전통주택의 하절기 실내 온열감 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Thermal Sensation Vote of the Traditional Housing in Summer)

  • There is a principle of Korean Traditional Housing to be adapted for the nature using adaptable shapes to regional climate and easily available materials from the region then these environmentally friendly characteristics keep indoor environment from climate changes. These environmentally friendly characteristics to control indoor environment are very available for contemporary housing in that current issues, housing amenity and wellbeing, have basic goals same with what Korean Traditional Housing has. Therefore, this study begins to suggest fundamental data on indoor thermal environment control elements of Korean Traditional Housing to adapt those into contemporary housing through measurement of indoor thermal environment elements and evaluation on thermal sensation vote for Korean traditional housing. There was 24 hours measurement for indoor and outdoor thermal environmental elements to figure out competence to control indoor thermal environment of Korean Traditional Housing in summer. And subjective tests with 11 subjects was held in the morning, afternoon and night at intervals of 3${\sim}$4 hours to evaluate feeling and amenity for temperature and humidity of users.

국내 공동주택 부문의 친환경건축 인증 평가 항목 및 사례 분석 (The Analysis on the Evaluation Items of Korea Green Building Certification Criteria by the Case Studies of Collective Housing)

  • Many countries have made their best to protect the earth from global warming and to find solutions for the reduction of carbon dioxide emittion and energy consumption. Especially, buildings have emitted over 40% of carbon dioxide against whole quantities emitted to the earth. Therefore, the reduction of carbon dioxide emitted from buildings require to save the earth environment. Energy consumption of buildings in Korea has reached 24% of total energy quantities, and energy consumption of collective housing has been continuously increasing. So, Korea government has also executed the Green Building Certification Criteria(GBCC). The GBCC evaluates the 8 types of buildings - collective housing, office, school, etc - to certificate the green building. In this paper, the evaluation items of collective housing in GBCC were reviewed to be used as the reference data for future revisions by the case studies. According to the results of this study, current version of GBCC requires additional revisions about the evaluations of energy consumption monitoring, commissioning and existing building.

강의실 빛 환경에 대한 재실자의 주관적 평가 (The Subjective Evaluation on the Light Environment of Residents at Classrooms)

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of the light environment of classroom. To attain this purpose, this study estimated the physical factor and evaluation of the subjective response of classroon located in south and north in the summer and the winter. The results are as followed. 1. The evaluation of the illumination, uniformity factor, daylight factor as physical factor of light environment is good as classroom, but the classroom in south is better that that in north, the light environment in summer is better than winter. 2. The subjective response to light environment of classroom is positive on both seasons at all calssroom. Comparing summer with winter, I found that the difference of subjective response between both classrooms on summer is attentive. 3. The realtion between subjective response and physical factor of light environment in classroom is attentive on the light sense, content sense, uniformity.

  • In development of housing estates, 'Sustainable development' is indispensable method for the quality in our living environment, and minimize any environment problems which treat our life. And the community elements of sustainable housing complex to make it better life in housing complex. The purpose of study is to suggest the evaluation factors sustainability and community for the planning of housing complex. Within this purpose, this study firstly deducing elements of sustainabilty and community. In the study, literature research method are used for data collection. The results of this study are showed as follows: First, the elements of sustainability are composed of social, economic and environment aspects. Second, the elements of community are composed of hardware, software, humanware aspects.

  • The government has enforced Housing Performance Grade Indication System (Article 21, Paragraph 2 of Housing Act) starting January 2006 for the purpose of giving users in hope of toying an apartment opportunities to select housing based on personal preferences by providing information on housing performance at the time of tenant recruitment announcement as well as securing desirable environment (comfort) by encouraging construction companies to build housing of the indicated performance level. The acoustic performance indication items include three items such as floor impact isolation performance(light weight impact sound, heavy weight impact sound), bathroom noise and insulation performance of boundary walls between households. This paper explains the background, the basis of creation and evaluation method focused on the acoustic environment performance helping for the developer of technique and a staff in charge of construction business who cope with this system.

