The purpose of this study is to develop a management model to effectively provide hospice service of nursing home. In a method of study to achieve this purpose, a positive research and literature study have been performed at the same time. Concerning contents to be examined as a definition of notions and patterns about hospice for the aged, foreign hospice and structural elements of hospice management, a literature study to support a theoretical background has presented leading studies as an analysis form of this study through analyzing domestic and foreign literature, thesis, journal and so on. In order to attain the purpose of this study, the positive research is to carry out a survey of demand and desire of people who have already got hospice service in the first place as a fact-finding survey related to the subject of hospice service, investigate organizations to operate nursing home and hospice and relevant experts in the second place as a survey of supply system to provide hospice service, and develop an appropriate management model to connect the demand and supply of nursing home through it. Therefore, this study has developed a delivery system and a chart of the practical trend to be done minutely, presenting a model to manage a hospice of nursing home based on the above results. The management model externally has connected medical team of hospital with hospice team of home based on a community, and internally is composed centering on five elements such as administrative organization, manpower, program and contents of service, finances. In practical model of hospice management of nursing home, in order to plan a program, provide service and give a high-quality service to the aged, this study has presented a trend chart of service management on the basis of five structural elements, an analysis form of this study. In conclusion, this study could present data to develop a hospice in the field of nursing home for the aged by showing a model concerning a hospice management of nursing home, but in my opinion, a following study to be detailed and developed even more than this study should be continued.

The primary purpose of this study was to analyze the types of home managers in association with effects of resourcefulness, communication and the conditions for effective home management＇ proposed by Shape and Winter(1991). A survey was conducted by subjects of 300 wives in Kwangju city. The statistical data were obtained by cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan＇s test and chi-square test. Manager types based on the four conditions, resourcefulness and communication were classified into four clusters. Educational background, job status, family types, family life cycle and age difference between the oldest and the youngest child of the subjects were different from manager types. In conclusion, this study identified the four conditions of performance-condition dichotomy, timing, high level and middle range, resourcefulness, and communications in order to develop managerial capability. 본 논문은 세션 관리 기능을 포함한 홈 네트워크 환경을 위한 지각자 처리 및 오류 복구 처리에 대해서 기술한다. 이 시스템은 ED와 ES, ER로 구성되어 있다. ED는 세션 관리 기능을 포함한 홈 네트워크 환경에서 멀티미디어 원격 교육을 위하여 훅 킹 기법으로 오류를 감지하는 에이전트이다. ES는 세션 관리 기능을 포함한 홈 네트워크 환경에서 멀티미디어 원격 교육을 위하여 오류를 공유하는 에이전트이다. ER은 세션 관리 기능을 포함한 홈 네트워크 환경에서 멀티미디어 원격 교육을 위한 소프트웨어 오류를 복구하기에 적합한 에이전트이다. 본 논문은 규칙-기반 DEVS(Discrete Event System Specification) 모델링과 시뮬레이션 기법을 사용하면서 분산 멀티미디어 상에서의 오류 복구 시스템의 성능 분석을 설명한다. 제시된 방법이 기존 방법에 비하여 오류 발생률과 작업 수행 시간에 있어서 더 효율적이다.

목적: 본 연구에서는 제주지역내의 보건소, 지역 암센터와 말기암환자 전문의료기관 등에서 실시하고 있는 재가암환자 관리 사업의 객관적 현황을 파악하여 각 기관별의 재가암 관리를 위한 역할을 정립하고자 한다. 방법: 제주지역에서 재가암환자 관리를 실시하고 있는 각 기관을 대상으로 재가암환자 관리 사업의 시작연도와 현재 실시하고 있는 사업과 부족한 부분 등을 알아보고, 각 기관과의 연관사업 등을 파악하였다. 결과: 제주지역내의 재가암환자 관리는 6개의 보건소와 1개의 지역 암센터, 1개의 말기암환자 전문의료기관이 활동 중에 있으며, 제공되는 서비스는 약간의 차이는 있으나, 신체적, 정서적, 영적, 교육 정보적 서비스를 실시하고 있으나 보건소의 경우, 통증완화를 위한 마약성 진통제의 사용이 부족한 실정이었다. 결론: 본 연구는 재가암환자 관리 사업에서 말기암환자 전문의료기관과 보건소에서 급성기의 경우와 재가암환자 관리를 위한 인력의 교육을 위한 교육은 지역 암센터와 연계하여 재가암환자에 대한 체계적인 관리와 역할 분담을 정립시켜야 할 것으로 생각된다.

