스마트 홈은 가정의 가전제품, 에너지 소비 장치, 보안기기 등 모든 사물을 통신망으로 연결해 모니터링 및 제어할 수 있는 기술이다. 스마트 홈은 자동제어 뿐 아니라 상황과 사용자의 취향을 학습하고, 이에 맞는 결과를 스스로 제공하는 방향으로 발전하고 있다. 본 논문은 사용자의 행동을 감지하여 사용자의 특성에 맞는 쾌적한 실내 환경 제어 서비스를 할 수 있는 모델을 제안하였다. 전체 시스템 구성은 센서와 와이파이를 탑재한 ESP8266, 실시간 데이터베이스인 firebase, 스마트 폰 어플로 구성된다. 본 모델은 사용자가 가전기기 작동시의 학습모드, 학습 결과를 통한 학습 제어, 실내와 실외 센서의 값을 이용한 자동 환기 등의 기능으로 구분된다. 학습은 에어컨, 가습기, 공기청정지 등 가전기기 제어시의 온도와 습도에 대한 이동 평균을 이용하였다. 본 시스템은 데이터베이스에 지속적으로 수집된 데이터를 다양한 기계학습과 딥 러닝을 통해 사용자의 특성을 분석하고 예측하여 보다 고 품질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.

In this Paper telemetering system for home automation is Proposed and implemented. Proposed and developed systems are composed with a home server and a few clients which send metering data of gas electric power water and home security to home server using power line communication. Management computer located in office of apartment complex collects all kinds of measured home data from each home server with multi drop communication by UDP Protocol A simple ASK method is used for power line communication Collected data from each home can be used for issuing the bill of each house and web service. The experiments were carried out under laboratory environment using various kinds of electric home appliances to ascertain the performance.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the opinion of Korean feminine seniors on the life support appliances for their healthy ageing: medication dispenser, video phone, activity monitor and sleep monitor. The focus group interviews, asking the usability of the appliances, were answered by each 6 feminine seniors of more than 65 years, residing in Corvallis of U.S.(group I), Cheongju(group II), and Ulsan(group III) of Korea. The results are as follows. (1) The medication dispenser proved to be very useful to all the respondents. All the seniors, who take more than one medicine a day, felt it helpful that the medication dispenser makes them to take medicines at fixed time. In addition, they hoped the medicine envelope to be developed for the dispenser use by the supply side. (2) The seniors showed interest in the manner the video phone works; to work by the voice, rather than by the finger. They expressed the hope of the video phone to display the communication contents, in consideration of their weakening hearing. (3) The seniors who live alone, especially, felt intimacy to the activity monitor, thinking as if some helpers were beside them. The fact that it can send emergency calls immediately when situations happen, gave the seniors emotional safety as a patron. (4) The sleep monitor, although essential to the serious cases without moving ability, was proved less necessary to the healthy seniors. They expressed the hope of this appliance to be evolved for the use with the mattress without bed.

사물 인터넷의 보급으로 인해 스마트홈 서비스 기능을 제공하는 스마트 가전의 보급이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 이에 따라 스마트기기로 직접 제어할 수 있는 Wi-Fi 및 Bluetooth가 접목된 제품들이 선호되고 있다. 하지만 현재까지 개발된 가전제품은 IR(InfraRed) 기반의 제품이 많으며, 제품마다 호환되는 프로토콜이 다르다는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 스마트폰을 이용하여 스마트 가전 및 기존 가전제품을 제어하기 위한 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 시스템은 Wi-Fi 및 IR 게이트웨이로 스마트폰의 제어명령을 Wi-Fi를 통해 수신하고 이를 IR로 변환하여 기존 가전제품들을 제어하는 역할을 수행하도록 한다. 또한 특정 브랜드의 가전제품이나 특정 스마트폰에서만 지원 가능했던 리모컨기능을 제약 없이 사용가능 하도록 하고, 하나의 가전기기에 하나의 리모컨이 사용되는 한계점을 벗어나 모든 스마트폰을 이용하여 다양한 가전제품을 제어할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

최근에 초고속 네트워크 인프라가 빠른 속도로 발전하고 있어 기존의 가전기기들이 디지털화 되어 네트워크로 연동됨으로써 가전기기들이 원격제어 되어지는 단계로 진화되고 있다. 또한, 홈 네트워크와 초고속 네트워크 인프라를 연동하여 인터넷상에서 가전기기들을 제어하고 모니터링 하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 무선센서와 마이크로컨트롤러를 이용한 실내 환경 자동제어 시스템에 대해서 기술한다. 저전력, Zigbee센서와 무선모듈을 이용하여 실내온도를 측정하였으며, ATmega128 마이크로컨트롤러를 이용해 댁내에 있는 각 장치(온도,조도,습도)등을 사용하였으며 가습기, 선풍기 등을 제어하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 이러한 무선센서와 마이크로컨트롤러의 기반으로 인해 홈 네트워크 분야에서 다양하게 사용할 수 있으며, 홈 네트워크 분야뿐만 아니라 여러 산업분야에서 다양하게 응용할 수가 있다.

