Objectives: This study aimed to ascertain what should be considered in the "Guideline for Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Lung Cancer" by analyzing the existing guidelines and clinical trials. Methods: The committee searched guidelines and clinical trials about herbal medicine for lung cancer. The searched trials were analyzed in terms of inclusion and exclusion of participants, intervention, comparator, outcomes and trial design. Then, we compared the results of our analysis with the guidelines to identify the issues we will have to consider when making the "Guideline for Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Lung Cancer". Several guidelines for anti-tumor agents and clinical trials with herbal medicine were searched on the national institution homepage. The search terms were as follows: 'lung neoplasm', 'herbal medicine', 'Medicine, Korean traditional', 'Medicine, Chinese Traditional' etc. Results: There was no guideline for clinical trial with herbal medicine for lung cancer. In addition, 7 articles were searched through database searching. All the participants had non-small cell lung cancer. The type of intervention was decoction. Comparators included conventional treatments such as chemotherapy. The outcome measurements used in the studies were quality of life, tumor response, and survival duration, etc. Safety was evaluated by recording adverse events and blood test. Conclusions: Findings were made by reviewing existing guidelines and comparing them with clinical trials for lung cancer and herbal medicinal products. These results will be utilized in the development of "Guideline for Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Lung Cancer".

Methods: The development committee searched guidelines for herbal medicinal products for colorectal cancer that have already been developed. Then, clinical trials for colorectal cancer using herbal medicine were searched. The searched trials were analyzed in terms of inclusion and exclusion of participants, intervention, comparator, outcomes and trial design. Then, we compared the results of our analysis with the regulations and guidelines of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in order to identify the issues we will have to consider when making the "Guideline for Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Colorectal Cancer". Several guidelines for anti-tumor agents and clinical trials with herbal medicinal products were searched on the national institution homepage. In addition, 12 articles were searched using a combination of the following search terms: 'colorectal neoplasms', 'herbal medicine', 'Medicine, Korean traditional', 'Medicine, Chinese Traditional', 'medicine, East Asian medicine', 'medicine, Kampo', etc. Results: The characteristics of participants were various, such as people with medical histories of surgeries or recurrent cancers or who complained of chemotherapy-induced side effects. The types of interventions were also various and included decoctions, powders, intravenous fluids, intraperitoneal injections and gargles. Comparators used included placebos and conventional treatments. The outcome measurements used in the studies were quality of life, symptom score, tumor response, and survival duration, etc. Safety was evaluated by recording adverse events. Conclusions: Findings were made by reviewing existing guidelines and comparing them with clinical trials for colorectal cancer and herbal medicinal products. These results will be utilized in the development of the "Guideline for Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Colorectal Cancer".

This study was to explore the domestic research trends, and education and operation cases concerned with Korean colleges in the fourth industrial revolution era. It was conducted through the analysis of 114 academic papers registered to the Korea Research Foundation, the newspaper articles, and the main 4-year university homepage from 2016 to April 2019. The results was as follows. Research papers have been increasing since 2016; research were conducted by humanities and social sciences as well as engineering academics interesting in research topics such as technologies, curriculum, and teaching and learning by mainly using quantitative research, literature research. As for the college education, reorganization of the undergraduate and majors centered on the science and engineering field, teaching and learning related with learner's participation and performance, and provide efficient academic affairs management and career guidance using Chatbot or Cloud computing. Industry-academia cooperation was focuses on the field of science and engineering. In future research, it is necessary to explore the research on college students' career and employment, the research on academic affairs management and infrastructure, the relational research considering the variables among college students and faculties, and the qualitative and mixed method approach.

The purpose of this study was to analyze developed case of archiving on Mega Sport Event for searching effective method on a documentation of Mega Sport Event. In order to conduct this study, literature review method was using about book, thesis and data of internet homepage for exploring the stage on Mega Sports Event and case of Mega Sports Event record management. The field study was conducted about institute related to Olympic record management institution for analysing Mega Sports Event record management. The result of this study is following: Firstly, 2012London Organizing Committee of the Olympic Games's case(The People's Record Project) is useful to ex-ante event phase. Secondly, 2000Sydney Organizing Committee of the Olympic Games's case(Olympic Games Knowledge Management Project) is useful to event operation phase. Thirdly. LA84Foundation's case(Olympic Oral History Project) is useful to ex-post event. The significance of this study which came up with the study result above can be presented as follows. Based on the result of this study, it is assumed that three case for documentation about Mega Sports Event. Lastly, the result of this study was useful to Mega Sports Event record management institution. For the more, it will be conducted to study law of Mega Sport Event record management, humane and Material resource and method related to record management of the Mega Sports Event organizing committee.

