거주자 구성유형 및 소득수준에 따른 주거용 건물 내 전력소비성향 (Characteristics of Electric-Power Use in Residential Building by Family Composition and Their Income Level)

  • In this paper, we draws tendency of the electricity consumption in residential buildings according to inhabitants Composition types and the level of incomes. it is necessary to reduce energy cost and keep energy security through the electricity demand forecasting and management technology. Progressive social change such as increases of single household, the aging of society, increases in the income level will replace the existing residential electricity demand pattern. However, Only with conventional methods that using only the energy consumption per-unit area are based on Energy final consumption data can not respond to those social and environmental change. To develop electricity demand estimation model that can cope flexibly to changes in the social and environmental, In this paper researches propensity of electricity consumption according to the type of residents configuration, the level of income. First, we typed form of inhabitants in residential that existed in Korea. after that we calculated hourly electricity consumption for each type through National Time-Use Survey performed at the National Statistical Office with considering overlapping behavior. Household appliances and retention standards according to income level is also considered.

온톨로지 기반 공동주택 분류체계를 활용한 가스에너지 사용량 예측 모델 (Prediction Model for Gas-Energy Consumption using Ontology-based Breakdown Structure of Multi-Family Housing Complex)

  • 온실가스 과다 배출로 인한 지구 온난화 현상은 전 세계 기후변화 현상을 일으키고 있다. 국내 주거용 건축물에서 발생하는 온실가스는 전체의 약 10%를 차지하고 있고, 노후 공동주택이 점차 증가하고 있는 추세에 있다. 본 연구에서는 공동주택 유지관리 단계에서 에너지 사용량에 대한 지속적 체계적 관리를 수행하기 위한 기반을 구축하고자 한다. 이러한 모델 개발을 위한 연구 프로세스 및 방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서울시 소재의 공동주택을 연구대상으로 설정하였고, 이러한 공동주택의 특성 및 가스 에너지 소비량에 대한 데이터를 수집하였다. 둘째, 통계적인 분석을 통해, 에너지 소비에 영향을 주는 주요 특성들을 선정하였고, 이를 기준으로 온톨로지 기반의 분류체계를 구축하였다. 셋째, 온톨로지 기반의 공동주택 분류체계를 근간으로 하는 에너지 사용량 예측모델을 개발하였으며, CBR, ANN, MRA, GA 등의 방법론을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서는 데이터 분석 및 예측을 위해 PASW (Predictive Analytics SoftWare) Statistics 18, Microsoft EXCEL, Prot$\grave{e}$g$\grave{e}$ 4.1 등의 프로그램을 활용하였다. 향후 본 연구에서 개발한 모델을 웹 기반 시스템으로 개발함으로써, 공동주택 에너지사용량을 지속적이고 체계적으로 관리할 수 있을 기반이 마련될 것이다. 또한, 정부, 지자체의 시설물 관리 담당자 및 공동주택 관리자로 하여금 명확한 근거자료를 기반으로 하여, 공동주택 단지별 적정수준의 에너지 소비량을 제시함으로써, 시설물의 개선여부를 결정할 수 있는 의사결정 지원모델을 개발하고자 한다.

  • In 2009, The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, Korea opens apartment maintenance fee to public in "Apartment Management Info System". The high energy consumption component of apartment, which is hot water, water, electricity and heating, is released to public on this system. Through this system, apartment energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions data can be compiled and expected to be accurately analyzed. Energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions statistics of the apartment are collected being made to reduce energy and gas emissions. However, The accurate survey of energy consumption trends have not been accomplished. The energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions survey in Apartment should be made first in order to reduce energy consumption. and then the correlation factors analysis which is affecting energy consumption is required. The purpose of this study is to analyze energy consumption characteristics of apartment in Bundann-gu, Seongnam, Korea in monthly, unit area and building built year basis. And then the research can be used as the basis of policy to Reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.

농촌주택표준설계도 에너지효율등급평가 및 설계변수에 따른 에너지소요량 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Energy Requirement Variation According to Energy Efficiency Rating Evaluation and Design Variable of Standard Design of Rural Houses)

  • The study analyzed the heat losses and the building energy efficiency grade by the energy simulation using the ENERGY# and ECO2 programs for the three types of Standard design of rural houses. It was calculated the energy efficiency rating by the ECO2 program for the rural housing standard design, and the energy demand and the energy consumption by each factor were compared and analyzed. And it analyzed energy consumption by element of each house by ENERGY # program. As a result, first in the evaluation of the energy efficiency grade of buildings by the ECO2 program, the rating for primary energy requirement for the housing newly built by the standard design of rural house is expected to range from 2 to 4 with 189.3 to $238.7kWh/m^2.a$. Second, the energy loss of each part of standard design of rural housing occurs in the order of ventilation 39%, window 33%, outer wall 14%, roof 9%, bottom 5%, and energy loss through ventilation and window occurs more than 70%. Third, the most beneficial effects on the energy efficiency grade is obtained the lowest grade of all three types by 2 when the lowering of the window and door heat transmission rate and the lowering of the light density, and the heat exchange ventilation device is not installed. Fourth, in the standard design of rural housing, the energy demand is occupied by heating > hot water > lighting order, and the order of the weight is changed in order of heating > lighting > ventilation > hot water. Fifth, building energy efficiency assessment system needs to establish policy for fixing rural housing energy as a practical device to ensure energy performance and quality.

