전주한옥마을 주거건축 평면의 특징에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of the Housing Floor Plan in Jeonju Hanok Village)

  • This study aims to classify and find the characteristics of the housing floor plan by their spatial organization, the condition of use, the process of changes in Jeonju Hanok Village. To carry out this study, first the 534 in 779 housings in this village are investigated, and finally 55 of them are investigated and analyzed. They are surveyed and investigated from November in 2008 to January in 2010. The followings are as conclusions; The prototype of housing floor plan in this village is consisted of the main room in the middle part with the toimaru (wooden veranda), kitchen and meoribang (the room that is located back or the side of the main room) and kennen-bang (the room that is located the side of main room) in it's house. They are generated and changed on the basis of this type. The floor plans of the housings in Jeonju Hanok Villages are classified and characterized as the type of original floor plan house (original type), that of semi foreign house with the Korean style by the Japanese style or modern style, that of the house for rent a room or two rooms or one family, that of the house which mixed with commercial function and that of etc. They are generated by the social and economic condition of that period. And they will be studied with the life style of residents.

온수온돌 난방시 바닥면의 중성온도 설정에 관한 연구 (Establishment of Optimum Floor Surface Temperature Floor in Ondol Heating System)

  • This study presents a real neutral floor surface temperature in floor panel heating system(Ondol). The Ondol heating system can keep the constant temperature. However, the actual temperature when a person sits on a floor can be different from the surface temparature of a floor it self. The contents of this study are as follows : 1) measuring the spatial distributions of thermal conditions 2) the thermal sensation vote of residents is taken in order to investigate the relation between thermal condition and human thermal sensation in sedentary condition 3) estimating the neutral floor surface temperatures by measuring floor surface temperatures.

소형 임대주택 가구특성 및 실내공간 이용실태 조사 연구 (A Study on the Residents Characteristic and the Inner Space Use of Small-Sized Rental Multi-family Housing)

  • As the provision of National Rental Housing has led the consciousness on rental housing changed, it becomes more necessary to improve the quality of rental housing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the inner space use of a unit and residents' consciousness on the results of surveying the residents in order to construct rental housing which provides comfort residental environment for the residents. Data was collected through questionnaire surveys(459 residents) from 5 estates including 3 estates of National Rental Housing and 2 estates of Public Rental Housing, which is $36m^{2}\;and\;45m^{2}$ of net area of a unit, for the actual use conditions and their requirements on the inner space of a unit. The results are as follows ; 1) The rental housing differentiated according to the needs from the residents' characteristics should be developed. 2) The main demand household for rental housing is established to that of 4 families including a 40s year-old couple and that of 3 or 4 families including a 30s year-old couple, and a double income family. But the type of household becomes more diverse than before. 3) It is necessary to plan the living room for the Multi-functional inner space emphasizing commom space 4) The various and efficient storage space and system for the residents' demands.

서울시 매입임대주택 거주자 특성 및 정책효과 실증분석 (The Effect of Housing Policy on Purchased Public Housing in Seoul)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of residents for purchased public housing in Seoul, using empirical panel data. The scope of the study will be targeted at the Seoul, as of 2017. The research method includes literature review, statistical analysis, and spatial analysis using QGIS software program. The data used in the research is the Panel Survey of Public Housing in Seoul(2017). The main results of the research are briefly summarized as follows; Firstly, Living in a housing with an increased area compared to the previous housing. Secondly, they can live for a long time with low rent. The burden on housing costs is 71.8% in the case of the deposit. Thirdly, there is little concern about social stigma. Purchased public housing was found to be good in terms of stigmatization due to low-income clusters. Lastly, the accessibility in the city center was good condition. In particular, commuting time was 34.79 minutes on a one-way basis, saving about 4 minutes compared to other types of public housing.

청소년이 인식하는 중학교 노년기 주생활 교육 실태와 교육 필요도 (Actual Condition & the Need of Education for Elderly Housing Education Perceived by Adolescents)

  • 본 연구는 청소년의 노년기 주생활 교육 실태 및 교육 필요도를 파악하여 개정 가정 교육과정 주생활영역에서의 교과서 개발 연구와 교사의 교수 시 도움을 주고자 하였다. 연구결과, 중학교 때 배웠던 노년기 주생활 수업이 이론 위주이고 교육내용이 흥미롭지 않아 상당수가 불만족하므로 학습자들이 실습과 체험활동 등을 경험할 수 있는 교육내용과 다양한 수업방식이 필요하겠다. 청소년은 노년기 주생활 교육내용으로 노인을 배려한 공간계획 요소(안전성, 관리, 실내 환경), 노년 주거계획 전반, 노인복지 서비스를 필요로 하였고, 3세대 가족 주거와 노인전용주택의 필요도는 상대적으로 낮았다. 이러한 교육내용은 성별, 거주면적, 가정소득, 출신 중학교 학교형태, 현 주택 거주 년 수의 일부 관련 변인에 따라 차이가 있었다. 따라서 2007년 개정 교육과정의 교과서에서는 필요도가 높은 교육내용을 적절한 단원에 포함시키도록 한다. 현행 7차 교육과정의 노년기 주생활 교육내용은 교과서별로 편차가 크므로 교과서 집필 시는 노년기 주생활 교육내용이 골고루 포함될 수 있도록 고려한다. 아울러 교사의 교수 시는 특성 변인의 차이를 감안하여 교육내용을 구성할 필요가 있겠다. 개정 교육과정에서는 교수.학습방법으로 학생들의 체험적인 활동을 중시하고, 지역사회와 밀접한 관계를 가지도록 권장하므로 현재의 장애체험 교육활동의 범위를 확장시켜 노인체험활동을 포함할 수 있도록 교육내용을 구성한다면 노년기 주생활 교육의 효과가 더 커질 것이므로 이를 위한 프로그램 개발도 요망된다.

