study is derived from relation between the natural landscape and architectural landscape. The type of landscape in Donghae seaside consist of three; Road, Mountain, Seaside. And we selected three landscapes about individual housing; Western, Traditional, Modern. This paper is analyzed 18-simulation scenes, which evaluated with semantic differential method in using 12-bipolar adjectives. This study begins to make inquires about user's opinion of introducing Interior Landscape into Apartment Housing to grip the problems of contemporary Interior Landscape and suggest the fundamental data to improve it. The city-ward drifting of population drawn from industrial development and aggravation of living condition bring about exclusion of nature and lack of green space. Furthermore, it increases the length of stay of urban liver in indoor space. Thus, dwellers' desire to Interior Landscape increase but housing can't follow it. The purpose of this study is to understand characteristics of Interior Landscape, derive essential factors, study plans, establish radical data, and suggest better plans including Interior Landscape through making inquires about user's opinion.

To make the beautiful rural landscapes, the Samcheok city of provincial governments is implementing the authentication system about rural landscape housing as one of various landscape policies. This authentication system about the landscape housing is to select the better rural landscape houses to harmonize with surrounding ground plots, ground shapes, villages, mountains and natural environments of landscape houses submitted by house owner every year. This research aims to analyze the architectural features of the authenticated rural landscape houses and to propose the improvement directions by analyzing architectural features about the rural landscape houses selected by the municipal architecture committee of Samcheok city.

This study has the purpose to investigate the landscape plans focused on the public sector housing complexes in the Seoul Metropolitan Area in the 2000s. The targeted subjects of this study are 24 districts conducted by the Corporation, and the spatial extent is limited to Seoul metropolitan area. The scope of the research is limited to the public sector, because this sector has been conducted preferentially for public needs rather than the development profit, and has positively reflected the will "pre plan - post development". In view of the study methodologies, this study examined the transition process in Korea housing complex and analyzed the design reports to extract the key planning concepts and planning methods of landscape planning. The main concepts of landscape planning analyzed in this study were urban landscape, natural landscape, streetscape, architectural landscape, axis for viewing, landmark, skyline and landscape by areas. The key planning methods of landscape planning were landmark, which is a point landscape element, axis for viewing and skyline, which are linear landscape elements, landscape by areas which is an area landscape element, and finally complex landscape, walking landscape and nightscape, which are three-dimensional landscape elements.

Physical housing environments of the rural area including houses and its connected facilities have much changed for decades. Such changes had an effect on the landscape of the rural area to much extent. As houses were renovated or rebuilt in rural area, the landscape were also remade. It could be expected that these changes of the physical housing environments are related with both urban developments and demands of the rural area itself. Thus, some rural areas in Gyeonggi province as the most related cases with urban area were chosen for a case study. On the methodology of the landscape assessment, the landscape factors related with housing environments were reviewed and some connected queistions were also interviewed. Landscape Assessment should include various social and cultural aspects, but in this thesis the visible factors are integrated. So considering many support policy oriented for physical investment and improving in rural areas, landscape assessment and interpretation are very helpful and meaningful.

The purpose of this paper is to develop planning of individual house in Gangwon Provinces. Above all important two conditions, such as changes of life style and building trends are to analyze for landscape. Thus the major analysis is to take basic data about planning. For the feasiblity of these condition, roof type, color, context can be checked and design of landscape may be possible to work out optimum housing for the environments. This study suggests that house of future is to be environmental landscape design. The result of this study, proposal of guideline will be useful to make out design data individual house for the form programming phase of schematic designing in landscape Housing.
