가정복지증진을 위한 가계구조분석 및 진단 프로그램 개발 - 중년기 전업주부 가정을 대상으로 - (Study on Development of Household Analysis and Diagnosis Program for Enhancing the Family Welfare - Focusing on Household of Middle-aged Full-time Housewives -)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the household analysis and diagnosis program for the enhancement of family welfare focusing on the household of middle-aged full-time housewives. From the review of related literatures, the following areas of total family life were selected ; household management, time use, housing, household materials, finance, communication and decision making. Considering that the program subjects were middle-aged full-time housewives, the preparation for elderly life and the identity as housewife, one of the healthy family members, are appended. The progresses for the development of household analysis and diagnosis program were as follows: 1. to select the useful area of family life, 2. to make the indicators which explain the status of family life, and 3. to decide the scales for the diagnosis. This program has various uses such as the development of self-evaluation program, program for various family life course. Through this program the strength and weakness of family life can be found and the planning for the enforcement of family life can be practiced.

귀촌형 공동체마을 지속성을 위한 생활 및 관리 가이드라인 개발 (Developing Living and Managing Guidelines for the Sustainability of Back-to-Farm Community Village)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop guidelines for sustainability of back-to-farm community village in 4 aspects; social environment, maintenance and management, regional environment, and economic environment. These 4 aspects, which count for sustainability, based on the comprehensive comparative analysis about items that field survey and literature suggested. Conclusions of guideline are of the following. The guidelines on social environment are developed by 3 items; resident participation and activity, village leader, decision making in village and person in charge of operation. The guidelines on maintenance and management are developed by 5 items; village operation system, village regulation, transparency of management, village operation expenses, and management type. The guidelines on regional environment are developed by 2 items; support by central and local government, and area projects and connection to regional resources. The guideline on economic environment is not developed due to low demands of based production facilities and income increase facilities.

한부모가족의 가계지출에 영향을 미치는 요인: 모자가족과 부자가족의 지출 비교 (Determinants of household expenditure in single-parent families: A comparison between single-mother families and single-father families)

  • This study examines household expenditure patterns for single-parent families to better understand the decision-making process and to consider the appropriateness of the decisions on monetary allocation. This study investigates the household expenditure patterns and the determinants of expenditure patterns for single-father families as compared to those for single-mother families. A series of analyses of the data, which was gathered from the 2015 Single-parent Family Survey on household expenditures, were conducted. The results show that there are differences in the household expenditure volumes and patterns between single-father families and single-mother families. Differences in the categories of expenditure and variations in the share that was allocated for each expenditure category in single-father families as compared to in single-mother families were both statistically significant. Disparities were found in seven categories of household expenditure between single-father families and single-mother families. The amount allocated from total expenditures for each expenditure category was also significantly different between single-father families and single-mother families in regards to clothing, home equipment, housing, water/light/heat costs, transportation, and telecommunication. The determinants of the total household expenditure for single-parent families were age, level of education, number of family members, public transfer, household income, assets, and debt.

공동주택의 계획특성이 분양원가에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석 (A Study on the Influence of the Characteristics of Planning on the Cost of Apartment)

  • 최근의 주택 개발사업은, 주택시장의 분위기가 사업의 중요 요인 중 하나였던 예전의 상황과 달리, 투자자금의 모집과 사업부지 물색 등의 어려움으로 타당성 분석의 정밀도가 점차 중요시 되고 있다. 주택 개발사업의 타당성 분석에 있어 토지의 이용 가치와 관련된 용적률, 상품수준에 관련된 분양비, 또한 금융비용에 영향을 미치는 공사기간은 중요한 요소이며, 본 연구에서는 이러한 용적률 분양비 공사기간을 개별 프로젝트의 고유특성인 계획특성으로 채택하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 타당성 분석의 체계적인 접근을 위하여 용적률, 분양비, 공사기간을 계획특성인자로 채택하여 타당성 분석 시 공동주택의 계획 특성이 분양원가에 미치는 영향을 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다.

  • 현행 민간 시행사에 의한 주택 개발사업의 토지비 차입 구조는 사업자체의 타당성에 의한 진정한 의미의 프로젝트 파이낸싱(project financing)이라기보다는 담보능력이 약한 민간 시행사에 대하여 건설사의 지급보증을 필요로 하는(corporated financing)구도이다. 따라서 정확하지 못한 타당성 분석에 의한 사업진행은 사업 주체에 큰 타격을 줄 수 있으며, 더욱이 건설사의 경우 도급업체로서의 건설대금에 대한 리스크 외에 지급보증에 의한 리스크를 이중으로 부담하게 되어 치명적인 타격을 줄 수 있다 또한, 최근의 $8{\cdot}31$부동산 정책이후 분양시장의 환경 변화로 인해 정밀한 타당성 분석이 요구되어 지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는, 이러한 상황인식 하에서 타당성 분석의 정밀도와 수지분석 항목과 관련된 사항에 대한 의사결정의 우선순위를 위하여, 지가에 따른 몬테칼로 시뮬레이션을 이용한 주택 개발사업의 사례분석을 통하여, 사업이익에 대한 수지분석 항목의 민감도 분석을 목적으로 한다.