수요자 맞춤형 임대주택단지의 커뮤니티 공간 평가항목에 관한 연구 - 서울시 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Community Space Evaluation Items of Consumer Customized Public Rental Housing in Case of Seoul)

  • As increasing demand for the living environment to promote social health, this study focused on consumers customized rental housing community space. Set the community spatial planning objectives and strategies shown in previous studies to the conceptual model for evaluation of community space. Based on the planning methods and standards of consumers custom community facilities, we analyzed the Seoul consumer customized public rental housing nine cases. Because almost located in the small vacant lot, they had limitations as a base for the local community. Nevertheless, through the arrangement of the building, Child care households increase the chance of contact with the neighbors. In elderly households, welfare facilities strengthen the character of as a base for local community. 1-2 person households situated close to the cultural facilities, by installing a hobby room and gym, was judged to be able to promote the community. Consumer custom rental housing community space evaluation items presented in this study, was set up by analysis of the conceptual model for evaluation of community space and implications of the 9 cases.

융통형 노인주거대안에 대한 사용자 사전평가 연구 (Pre-Evaluation of Users on Flexible Elderly Housing Alternative)

  • The demand of elderly care facilities due to aging population has been increased and the trend of developed countries implies the necessity of innovate approach for elderly care in Korea. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the flexible elderly housing alternative which has been introduced showing adaptability and small scale. This elderly housing alternative was designed to fulfill the condition of residential facilities for various aging phases from the independent elderly to dependent elderly. The workshop method was used for pre-evaluation of the flexible elderly housing alternative from the viewpoint of administrators, care givers and the elderly. The pre-evaluation is to estimate the facility before finalizing the design so that it facilitates more effective and suitable plan by reducing the trial and error beforehand, unlike the post-evaluation. Major responses of plans were positive and the needs for improvement about some concerns were revealed. Thus, relevant aspects of architectural drawings were amended according to workshop participants' needs and features that require to be reflected during further planning procedures were also improved. The result of this research will develop the flexible elderly housing alternative and contribute to foster environment for the elderly as well.

대학주변 원룸형 다가구주택의 소음측정평가 (Evaluation on Noise Level of One-Room Type Multi-Family Housing Around Campus)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the noise environment of one-room type multi-family housing around the campus. The field measurements on equivalent noise level of indoor and outdoor were carried out in 6 subject house units during the 26th${\sim}$28th of November 2002. The results are as follows. 1) Outdoor noise levels of 6 subject buildings were distributed 52.8${\sim}$65.3dB(A) and were inappropriate to the standard for environmental noise, 55dB(A). 2) Indoor noise level of 6 subject house units were measured 27.5${\sim}$63.5dB(A). These values were higher than the indoor noise standard (40dB(A)) except subject house D(average 37.6dB(A)). 3) It was found that the differences of indoor noise levels between subject house units were caused by resident's living factor, characteristics of window, and existence of balcony.

주택성능등급 가변성 세부성능 항목의 특성 및 개선방안 (The Characteristic and Improvement of Flexibility Performance Item evaluated by "Housing Performance Grading System")

  • This study aims to suggest improvement plans and explain about the current situation for facilitating Long-life housing, based on the results on flexibility items among 27 items consisting the "Housing Performance Grading System". From the 9th of January, 2006 to the month of July in 2011, study has analyzed evaluation results on 216 different types for each grade and reviewed evaluation criteria and methods. Current evaluation criteria applies quantitative analysis, by calculating in percentage how much bearing walls and columns, which hinder flexibility, take up space in the household. The evaluation rate for each household was assessed in relation to its structural system, and a higher grade was given to column-typed structures. In addition, to facilitate long-life housing, this study extracted harmful factors, expanding the range of evaluation. The first step was to evaluate structure, which is the basic element. The second step can to evaluate the probability of applying resources in response to the changes of structural systems. As The third step, Flexibility item will evaluate the probability of moving the water-using area, suggesting gradual approach. Thus, through evaluations of flexibility items, the study aims to improve the quality of life in household, by avoiding uniform structures and acquiring more freedom for space designs.
