A Study on Consumption Emotion of the Appearance Management Behaviors in University Students (남녀대학생의 외모관리행동에 관한 소비감정 연구)

  • Attention to appearance is a common concern for all. Images created by appearance play an important role in judging people in terms of social life in contemporary society. This study investigated general behaviours of appearance management behaviours of both male and female college students, and categorised consumption emotion experienced by appearance management. In this regards, it was examined how consumers' psychological mechanism of consumption emotions influences consumers' satisfaction and their behavioural intentions. The main results are as follows: First, female students invest more time and money into appearance management compare to male students and have a higher level of attention. Secondly, both male and female students experience a variety of consumption emotions in appearance management behaviours. According to gender, female students show a higher level of positive and negative consumption emotions than male students. Thirdly, there are five emotional types (Confidence, Annoyance, Refreshment, Enjoyment, Anxiety) as the result of the consumption emotional typology in terms of appearance management behaviours of male and female university students. Fourthly, there are different emotional groups which influence consumers' satisfaction or behavioural intention according to gender in appearance management behaviour. In general, emotional groups such as 'Confidence, Delight and Anxiety' have a positive influence on consumers' satisfaction and behavioral intention, and 'Annoyance' composed of negative emotions have negative influence. In this respect, this research can contribute to beauty product development and marketing strategy with reflecting consumption emotion, and better understanding of consumption culture of university students which plays a pivotal role in appearance management behavior.

A Study on Design Development of Environment-friendly Mobile Home Sauna (친환경 모바일 홈 사우나 디자인 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The appeal of sauna is caused by the fact that through that, one can feel Korea's unique temperament and culture; however, because of its being a public facility and flooding of businesses due to excessive supplies of various additional features such as washing, playing, eating, sleeping and health care functions, issues of social resources and environment come to the fore, so it has reached a situation of red ocean that it is difficult to enter the market anymore. Taking these into account, this study focused on developing a thermal technology and design of the housing of an environment-friendly mobile home sauna, making the most use of the sauna's fundamental purpose and settling it as a tourist product, analyzing the marketing research on the existing sauna and considering the recent housing trends and lifestyles for a new concept sauna. Thus, regarding its characteristics and utilization, it was designed smaller than $10m^2$ (3 pyeong) so that it would be easy to install in any space and convenient to move. It can be installed in separate buildings and rest spaces such as country houses, resorts, pensions, camping grounds as well as outdoor houses, custom produced for a measure of pyeong that customers want so as to match up with the Enforcement Ordinance of the Agricultural Land Act in a concept of the farmer's hut and kitchen, bathroom and bathroom can be installed inside according to an option. In addition, regarding its efficacy, in order to give environment-friendly healing effects, materials such as Hinoki Cypress, red clay and hardwood charcoal were used, a fixed indoor temperature of $70{\sim}100^{\circ}C$ was maintained by heating methods such as electromagnetic wave free, energy saving and low-power boiler, and it was made to have excellent effects on fatigue recovery, relieving stress, skin care and diet through far-infrared emission.

  • The construction industry has also enolved according to the changes and requirements, therefore it coms to manage the relationships with customers. However, the customer management in the construction industry has not been quite genuine, since it has been mainly oriented for public relations and advertisements of companies. The genuine customer management should not only systemize customer data but also provide strategy to utilize it through managing relationships with customers as well as customer themselves. In this research, I have focused mainly on Model House. Marketing is very important planning & coordination to project. And I know that the development power of new product and promotion strategy as to customer needs and wants. The key factor in housing industry is the analysis of customer's needs that key success factor is execution of action plan to our customer. Production of Window Motor Assembly Parts in Automotive Body (자동차 전장에서 윈도우 모터 조립 부품의 생산)

  • Power window motor assembly including ECU system is important to doors of automobile. This study is done for own development instead of importing of power window motor assembly. This paper is written under five specific subjects. The first, making of prototype sample and analysis of mass-production problem using CAE, the second, design of mass-production mold(2D and 3D), the third, manufacturing of sample mold, the fourth, tryout and measuring of 3 dimensions, the fifth, data analysis and mold modify. In the among them, product sample and analysis of mass-production using CAE, design and manufacture of mass-production mold, and production of sample mold are successfully done. In the results, it is made clear that two cavity and one gate are proper to make a mold of power window motor assembly housing. Besides, it is acquired own technology for mass-production of power window motor.

