EasyCare : 심계질환자 관리를 위한 에이전트 기반의 u-헬스케어 시스템 (EasyCare : An Agent-based u-Healthcare System for Managing Patients with Heart Diseases)

  • Due to the growth of economy and the advancement of IT, the life expectancy has been prolonged and the interests in health have greatly increased. Recently the request for systems that enable measuring the bio-signals of patients in the non medical organizations, such as home, and transmitting them to medical staffs at remote sites for monitoring them. In this paper, we present an agent-based u-health system for patients or suspects with heart diseases. Our system consists of portable devices for measuring bio-signals and agents that perform data collection, data storage, automatic detection of abnormal status in patients, and HL7-based data exchange in a cooperative way. The main features of the system are : the agent-based architecture facilitates the addition of new service modules as well as the modification of existing ones; an intelligent agent is provided which automatically detects situations in which the bio-signals of patients are abnormal; the medical data standard is supported so that the communication with other systems is very easy. To our survey, there have been few previous systems which support all those features in a seamless way.

청소년의 의복태도와 교복착용에 대한 태도 (Teenager's Attitudes toward Clothing & School Uniform)

  • Teenagers are fast in growth and very sensitive. They are more interested in appearance and clothing and they use it as a method of expressing themselves. Thus they show different attitudes toward clothing. This study is to survey teenagers' attitudes toward clothing, especially school uniform and to understand their psychological characteristics about clothing. The purpose of this study is to provide useful data in designing teenagers' school uniform which can serve to fulfill their clothing desire and beautiful school life. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. As of paradigm in clothing, they value individuality, economical efficiency, practicality, fashion, and conformity of clothes in the order of importance. They considered individuality value the most important. Students' preference of school uniform is not positive over all. About 60% of students support wearing uniform, and 50% like wearing uniform on the way to school. The reasons for wearing school uniform are psychological stability and economical efficiency. They think school uniform is well fitted for the student position and don't have to care about clothing if they wear school uniform. 63% of them prefer wearing famous brand but they think the price is too high. Comparing with male student, female students place more value on latest fashion and are more likely to purchase brand object than male students do. Female students have more experience in modification of school uniform than male students do. Based on the result of this study, we need to understand the students' attitudes toward school uniform and to accept demand of teenagers' idea in production of school uniform.

  • Previously, we analyzed for nutrition knowledge and the use of nutrition knowledge in the everyday lives of students in order to develop nutrition education programs that focus on desirable behavior change. From this, we found that female students desired to participate in nutrition education more than male students, and regarding their concerns for nutrition education, 73.2% of the females and 50.0% of the males displayed interest in 'obesity and the regulation of body weight'. Therefore, this study showed female students give more attention to the obesity and the regulation of body weight than male students(p=.000<.001). In addition, female students had higher interests($8.63{\pm}1.67$) than male students ($7.45{\pm}2.03$) in nutrition knowledge(p=.000<.001). By investigating the use of nutrition knowledge in everyday life, our research indicated that the actual use of nutrition knowledge was less. To encourage students to persue dietary lives addressing the concerns confirmed above, the following needed to occur. 1) Provide them nutrition information for the main processed foodstuffs encountered when dining out(breads, cakes, cookies, and carbonated beverage). 2) Teach them to read food nutrition labels. 3) Help them find a lifestyle connection through lasting self-management methods and the generation of social support. Accordingly, this required developing effective and practical nutrition education programs that considered regional characteristics and gender differences. The most important factors considered during nutrition education program development were the need for motivation and ongoing education by stage of change, rather than temporal education through specific problem analysis, in order that those being educated may bring about a change of behavior by themselves. Therefore, from this study, we have suggested the use of multilateral operating strategies for successful nutrition education. In addition the phase model of behavior change should be applied. Our programs were aimed at self owned nutritional management so that students could master their own methods for acquiring skills and enjoying dietary life. The research may be summed up as follows. First, the purpose of education at the recognition stage of change was to attempt motivation for nutrition improvement, by analyzing the problems such as food buying habit and the main purchasing viewpoints when dining out. Second, the purpose of education at the action stage of change was to help students acquire of concrete methods for behavior modification by linking the program to their home as well as to teachers with various activities that suited the situation at school. This was done by analyzing the processes and decisions pertaining to dining out the main processed foodstuffs and principal components, etc. through data and experimental practice. Third, the purpose of education for changing of habits and values, or the maintenance stage, was to investigate the various reasons that undesirable behaviors were induced, and then determine a lasting self-management method as well as how to generate social support. If the nutrition education program developed in this study is utilized on site, someone in the primary role as the nutrition educator and trained specifically in nutrition, can help induce the health promotion in the community as well as lasting dietary management, by executing a link with families in parallel with educating teaching staff and students' parents. In addition, this program can playa role in the government policies related to the health promotion for our youth who are the foundation of our nation and who can enhance our national competitive power.