  • The landslide disaster damage has been increased by mountain development, leading to construction of educational facilities, medical facilities, petty industrial facilities, and large housing complexes. Therefore, effective regulation is required as an effort in urban planning solutions. For suggesting specific mitigation strategies on urban landslide, this study aims to define evaluation criteria for urban planning management of debris-flow disaster. AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), one of the multiple criterion decision making methods, was utilized in this study. This study makes use of 16 sub-criteria under the framework of hazard, exposure, and vulnerability, and well-planned expert survey measures their weights. The weights are also applied to evaluate each grid in urban space (min $10{\times}10m$) and classify it with red, orange, yellow, or green grade so that areas at higher risk are clearly identified. This study concludes that the suggested method is useful to support a strategies for urban planning management of debris-flow disaster, particularly in a GIS base.

  • The objective of this study is to develop the predicting method of concrete strength when remove concrete form-work without making cement test piece at construction site. For this purpose, this study catches the Maturity Method by using RFID, the usability of which is now being emphasized at site, accumulates and record the strength data, which can be gained with the results of existing Maturity Method method that is accompanied with strength estimation study, in database, and finally proposes the system structure which can check the estimated strength by Maturity Method. The merits of this method by using of Maturity Method are as follows; More objective, precise, and rapid decision can be made to the concrete strength and about the maintaining period of concrete form and form support. More efficient control of integrated material management system can be possible. Architectural field example using RFID can be suggested more concretely. RFID applicability can be extended by using DB of material integration management system.

  • This study is to develop a non-contact construction project management solution that can reduce cost and construction period through on-site information sharing, minimizing contact with others by COVID19, and improving the productivity of the construction industry. Decisions, checklists, and execution rates of construction costs can be checked with smart devices through sharing on-site photos and videos, exchanging opinions. Details and checklist data stored on cloud servers of sites that apply non-face-to-face construction project management solutions will be used as data for analyzing amounts and construction periods depending on the size of the construction. Real-time field information sharing will reduce expected problems and waste factors, expand communication channels with users to prevent or minimize construction disputes and claims, and contribute to the expansion and growth of new research industry markets in construction technology.

대구시 지가의 시공간적 변화 탐색 (Exploring Spatio-Temporal Variations of Land Price in Daegu Metropolitan City)

  • 지가는 도시의 구조와 변화를 읽어 낼 수 있는 공간 텍스트이다. 본 연구의 목적은 대구시를 대상으로 상세한 공간 및 시간 해상도를 갖는 지가의 시공간적 변화를 탐색적으로 분석하여 공간구조 특성과 변동을 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 1995년부터 2011년까지 2년 단위 표준지 공시지가를 이용하여 지가면(land value surface)을 생성하였다. 시기별 지가분포 및 변동률 패턴을 비교하여 지구적 혹은 국가적 수준의 경기변동 및 정책변화, 국지적 수준의 지역개발과 관련된 의사결정이 도시공간구조 변화에 어떻게 투영되었는지 파악하였다. 또한 음지수모형을 이용하여 도심으로부터의 거리 변수가 지가 분포의 공간적 변이를 얼마나 설명하는지를 분석하여 교외화 추세와 도시구조의 다핵화 경향을 파악하였다. 상이한 수준의 공간 의사결정을 반영하는 지가를 이용한 도시 분석은 도시 내부구조 변화에 대한 보다 상세한 이해를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 도시 및 지역개발 정책을 수립하고 그 영향을 평가하는데 유용한 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

지역별 학교설립 수요와 특성에 관한 조사연구 -인천.광주광역시와 전남.충북을 중심으로- (A Survey Study on the Regional Needs and Features of New School Establishment in Incheon Metropolitan City, Gwangju Metropolitan City, Chungcheongbuk-do and Jeollanam-do)

  • This study is a comparative study on the regional needs and features of new school establishment. It aims at developing a tool for evaluating the validity of school establishment, which would help more reasonable decision-making for new school construction and the class extension in the existing schools. In doing so, it employes a mathematical device - the School Establishment Index(SEI), which consists of class condition quotient, fluctuation quotient in the number of students and school location quotient. To explore the needs of new schools and classes in a district, this study estimates the number of students by a year from 2009 to 2020 and surveys the changing faces of student movement, school and class density, housing development in Incheon Metropolitan City, Gwangju Metropolitan City, Chungcheongbuk-do and Jeollanam-do. Finally, it shows the relative requirement of new schools in 4 districts, which the educational offices can use in the course of planning the student accomodations to schools and making decisions for new school construction and the class extension in the existing schools. This study would be expected to help the reasonable expenditure for school facilities and to restrict overbuilding of surplus classes.