Usage Status of Traditional Rice Cake as a Meal Substitute and Analysis on the Selection Attributes Affecting Purchase (식사대용으로 전통떡류의 이용현황 및 구매에 미치는 선택속성 분석)

  • This Study has conducted a survey on the usage status of traditional rice cake as a meal substitute and an analysis on the selection attributes affecting purchase targeting male and female adults over 20 years old living in Seoul area so as to acquire basic data for enhancement of service and quality, and product development to facilitate and generalize rice cake consumption as a meal substitute. The survey was conducted for around 7 days from September 23rd to 30th, 2013, and 250 effective copies of questionnaire were used for the final analysis. The research outcomes show no significant deviation in terms of demographical features such as gender, marital status, age range, average monthly income and housing type; but there was a meaningful deviation in university graduation. Also, it is shown that taste, freshness, and convenience of a store were considered in their purchase of traditional rice cake as a meal substitute. Therefore, it is expected that development of various products, available for meal substitutes, would generalize and vitalize the consumption of traditional rice cake.

  • As the rate of housing supply is increased and consummer's diversified demand is changed. the direction of management of construction company is changed into marketing-based and the development of distinguished product. Therefore, this study purpose to establish the marketing strategy of apartment by the method of market segmentation. This study purpose to (1) analyze general methodology of apartment market-segmentation and positioning, (2) propose an alternative plan of apartment positioning for the effective marketing strategy. The method which was proposed in this study will be applied in strengthening the popularity of construction companies and the development of distinguished products.

Educational Needs for the Development of a Career Exploration Program for Human Ecology Majors for High School Students: A Survey Targeting Experts and High School Students (고등학생의 대학 생활과학전공 진로탐색 프로그램 개발을 위한 교육요구 조사: 전문가 및 고등학생을 대상으로)

  • As human life and welfare become more valued in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, the role and mission of human ecology are expanding. Therefore, a career exploration and education program for high school students covering all the academic fields of human ecology may be necessary. To investigate what would be needed to develop such a program, a focus group interview (FGI) targeting experts within the same field and a survey targeting high school students were conducted. As a result of the FGI, a total of 3 categories and 7 subcategories were identified. The three categories included "human ecology and high school education," "human ecology and career choices," and "education program development and management in human ecology." The results of the high schoolers' survey showed that they had a moderate level of awareness about careers related to human ecology majors, but their interests and known information about human ecology programs in universities were low. Within the sub-content of each major, the contents with the highest educational needs were fashion product management, nutrition by disease, housing market analysis, personal financial management, and children's rights and welfare. If a career exploration and education program is implemented in the future, the most preferred type is a mentoring program by professors, students, and graduates in the field of human ecology. In conclusion, it is necessary to develop and implement an integrative education program about human ecology majors based on the educational needs of high school students.

System Development of Precision Vision Measurement Using Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm (Fuzzy C-Means를 이용한 정밀 영상측정 시스템 개발)

  • The measuring systems of auto-parts are most of greater part very expensive. This paper tries to study to make a low-cost measuring equipment there's several kinds of parts in automobile. In this study, we take aircon-switch called magnet coil-housing as the object of measurements. The measurements of this product is currently in difficult situations at factory. In the case of the mesuring objects being big sizes and camera sensor having under 410000 pixels, the key point is the number of pixels not to be changed whenever the same object is measured under the same position. We modified and used fuzzy c-means algorithm to get mostly without the change of the numbers of pixels exactly. Also, the standardized ruler is necessary to measure the length of the object but it is not easy to get the precised ruler. Therefore, the standard length has been taken as the mean value of the pixels in the previous passed objects manually obtained at factory. The results are displayed on monitor and transferred these signals to the microprocessor through RSC-232 port to determine a good or bad of products.

The Comparative Study for Green Building model house design in Korea (국내 친환경 건축 모델하우스에 대한 비교 연구)

  • The "Eco-friendly", "Green" concepts was began around 1992 after the Rio Environmental Summit, and the need for sustainable development globally widespread. The green building certification system was began around 2000 and the concept of green building was started in the late 1990s. The green building, which welcomes a period of radical change, is for the survival of the Earth "climate change" and reducing energy consumption in building sector. In this architecture of eco-friendly concept, the green building is rapidly expanding and existing as a ecological environment preservation. Moreover, the realization of zero energy house is to mandate for new buildings in 2025. The aim of further eco-friendly is through the prior ecosystems to restore and product energy for the 9 Green Building model houses in this paper. Building in the concept of ecology is to show about change into 7R's from the 3R's. The "Reduce", "Reuse", "Recycle" consisting of "3R's" is correlated with the traditional to the present Green Building Design. U.S. NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) change into the concept of 7R's as "Receive", "Restore", "Respect" and "Remember", added to "3R's". In this paper, the 9 Green Building model houses do not meet the criteria of 7R's. But, the Green Tomorrow of Samsung C & T Corporation meet the 6 criteria for 7R's. This company is most comfortable at low carbon Green Building model houses. Conclusionally, introduction of eco-friendly technologies and amenities for the health of human and natural community life is to advance eco-friendly construction and enhance brand value of housing. By the way, The problem of eco-friendly architecture is initial investment and maintenance. Therefore, eco-friendly architecture and government has to try solving of this difficulty.