초기 치매 노인의 일상생활 참여 촉진을 위한 보호자 지침의 개발: 델파이 조사를 중심으로 (Development of Caregiver Guideline for Participation in Activities of Daily Living for the Elderly with Early Dementia: Focusing on the Delphi Survey)

  • 본 연구는 치매를 조기에 관리하기 위한 중재 방법의 일환으로, 초기 치매 노인을 위해 보호자가 일상생활에서 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 전문적 중재 내용을 포함한 초기 치매 노인의 일상생활 참여를 촉진할 수 있는 보호자 지침을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 델파이 기법을 활용한 연구의 절차는 총 3단계로 진행하였다. 첫 단계는 1차 조사로, 외국의 치매 관련 협회나 정부부처에서 발행한 초기 치매노인의 일상생활 참여 촉진 가이드 전략과 관련된 보고서 자료를 수집하여 지침 항목을 추출하여 번안 및 재구조화 한 후 3개 영역, 128개 항목의 초안을 마련하였다. 두 번째 단계는 2차 조사로, 전문가 16인의 내용타당도 검증 및 항목 삭제, 영역 재분류, 내용 통합, 번역체 수정 등의 작업을 거쳤다. 세 번째 단계는 지침의 완성 단계로, 완성된 지침은 8개 영역, 68개 항목으로 구성되었다: 환경수정 및 보조도구, 일상생활, 건강관리, 의사소통, 심리 정서적지지, 여가활동, 사회참여, 일반적 지침. 또한, 모든 항목은 각 영역 내에서 중요도 값이 높은 순서로 항목을 배치하였다. CVR 평균값은 0.81, 안정도 평균값은 0.15, 합의도 평균값은 0.79이다. 즉, 최종 지침 항목에 대한 델파이 의견이 안정되고, 합의되는 경향의 값을 보였다. 그리고 15명의 델파이 조사에서 CVR은 0.49이상, 안정도는 0.5미만인 경우 더 이상의 델파이 조사를 하지 않아도 되기 때문에 추가적인 조사를 실시하지 않았다. 본 연구에서 개발된 초기 치매 노인의 일상생활 참여 촉진을 위한 보호자 지침은 지역사회에서 거주하는 초기 치매 노인의 독립성을 돕기 위해 보호자 교육용으로 안내하기에 실제적이고, 구체적인 내용을 담은 기초자료로 활용될 것이고, 보호자의 부담을 줄일 것으로 기대한다. 마지막으로, 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제안점을 논의하였다.

조리실습 교육에 대한 교사의 관심도, 실행 수준, 실행 형태 및 지원 요구도 조사 (A Study on Stage of Concern, Level of Use, Innovation Configuration, and Intervention demand of Teachers in Culinary Practice Education)

  • 본 연구는 Hord 등이 개발한 CBAM(관심에 기초한 교육과정 실행 모형)을 적용하여 제7차 교육과정에서의 조리실습 교육에 대한 교사의 관심도, 실행 수준. 실행 형태 및 지원 요구도를 알아봄으로써. 변화하는 시대와 새로운 교육과정에 맞는 조리실습 교육이 이루어질 수 있도록 질적 개선을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 5대 도시 중 고둥학교의 가정과 교사 500명을 대상으로 질문지를 우편 발송하였고, 회수된 193부 중 부실 기재된 6부를 제외한 187부를 SPSS/win 10.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, $X^2$ 분석, one-way ANOVA, 독립표본 t-test를 실시하였으며, 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조리실습 교육에 대한 가정과 교사의 관심 단계는 대체로 무관심 상태인 지각적 단계 즉 변화 초기에 해당하는 낮은 관심 수준에 머물고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조리실습 교육의 실행 수준에 있어 조리실습을 실행하지 않는 수준은 없었고, 일상화의 단계가 가장 높았으며, 대체로 초기 단계로 나타났던 관심도와 달리, 실행 수준은 비교적 높은 특징을 보였다. 셋째. 제7차 교육과정 조리실습의 실행 형태를 알아본 결과, 전체적으로 약 30%의 교사가 제7차 교육과정과 전혀 부합되지 않는 실행을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 목표와 내용 영역은 이상적인 실행 형태의 비율이 높았지만, 교수 학습방법과 교수 학습 자료, 평가 영역에서는 전혀 부합되지 않거나 부분적으로 부합되는 실행 형태가 높았다. 특히, 전혀 부합되지 않는 형태가 가장 높고 완전 부합 형태가 가정 적게 실행되고 있는 교수 학습방법 영역에 있어서 보다 많은 지원이 있어야 할 것으로 생각된다. 넷째, 조리실습 교육에서의 지원 요구도를 알아본 결과, 전반적으로 많은 지원을 원하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 지원적 분위기 조성 중 설비 제공 지원에 대한 요구도가 가장 높았고, 다음이 재정 확보 및 실습비 지원으로 나타났다.
