시·도별 주거복지 관련 자치법규에 대한 연구 (A Study of Housing Welfare Regulations of City & Province)

  • The increase rate of total population slows down and the ratio of the elderly population & single-household in our country is growing rapidly. Korean's housing penetration has already exceeded 100%. So people focus on the qualitative aspects of housing, namely housing welfare than the quantitative supply of housing The purpose of the study proposes the desirable direction for housing welfare policy based on the housing welfare regulations. The data for the analysis was collected through the regulations of 8 cities and 9 provinces. So housing welfare contents like housing welfare business, housing welfare center, etc. were extracted from 4 Housing Welfare Support Regulations, 5 Housing Basic Regulations and 8 Housing Regulations. The results were as follows: To stabilize housing and improve housing, the contents of housing welfare contained in related ordinance are still insufficient. Continue to be effective and housing welfare work, it shall be presented in detail in the regulations with respect to the financing plan. To those who need the housing welfare will have to be built an effective delivery system that can be delivered in a timely manner. For housing welfare for the elderly, housing welfare business information is detailed and broken down, it should be codified.

고령자 주택개조 관련 제도 현황 분석 (Analysis on the Home Modification related System for the Elderly)

  • Implementing a home modification to enable elderly's safe and independent living is the key plan to realize their aging in place. South Korea in which had entered an aged society is not yet vitalized in home modification for the elderly compared to that of welfare-developed countries, and South Korea provides support that is limited to the low-income elderly. Therefore, this purpose of this study was to analyze the laws related to the home modification, the present condition of home modification support, the standards and guidelines in home modification, the support in house modification cost, and supporting organization and working force in the home modification. Through the analyzing process, this study examined the current situation and problems of institutional support in the home modification for elderly and the proposed plan for institutional improvement. The suggestions based on the results are as in the following. 1) Home modification support law(act or regulation) is required to be improved 2) Home modification support system correspondent to aging process should be provided regardless of their income levels. 3) Delicate plan standard and guideline are necessary for a process of implementing the home modification for the elderly. 4) Information on life behavior is in need for the implementation of elderly-customized home modification. 5) Cost for the home modification should be considered to cover by the Act on Long-Term Care Insurance for the Aged. 6) Housing Welfare Center and Housing Welfare Professional should be actively utilized for the home modification support institution and work force.

  • Medical technology being developed, the increase of the aged population brings about many changes in financial standard, consciousness and lifestyle. And the increase of a nuclear family and a professional woman makes their family not to be able to support them anymore. Because aged people also don't want to rely on their family, aged people households are growing gradually. These causes make a house and a living environment of aged people to new social problems and these became elements to determine the living quality. In case of advanced nations a house considered of the physical character of aged people has been planned and they can live with various services in their houses and community that they are living without moving: But a hou! se for aged people is initial stage in Korea. And most facilities are poor and just for protection and accommodation. Although concerning a house for the aged according to revised the aged welfare law, companies are waiting to build because of problems of cognition and regulation. Therefore the plan considered of the character of the aged is being needed for the independent and comfortable living of the aged.

다문화가족지원센터 종사자의 직무만족도 및 관련변인에 관한 연구: 방문교육지도사를 중심으로 (A Study on Job Satisfaction and Relevant Variables in Employees of Multi-Cultural Family Support Center: Focused Home-Visiting Educator)

  • This study examined job satisfaction and relevant variables for multi-cultural family home-visiting educators. The selected study subjects were 192 home-visiting educators who work at Multi-Cultural Family Support Centers in the Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungcheongnam-do areas. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS ver. 18.0. The main results were as follows. First, the job satisfaction level in multi-cultural family visiting educators stood at 3.29 points, subjects' age, averagely monthly income, marital status, and activity career were shown to influence generally upon job satisfaction, self-efficacy, job stress, and cultural competency. Job satisfaction was high in groups with: a high age, small career, low averagely monthly income, and married. Second, self-efficacy and job stress were big in the job satisfaction of multi-cultural family visiting educators. The same outcome as the existing prior research was indicated. Cultural competency was not significant. Third, an examination of relative influence upon job satisfaction in home visiting educators indicated that the explanation power was 29.0%. Significant influential variables included academic background, marital status, self-regulation, and role ambiguity. Self-regulation was greater for those with lower academic backgrounds and unmarried. Job satisfaction was higher in the lower role ambiguity. Thus, the same outcome as the existing prior research was indicated. Cultural competency wasn't indicated to be significant. This has significance in having shown characteristics of job satisfaction in multi-cultural family visiting educators.
