Purpose: The purpose of this study was to construct the structure, process and outcome of community-based home care nursing service and to examine their validity. Method: There were two steps. The first step was developing the structure and process of community-based home care and the second was evaluating the outcome of community-based home care. Home care services were provided to 25 clients who had health problems. Data on these clients were analyzed. Result: According to Albrecht Model, in the developed structure and process of community-based home care, structure contained facility's philosophy, organization, delivery system, steering committee, office, equipments, medical instruments, the home care nurse and client of home care nursing. Process contained classification of client. nursing diagnosis and nursing intervention. The majority of clients were men (56%). The service was used mostly by people aged over 50 (82%). The most frequent nursing diagnoses were altered urinary elimination (23.2%). impaired skin integrity (21.8%) and risk for infection (17.6%). Nursing interventions included wound care (16.7%), tube care (15.1%) and catheter care (14.5%). Conclusion: Several strategies are suggested from this study: first, activate a referral system within the national health care system: second, increase public information on home care nursing: third, develop home care nursing services for elderly people: and fourth, construct a cooperation system between home care services and social welfare services.

The purpose of this study is to review the Home and Community Based Care Program in the United States and to examine the ways these programs help the rural elderly to maintain independent living in their own home in the community instead of moving into the nursing home. First, the overall welfare policy for the aged and service delivery systems in the United States are reviewed. Second, basic assumptions and programs of HCBC are reviewed. Third, using the informations about the elder support program in Madison, Dane County of Wisconsin as a case, various kinds and contents of specific programs are introduced. Applicability of these programs to rural Korea is discussed.

Presented here are policy alternatives for understanding home health care for the long-term health care insurance system which is being developed for elderly people starting 2007. The summary of issues concerning home health nursing care under the long-term care insurance system include; 1) absence of comprehensive and systematic policy in home health care deliverly systems; 2) absence of community based home health agencies that are considered as the community residents in general. In order to overcome these problems and Issues, policy alternatives of home health care should 1) establish a comprehensive home health care policy for homebound persons; 2) establish the foundations for home health care nurses and community based home health care systems; 3) establish home health care facilities and infrastructure; and 4) promote research and development concerning home health care. Conclusively, a home health care system should be built on a comprehensive policy vision based on health policy, especially long-term care insurance system in the near future. Every homebound residents service has to be constructed systematically under suitable facilities considering the consumer characteristics and health conditions. By doing this, the consumer based comprehensive community home health care delivery system can be constructed in view of the long-term health care insurance system for elderly people.

본 논문에서는 이동 멀티캐스트 프로토콜에서 단말기 핸드오프로 인하여 발생하는 패킷 손실을 최소화하기 위하여 두 가지 새로운 멀티캐스트 전달 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 방식에서는 주 designated multicast service provider (DMSP)와 여분의 백업 DMSP를 사용한다. 모의실험을 통하여 본 논문에서 제안된 방식은 망의 트래픽 증가와 백업 DMSP 수행과 관련된 프로토콜 비용 증가를 통하여 패킷 손실을 크게 줄일 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

Food delivery service combined with IT technology and HMR (Home Meal Replacement) are rapidly growing due to the COVID-19. Recently, the demand for salads along with HMR has increased among office workers in their 20s and 30s who are interested in health and beauty. Freshcode is a food startup with 6 years of experience that started selling salad products through O2O service. Freshcode applied for a patent for a service that collects orders from nearby areas and delivers them on the same day to a designated delivery address 'FCOSPOT' to save shipping costs. In March 2021, in recognition of the growth potential of the regular delivery service, Freshcode received an investment of 6 billion won in Series A. This study may have practical implications to early-stage startups and scale-up stage startups through a longitudinal case study on the growth of a single company. As for the research method, the lean startup methodology and lean canvas were used in the early stage of startup. In particular, the process of the build-measure and learn feedback-loop, which is the core of lean startup methodology, was applied to each major decision-making step. In the scale-up stage after 5 years, the business model canvas was used to schematize the growth as a food online O2O platform to verify continuous innovation. This case study has three main findings. First, the idea of 'FCOSPOT' was successfully implemented through the Lean Startup methodology. Second, Freshcode demonstrated the scalability of the differentiated business model of shared base delivery O2O. Third, a key factor of success was the digital integrated communication operation strategy that maximizes the experience for the created customers.