Archival contents service for education is now a major service program in a foreign National Archives. Therefore We need to study their archival contents services in more depth-analysis methods for the development of our contents. My study is based on the summary of the Homepage Sites for Education of the TNA of UK and the NARA of USA. And also a depth-case study on structures of the samples, 'Coldwar' contents of the TNA and the 'McCarthy' contents of the NARA. As a results, first, the formats of archival contents for teaching-learning materials should be in consistent contents structures like a standard textbooks. Second, archival contents service for teaching-learning materials certainly have to support original images of primary resources and educational kits in order to read easily primary sources. Third, given the costs of development, it's desirable for archive to develop archival contents for teaching-learning materials in the way of cross-use by age and curriculum. Forth, when selecting primary sources for teaching-learning materials, priorities have to be given to the text-sources in the light of learning purposes for history education. Fifth, National archives must develop archival contents for teaching-learning materials in connection with standard curriculums in order to promote a nation-wide use.

Open Science Project, which enables users to access and utilize public research results in a digital format, is being actively promoted overseas, and American university libraries are interested in research support service. Among the three OECD implementation measures, 'capacity building' can be effectively prepared through librarians' research support services. Therefore, this study investigated the policy of research support service implemented in leading American 13 university libraries in preparation for the open science era focusing on the recent literatures and library websites. Based on the best cases of research support service of American university libraries, I analyzed the homepage of 19 domestic research universities' library focusing on scholarly communication service and suggested improvements. In Korea, open access service and management of research data are lacking in terms of experience and expertise. This study result can be used as a basic reference when establishing the research support service plan needed in the open science era in the university library and can contribute to the improvement of the research ability of domestic researchers by introducing internationally competitive research support services.

Currently, the number of visitors to Oreum is increasing and the trend of tourism is changing rapidly. The motivation for visiting Oreum is also changing from relaxation and pleasure to experiences. In line with this change, people visit the mountain by selecting motivation such as marriage and family photos, not just exercise. However, it is difficult to search for an Oreum that matches the tourists' motivation. In order to solve these problems, we proposed a system that provides the association between Oreum and concept based on the number of search results from web search engines in real time. User can select the desired date to check the associations for past or selected periods and concepts. Through this research, visitors to Oreum, Jeju's natural heritage, can contribute to the development of tourism in Jeju. In the future, the concept of visiting beaches or seas, not just Jeju Oreum, can be provided. In this work, search results from websites are collected, stored in a database, and search results of Oreum and concept are provided on the homepage to classify Oreum trends.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how to make a proper investment in ICO in the market. Previously, companies used to borrow money from banks or to obtain investments from venture capital (VC) and angel investors, but now ICOs are used as a new type of funding and financing model. The ICO sells the tokens or coins created on the blockchain openly online to raise the necessary funds, and provides the market value by paying the tokens or coins as much as the investment amount. According to this study, the limitations of the ICO market are (1) difficulties in evaluating the company, (2) uncertainties in investments, (3) lack of legal safeguards, and (4) measures to secure corporate stability after recruitment. At present, there is no way to cope with this systematically since the ICO is not protected in the legal framework. Nevertheless, we investigated the ways to make proper investment in the existing ICO market. In investing in ICO, investors should (1) consider investment methods and profitability, and (2) verify and judge investment fraud through various channels (ex. Homepage, composition team profile, etc.) and make investments based on this. This study will contribute to the formation of a healthy ICO market by understanding the newly emerged ICO market and studying the considerations when investing in it, thereby contributing to the right investor training and reducing the mass production of consumer damages caused by fraud. The limitation of this study is that the domestic ICO has not yet been examined in the legal framework, so further research is needed when policy changes occur in the future.

This paper aimed to grasp what the percentage in the types of news stories on the online broadcast is, which was conducted by analyzing the news stories of 9 broadcasting websites on the Naver newsstand. For the analysis, a total of 270 days' samples were selected, including 30 days per broadcast on 9 broadcasting websites. For a method of analysis, One-way ANOVA was used to examine the difference among broadcasting websites. The analysis was made centering with priorities given to the type of news stories by the composition of language, the type of genre as a standard of stories, and so on. As a result of analysis, all the programs in the off-line broadcast have been produced and transmitted as a video-typed story, but a half of those in on-line broadcast have been made up of the stories composed of photo and text. The online newspaper has been producing a new type of news' story using video-typed story or computer graphic while the online broadcast has actively been utilizing stories composed of photos and text, which are types of newspaper's stories. From above-mentioned results, it can be understood that the boundary among media is getting more and more indistinct on the environment of online media, showing the phenomenon that the type of broadcast's stories is becoming old-fashioned.

An academic library is one of the largest information sources for international students to obtain learning resources, which have a great impact on their studies. However, most academic libraries currently have not provided adequate multilingual services except English, which makes it difficult for international students whose mother language is not English to perform academic work. Accordingly, the present study defines the customized services for international students as the ones that have been supported in ltiple languages among academic library services and aims to examine their effect on user satisfaction in academic libraries. Furthermore, the study has compared international students' satisfaction with academic libraries - one that provides appropriate customized services with the other that does not. The surveys have been conducted with Chinese international students in two different universities and a total of 138 responses were analyzed. The study found that the customized services for the international students influenced their satisfaction with library use. In particular, multilingual services had positive effects on satisfaction with services such as brochures/signs, access to and use of resources through the homepage, and user instruction. The findings of the study suggest practical insights on how academic libraries provide effective services for supporting international students' academic tasks.