This study examined the time use of married female home-based workers in comparison with married female on-site workers. The data were collected from 165 home-based workers and 292 on-site workers in Busan and Kyungnam province, by a self-administered questionnaire. Frequency distributions, Pearson's correlations, and multiple regression analyses were conducted by SPSS/PC/sup +/. The major findings are summarized as follows: (1) both groups spent more time in physiological activities, household work, and leisure on weekends than on weekdays, while they spent more time in work on weekdays than on weekends; and (2) generally, the age of the youngest child and the home presence of an aged or handicapped relative had effects on the time use of home-based workers. These results imply that home-based workers need to develop some strategies for time management to harmonize their home-based work with household work.

The purpose of this study was to test the effects of Practical Problem-Based Home Economics Instruction (PPBHEI) on middle school students' creativity, focusing on the content on "clothing management and recycling." This study carried out quasi-experimental research with an independent variable of PPBHEI and a dependent variable of creativity. The experiment was based on a sample of 62 (31 in each group) second grade students in the Cheongju area over four class hours. ANCOVA was performed to examine pre-test and post-test differences between the experimental group and the control group. The results showed that PPBHEI did not improve the level of creativity but improved the level of creative motivation among the sub-elements of creativity (creative thinking, creative tendency, creative motivation). In particular, PPBHEI improved the level of independence in creative tendency, intrinsic motivation, and diligence in creative motivation. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that PPBHEI is effective in improving independence, intrinsic motivation, and diligence in respect of middle school students'creativity.

본 논문에서는 홈 게이트웨이를 이용하는 가입자들을 관리하기 위해 SSL을 이용한 웹 기반 홈 게이트웨이 관리 시스템을 설계하였다. SNMP를 탑재한 홈 게이트웨이의 시스템 분석, 성능 분석, 장애 분석 등을 파악하기 위해 MIB 오브젝트를 추출하여 가공한다. 시스템 분석은 홈 게이트웨이의 기본적인 구성 정보를 제공하고, 성능 분석은 장비의 실시간 트래픽 정보와 상태를 나타내며, 장애 분석은 예외 상황에 대한 장애로그 및 Trap 메시지를 통하여 장애를 통보 받는다. 또한 SSL(Secure Socket Layer)을 이용하여 서버와 클라이언트 사이의 통신 회선의 보안을 강화함으로써 관리 시스템의 안정성을 증가시켰다.

This study was conducted to develop a home care nursing management system based on the validated and useful data base found through literature review. The contents and structure according to a development procedure for a computer system were as follows. 1. A data base on home care nursing patients was accumulated by putting data respectively in both steps and fields - from selection criteria. basic information. prescription. plan of home visits. to application of nursing process. 2. Accumulated data was classified and designed to search by basic information. drug/injection prescription. examination prescription, treatment prescription. supply. and a record of the nursing process. 3. Various forms of retrieval including graphs were elaborated in terms of diagnosis and intervention aspects.

In this paper, we discuss issues related with conceptual definition and measurement of financial management behavior. Specifically, we examine the relationships among the management behavior relating to throughput, inputs, and outputs, based on the financial management systems model. Fer the analysis, we have reviewed articles that dealt with financial management behavior utilizing financial management systems model. The articles we reviewed appeared between the year 1986 to 2000, in four journals published in Korea (Journal of Korean Home Economics Association, Journal of Korean Home Management Association, Journal of Consumer Studies, and Journal of Korean Family Resource Management) as well as five home economics journals published in the U.S. The implications for the future research of financial management are also Presented.

This paper proposes an ontology-based context-aware home healthcare platform employing environmental factors obtained from home. The proposed platform manages the health of home residents, and notifies relatives or a medical team of critical condition through context-awareness based on home ontology by using information sensed from various sensors. The ontology definition of context-awareness from the sensed information provides technically more precise decision for us. Therefore the platform can be aware of the health state of residents and environment by reasoning exactly from data gathered from various sensors and heterogeneous devices. The platform also can individually provide the customized service for users by setting priority for critical status that can be occurred in the health state of residents.