정보과학기술의 발달은 식료품산업에서도 큰 변화를 가져왔는데, 그것은 바로 기존의 전통적인 슈퍼마켓 형태의 배송체계에서 온라인 방식의 배송시스템을 접목한 것이다. 현재 한국의 전통적인 슈퍼마켓들은 소비자를 만족시키기 위한 하나의 방편으로 오프라인과 온라인 서비스를 동시에 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 과거 1990년대 후반부터 2000년대 초반까지 선진국에서 주로 이루어진 선행연구들을 기초로 하여, 온라인 식료품 산업의 개념과 운영(operation)모델을 설명하고, 전 세계 온라인 식료품 회사와 한국 대형 슈퍼마켓의 온라인 식료품 서비스 현황 분석을 통해, 한국 대형 슈퍼마켓의 성공적인 온라인 식료품 서비스 제공을 위한 배송방법들과 기타 대안들을 제안하고자 한다. 연구에 따르면 한국 대형 슈퍼마켓들은 현재 집 배송(home delivery) 서비스를 제공하고 있으나 선진국들에 비하면 아직 초기단계에 머물러 있다. 배송 서비스의 대안으로서, 가장 기본이 되는 것은 저렴한 비용의 점포픽업서비스이다. 점포 픽업서비스는 인터넷을 통해 가까운 대형마트에 원하는 상품을 주문하고 매장을 방문하여 주문한 상품을 인도받는 형태이다. 또 다른 대안으로 배송서비스의 질을 향상시키기 위해 리셉션박스라는 특수한 박스를 이용하는 방법이 있다. 이 박스는 신선식품과 같은 신선도가 생명인 상품의 질을 유지하기 위해 박스의 온도 조절과 자물쇠처리를 통해 안전하게 고객에게 상품을 전달하는 방법이다. 마지막 대안으로는 배송서비스의 질적 향상을 위한 DC(distribution center)를 구축하는 것이다. 그러나 DC구축은 높은 투자자본이 요구되므로 구축에 어려움이 있다. 그러나 미국 온라인 식료품 기업인 Peapod이 기존 전통기업과 온라인 식료품 기업의 합병이나 파트너십을 통해 DC를 구축한 것처럼 한국 대형 슈퍼마켓들도 DC구축이 가능할 것으로 보인다. 위에서 제시한 배송서비스를 실현하기 위해서는 기본적으로 대규모 주문량을 확보하여야 하며, 이를 위해서 홍보를 통한 온라인 잠재고객의 유인이 반드시 필요하다. 아울러 온라인 식료품 배송 서비스에서 고객들이 기대하는 식품 위생과 안전성의 보장 그리고 편의성을 제공하여 충성스런 고객(loyal customers)을 계속 유지하는 것 또한 대형 슈퍼마켓들이 온라인 식료품 산업에서 성공을 위해 고려해야하는 중요한 요소라 하겠다.

건강의 질을 높이고 효율적인 건강전달체계를 마련하기 위해서, 전자건강기록시스템은 건강서비스를 제공하는 의료기관에서 중요하다. 그러나 국내 의료기관에서 현재 운용되는 시스템은 데이터 검색 및 처리를 위해서 분산 환경의 독립적인 소프트웨어 인터페이스를 사용하고 있다. 이로 인해, 새로운 시스템과의 연계시 각각의 인터페이스 모듈을 구입하거나 개발하는데 추가적인 비용 및 복잡성이 증가되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 가정간호서비스를 서비스지향아키텍처기반으로 구현 한 후 평가를 수행하였다. 서비스 시나리오를 근간으로 프로세스 모델링과 비즈니스 요구사항을 정의하였으며, 서비스 설계를 위해서 다섯 가지의 검증 항목을 기준으로 17개의 후보 서비스를 도출하였다. 최종 서비스 도출을 위해 서비스리트머스테스트(service litmus test) 기법을 사용하여 7개의 서비스를 선정하였다. SOA 기반의 정보시스템은 비즈니스 프로세스 개선으로 환자 대기시간을 단축하는 효과가 있었다. 결론적으로, 병원정보 시스템이 소비자의 다양한 요구사항에 유연하게 대응하기 위해서는 상호운용성, 재사용성, 유지보수 등이 탁월한 SOA 기술적용을 고려하여야 한다.

Home health care system in Korea has been classified into three types of home care programs based on different laws and regulations; for example, home health care nursing(HHCN) is based on medical laws, visiting health care nursing (VHCN) is based on long-term health care insurance, and visiting health care(VHC) is based on the regional health care act. HHCN in Korea has taken on an important role under the mandate of the national health care system since 2000. VHCN will commence its role under the long term health care insurance system in 2008. The strengthening of VHC commanded health promotion and prevention for vulnerable families in the community in 2007. This is an important turning point for increasing quality management for home health care program; it suggests certain possibilities for building a foundation for further changes in the service delivery structure. Accordingly, the home health care policy makers in Korea have a major function and role that consists of developing an agenda and alternatives for policy making in a systematic manner and clearly presenting implementation strategies for elderly health care system.

Currently, convenience stores, which are naturally located within a 1-minute walk, are easily accessible, so customers can easily purchase the items they need, and now they are indispensable places for people. In line with modern society that focuses on buying and selling goods quickly and easily, such as 'convenience' and 'quickness', convenience stores also have been changing by marketing such as home-delivery service and storage of fresh products, not just simply selling goods. In addition, by utilizing application software, we can use everything with one smartphone that we use a lot, in order to provide reservation delivery, pickup, and subscription services. In this study, we conducted experiments focusing on the factors of convenience store service quality and users using convenience stores, and examined how these experiments affect behavioral intentions of customers through their emotional responses. As a result, it was confirmed that empathy had a positive (+) effect on the pleasure of customers, and reliability had a negative (-) effect on arousal. In addition, it was found that empathy had a positive (+) effect on arousal, and responsiveness and empathy had a positive (+) effect on dominance. Finally, it was found that pleasure and dominance had a positive (+) effect on the loyalty of customers. In this study, we intend to provide basic data on existing or future convenience stores.