최근 특정 계절과 시간대에 전력 소비가 편중되어 전력 공급이 불안정해지는 상황이 발생함에 따라 전력을 효율적으로 소비하기 위한 대안으로 스마트 그리드가 등장했다. 기존 전력망에 정보 통신 기술을 접목한 스마트 그리드는 핵심 기술로 수요반응을 포함하고 있으며 이 수요반응은 소비자가 전력시장에 자발적으로 참가하여 전력 사용량, 예상 요금 등 다양한 정보를 제공받아 효율적으로 전력 소비를 가능하게 한다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 그리드 환경에서 가전기기의 효율적인 전력 제어를 위한 SEP 2.0 기반의 자동 수요반응 시스템을 설계하였다.

일본의 도시광산자원과 금속재자원화산업을 파악하기 위하여, 일본(日本)의 금속소비량, 금속리싸이클리률을 논하고, 철스크랩, 사용이 끝난 자동차, 폐가전제품 및 폐전자정보기지 등의 대표적인 재자원화산업의 개요를 조사하였다. 일본은 금속자원 소비대국이고 각종 금속 축적량 대국이기도 하다. 도시광산자원의 리싸이클링률은 자급률로 계산할 때 Pb 50%, Fe 33%, Al 25%이고, Hg, Au, Cd, Mn, Mo, Ag 등이 이어지고 있다. 그러나 기능재료에 첨가되는 레어메탈 및 REE 등은 리싸이클링 기술개발 단계라고 할 수 있다. 자동차, 가전제품 PC 등 사용이 끝난 제품의 리싸이클링산업은 활발하고, 리사이클링률은 법정기준치를 상회하고 있다.

This research identifies specific user experience factors that have positive impact on user's behavior intention to use so that a new technology called stretchable display(SD) can be accepted and spread in the market. To show how these factors can be applied to SD home appliances, a few concrete designs have been suggested. In the first stage of the research, the initial concept of innovative product design with stretchable display was derived by developing a scenario that solves the expected experience by home product users through the attributes of the SD technology. In the second stage, a scenario of the product to which a stretchable display was applied was suggested to investigate the expected experience factors that influence the behavior intention to use. As a result of the analysis, users showed a positive intention to use for the factors of Functionality of Space and Life Support, Presentation of Preferences, and Customization of Emotions, provided by the product with SD technology applied. In the next stage, based on the verified user experience factors, multifunctional kitchen appliances design, smart furniture design with flexible surfaces, and smart interior wall tile design have been derived. After all, the differentiated transformable interface designs shown through this process have been suggested as three-dimensional soft-physical button design and attachable design for multi-curved soft furniture. This study is significant as it emphasizes a user-centered design process over a technology-centered approach, enhancing market acceptability and focusing on design features aligned with the user's expected experience.

The extensive coverage and high speed of communication network, which is a basic structure of the information society, enables the provision of various forms of informatiov. especially, such services as cyber medicine, cyber education, home office, home banking, and home shopping will be common; and, now, no one can deny that the information society starts to be part of our life. Regarding home office, John Navigate predicted home office through the electronic house in New Mecca Trend and Alvin Toffler asserted in The third Wave that people could do their work anywhere including living room in their hoses with the development of communication technology and other related appliances. Such predictions are realized with the development of information communicatiov. Therefore, housing space should be changed according to the realization of home office and the direction of housing plan need to be set for home office.

Recently the idea of a home automation has been an important issue in many publications and home appliances companies. Home automation is a house or living environment that contains the technology to allow devices and systems to be controlled automatically. Remote and local control are useful to keep home comfortable and to support the elderly and the disabled people. In this paper, we discuss possible developments of Bluetooth wireless technologies and describe the hardware for devices and software for the considerations of a home automation system. Finally, we have validated the testbed by simulating in the Bluetooth home network.