대학주변 원룸형 다가구주택의 계획 방향에 관한 연구 (A Study On the Direction of Planning for One-Room Type Multi-Family Housing Around Campus)

  • Around campus, one-room type multi-family houses have been built for more than any other types of one-room type dwelling units. However, these houses are built in a very small scale and have insufficient facilities due to the limited capital invested by the owners of the houses. Consequently, one-room type multi-family housing are lack of consideration and care for various dwellers. This study examines the existing condition of one-room type multi-family housing around campus and analyzes the data collected from the interviews and analyses of the floor plans of the housing. Finally, based on the findings from the analyses this study suggests the future direction for the planning of one-room type multi-family housing.

  • Housing Performance Grade Indication System is one of the advanced system which operate globally in three countries. Housing Performance Grade Indication System of the Japan and Korea has points of similarity and distinction according to special situations of own condition and government. The purpose of a study is how characteristics have points of view about background, composition and an outline of the system, indication standard and method, the situation of issue, making progress direction and what is the clear differences. Also, it is to obtain hints for making progress direction of domestic Housing Performance Grade Indication System. The method of study is in parallel with literature survey, also collection through visiting to researcher, operation company, evaluation institution, housing company of the Japan. and to use data as a result of international workshop on November 2008. Because domestic research team is studying about making system and evaluation, revision, this study will make use this data.

공동주택 가격요인의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Characteristics of The Price Factors in Apartment Houses)

  • Under the premise that the housing market is not fixed, but changes organically according to social and systematic environment, it has important meaning as the object of this study to identify the recent housing market's movement by deducing the changed characteristics of the factors to compose the recent new houses. By using the following methodology, this study analyzed the characteristics and mutual relations of the economical and house-composing factors, categorized the investigation object into sub-markets, and executed comparative analysis. First, based on the leading studies analyzing the factors of house price determination and the assessment indicators of 'Green Building Certification Program', the composing factors are deduced. Second, the factors are categorized as economic, housing complex planning and geographical condition. Third, to identify the influence of housing environmental factors on economic factors, the correlation between the former and the latter, and the difference between economic factors are analyzed. Fourth, by segmenting and categorizing the housing market into time and location subgroups, the chronicle trend and the geographical characteristics are analyzed.

농가 주거환경 평가 (Residents' Evaluation for Rural Housing Environment)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify factors related to residential satisfaction, and to examine the rural housing and village environment which enable to derive what should be considered in the future rural housing improvement. Data were collected by questionnaire survey in 11 rural villages - suburban rural area, plain rural area, intermediate rural area, mountainous rural area. The major findings are as follows: 1) The rural residents rather dissatisfied with'management/maintenance','economic value','facade'in housing level, The overall housing satisfaction level was just medium(neither satisfied nordissatisfied). 2) They also dissatisfied with'playground for children','education condition','medical facilities', 'market'in village level. The overa'll village satisfaction level was just above average(slightly satisfied). 3) Vrom the result of ANOVA test, there are no significant differences in residents evaluation for tiousing and village attributes among 4 rural areas. 4) Factor analysis identified six rural housing environmental factors:'inside utilities','housing size' 'aesthetic aspects','safety','privacy','outside utilities'. 5) For the rural village environments six important factors were derived :'public services','commercial convenience facilities','social interaction','environmental pollution','amenity','agricultural service facilities'.

장애인 맞춤형 주택 계획 관점에서 본 농촌지역 지체장애인 주거특성 연구 (Characteristics of Housing Condition for Physically Challenged Persons in Rural Area from the Viewpoint of Planning Customized Housing for the Disabled)

  • As there is no case study with current status, measurements or description on the state of actual site of rural area only, the delivery of actual conditions about such an area is significantly limited. The purpose of this study is to pinpoint issues with housing conditions of low-income family with disabled members in the rural area. For such a purpose, 25 households of disabled people have been visited for interview, on-site research and survey, of which results are summed up in this paper as following: First, average monthly income of such family turned out to be KRW 480,000, most of which is from the government subsidy. High ratio of such families has resided in a house with average size of approximately 56m2 for about 24 years. Secondly the most needed maintenance work with top priority was for the toilet, and many of the interviewees expressed their discomfort about small size of their bathrooms and inconvenient facilities therein. Thirdly, most of such houses had too high thresholds that posed danger and inconvenience. Such thresholds had average height of 13cm, which can be considered as completely inconsiderate of disabled users. Fourth issue was that these people needed safety handle that will enable them to stand up or to be in the standing posture in the living room and bedroom where they spend most of their time. Fifthly, they wanted finishing materials with waterproof functionality as well as replacement of finishing materials and wallpaper which were too old and caused hygiene issues. As these issues represent, current housing for disabled people in the rural area turned out to be poor and risky space rather than the place where difficulty of individual situation can be resolved or their disability can be complemented. Thus it can be determined that now is the time to arrange the solutions for such housing difficulties and to establish customized housing plan to ensure safety and convenience.