대구광역시 단독주택의 에너지 및 온실가스 배출원단위 작성에 관한 연구 (A study on the Energy Consumption and the Greenhouse gas Emission intensity of Detached Houses in Daegu)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a fundamental data for reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emission of detached houses by investigating the energy consumption characteristic of detached houses in Daegu. Although the ratio of the detached houses decreases, the detached houses are common dwelling form next to apartments. Nevertheless the study about the energy consumption of detached houses has been insufficient compared apartments. There is a necessity which will investigate the energy consumption characteristic of detached houses. Because that with the building quality which is various form is different from apartments. This study investigate construction and equipment conditions and analyzing effective factors on energy consumption of detached houses. And this study draw up the energy consumption unit and emission factors unit for greenhouse gas of detached houses. This study represent a basic report for energy consumption reduction and helps effective use of energy.

지역난방 공동주택의 단지별 난방사용량 분석 연구 (Heating Energy Consumption Analysis of the Apartment Applied District Heating System)

  • The purpose of this study is performance validation of district heating apartments about heating energy consumption and analysis of energy consumption by unit characteristics. The heating energy consumption of the existing apartments was analyzed and the analyzed results will be used for energy saving technology development and policy making. The heating energy consumption data about total 78 apartment complexes, 56,910 units in Gangnam-Gu, Seoul, Korea were investigated from October, 2010 to April 2011. The analysis results are as follows; The mean heating energy consumption is 98[kWh/m2]. The energy consumption of Apgujung-Dong, Daechi-Dong is higher than that of mean valuse. The energy consumption deviation by deterioration, unit area, core type and regional group is very high. Specially, building deterioration casts a long shadow.

바닥복사난방의 실별제어시스템에 관한 열성능 평가 (An Evaluation on the Thermal Performance of the Room Control System for Radiant Floor Heating)

  • In this study, the thermal performance of the room control system is analyzed in terms of control performance, potential for coil expansion and energy consumption through experiments comparing the individual room control system and an existing system. The results of this study show that the existing system is not able to supply design water flow rate and does not accurately maintain the set point temperature in each room. However, the individual room control system can set a room air temperature for each room, for it is able to supply design water flow and accurately control the set point temperature in each room and can reduce the energy consumption compared to the existing system. Moreover, the individual room control system can reduce the number of coil division zone and facilitates the construction process, because it can extend the length of the coil division.

인터넷을 이용한 공동주택의 에너지소비특성 실태조사 (An Internet-based Survey on the Characteristics of Energy Consumption of Apartment)

  • The purpose of this study is, by the method of the internet-based survey, to understand the relations between the residential condition and the characteristics of energy consumption. The followings are the results of this study. $\circled1$ Among 601 responses, evaluable 329s means that the user fully understanding what this survey is for. $\circled2$ Gas-or oil-burners occupy 80% of heater. $\circled3$ Contrary to expectations, we can not find out the relations between the cooling area and the cooling capacity of Air-conditioners. $\circled4$ There is no relation between the direction of apartment and the cooling capacity, neither. $\circled5$ During the summer, average and maximum monthly electric fare for cooling is ₩198/$\textrm{m}^2$ and ₩461/$\textrm{m}^2$, respectively. $\circled6$ And during the winter, average and maximum monthly electric fare for heating is ₩335/$\textrm{m}^2$ and ₩484/$\textrm{m}^2$, respectively.

공동주택의 열사용량원단위 산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Calculation of Thermal Consumption Unit of Apartment)

  • Energy consumption unit in a building is classified according to uses of electricity, gas, and oil, and it has been studied steadily as a material for establishing policy standards for energy saving in buildings. Meanwhile, consumption unit in apartment house can be calculated differently according to its survey method and area standard. Therefore, with the necessity of reestablishing energy consumption unit, this study has researched thermal energy consumption, Supply dwelling area Exclusive dwelling area, completion year and housing type of 23,791 households of 31 complex in Daejeon. As a result, (1) there was about 20% difference between supply and exclusive dwelling areas. (2) On the basis of exclusive dwelling area, thermal energy consumption unit was calculated as $104.9kWh/m^2{\cdot}a$ in 2010, $104.6kWh/m^2{\cdot}a$ in 2011, and $107.7kWh/m^2{\cdot}a$ in 2012.

공동주택의 라이프사이클 에너지와 이산화탄소 추정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Life Cycle Energy and $CO_2$ in the Apartment Housings)

  • The environment has played a key role to improve the living condition and develop the industry. In building industries, we should consider the environment and mitigate the environmental affect. For mitigating the its affect, various areas of building technology have been developed and applied into filed work. In addition, the process in applying into field requires to conduct the assessment of the environmental affect and improve its applied technology. A lot of assessment methods are proposed in evaluate the building condition such as post-occupancy evaluation, life cycle management and life cycle assessment. Among these assessment methods, life cycle assessment is effectively utilized the environmental affect in building life cycle. Therefore, this paper aimed at analyzing the energy consumption and $CO_2$ emission in building life cycle, using the life cycle assessment and application of the example in apartment housing. This study shows that the maintenance and the production of building materials stage shares most of the amount of energy consumption and $CO_2$ emission and therefore plays an important role to planning the building in terms of the life cycle. Second, the other stages brings about a very small amount. It is important to decide the building shape and contents to mitigate the environmental affect in terms of material, volume, the pattern of the energy use and others.
