Purpose - The purpose of this research was to suggest purchasing decision factors through understanding the context of purchasing behavior and to figure out variables related to purchasing decision, purchasing cognition, and attitude. Research design / data / methodology - By random sampling, 200 consumers who are over 20, have purchased Digital·home appliance on TV home shopping, and have lived in the Seoul area were chosen as sample subjects. Questionnaires data were obtained from all subjects by self-administration method. Results - Result of analysis could be summarized as following. Analysis of the cognition of digital/home appliance product features, and influence of digital/home appliance product feature to purchasing intention are presented in the following order; price (3.50), diversity (3.10), brand (3.00). Also, analysis of the cognition of TV home shopping feature and influence of TV home shopping feature to purchasing of digital/home appliance are presented in the following order; awareness (3.63), safety of delivery (3.38), safety of transaction (3.28), product test (3.27). Conclusions - Purchasing attention of TV home shopping features presented difference in awareness, safety of delivery, safety of transaction, and product testing factors. In order to vitalize home shopping, impossibility of quality confirmation should be overcome and reinforcement of brand power should be considered.

초고속 통신망과 인터넷정보가전기기의 개발로 인해 사이버 아파트를 중심으로 홈네트워크 환경을 빠르게 갖추게 되었다. 홈 네트워크 환경은 가정내의 수많은 가전기기들이 네트워크로 연결되어 윤택한 가정 내의 환경을 제공해 준다. 그러므로, 최근 네트워크로 연결된 인터넷 정보가전의 등장으로 인하여 해킹, 오동작 및 고장과 홈 오토메이션에서의 방범, 화재, 침입 등을 통합 관리하는 서비스 요구가 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 홈 네트워크 정보가전기기 환경에서의 통합위기관리 서비스 모델을 설계 제안한다. 즉, 정보가전 위기관리 서비스를 분류하고 XML로 위기관리 메시지를 정의한다. 위기상황이 발생된 메시지는 무선단말기인 PDA나 휴대폰 또는 관련기관에 통보되어 처리된다.

As the economy has grown and the main industry in Korea has been changed from secondary industry to tertiary industry, the importance of indoor environment has been a matter of common concern, in which one of the main concerns is to improve the indoor acoustic conditions. However, even though this is required more than before, there are no measures to protect the human being from the noise of electric home appliances. This is owing to the absence of the data about sound power level of electric home appliances. So, we investigate the sound power level of them and analyze the acoustical characteristics of each one. First, we tried to investigate the sound power measurement method of each electric home appliance. After it we test the sound power level of them. From the survey, we can know that the vacuum cleaner is the most noisy electric home appliance, and the refrigerator is the least noisy one. The noise of a range hood is distributed over a wide range frequency. Lastly, we intented to propose the proper method measuring sound power level on each electric home appliance.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of after sales service quality in the Korean home appliance. This study is assumed that after sales service quality is composed of prices of service and corporate image as well as technical quality and functional quality. Also, this study examined that how after sales service quality have influence on the repurchase and word-of-mouth effect, and the relationship between the repurchase and word-of-mouth effect was identified in this research. To perform the empirical study, 204 questionnaires from persons who experience taking after sales services with charge for their home appliance are gathered and analyzed. The results make contribution to the Korean home appliance manufacturing company to newly recognize about the factors of after sales services quality. Further empirical or theoretical study for finding the factors of after sales services quality can be recommended in the presence of competitive service industry.

유비쿼터스 응용 서비스 중의 하나인 홈 네트워크 서비스는 가정 내에서 네트워크로 연결된 정보가전기기의 원격제어 및 모니터링 서비스, 다른 기기와 연동 서비스, 보안 서비스 등 다양한 서비스를 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 제공한다. <중략> 본 논문에서는 홈 네트워크의 무선 센서 네트워크 환경 구축을 위하여 Zigbee를 이용하고 대기전력 모듈을 통한 기기 전력 상태 정보 및 기기 응용 서비스를 제공하는 테스트베드 설계 구축한다. 흠 네트워크 테스트베드의 솔루션은 추가 배선 없이 기존의 전력선을 이용하기 때문에 비용이 적게 들고 설치가 용이하다. 정보가전기기 제어 및 모니터링을 위해 메인 서버와 각 기능에 대한 제어를 맡아서하는 게이트웨이로 구현한다. 구현된 시스템은 댁내/외에서 댁내에 가전기기를 제어 및 모니터링이 가능하도록 구현한다.

The multiple home PC, and home computing environment has undergone a significant evolution. And Internet explosion needs an integrated networking infrastructure within the home. Home networking is a concept that applies to the networking and application technologies to increase the comfort and ensure sharing and management of home resources as well as the provision of new, enhanced services. This paper proposes a Unification Protocol Architecture for home network. This Unification Protocol Architecture expect to a reference model in home network and to a foundation of the IIA (Internet Information Appliance) industry.

최근의 IT산업에서 스마트폰 보급이 나날이 증가함으로써, 스마트폰을 이용하여 홈 네트워크 환경에 정보가전기기인 디지털 TV, 인터넷 냉장고, DVD, 디지털 비디오, 통신기기 등 지능형 단말을 융합한 차세대 네트워크 가전제품을 지칭하는 인터넷 가전으로 발전하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰(안드로이드)을 이용하여 댁내 정보가전기기 제어시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 또한, 누구나 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 스마트폰을 이용하여 언제 어디서든지 정보가전기기를 제어하기 위한 인터페이스를 설계 및 구현하고, 이를 통해 댁내의 정보가전기기를 제어하고 모니터링 한다.

Intelligent control technologies (fuzzy logic, neural network, chaos, and genetic algorithm) have been a great deal of influences and impact, especially in home appliances industry. As a result, products that utilize these technologies are pouring into the market from just about every companies. These products are getting good responses from the consumers, because they offer convenience and amenities through the intelligent self-control. In this article, the functionality of the intelligent control technologies will be explained, and how they are being applied to the consumer products developed in Samsung Electronics Co.

최근 많은 기업은 IoT가 적용된 제품들을 개발하여 판매하고 있으며, 외부의 위협으로부터 제품 및 사용자 정보를 보호하기 위해 기획 단계서부터 보안을 고려하고 있다. 그러나 IoT의 다양성으로 인해 제품별 보안요구사항 개발을 하기 위해 투자되는 시간과 인력의 한계가 있어 현재 낮은 수준의 보안이 적용되어 있다. IoT가 적용된 제품에서 취약점이 지속적으로 발표되고 있고, 이에 실제 Home IoT에 대한 보다 상세한 보안요구사항이 필요하게 되었다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 Microsoft사의 Threat Modeling Tool을 사용하여 Home IoT의 위협을 도출하였으며, 도출된 위협과 국내 외 취약점 평가 기준 및 논문 등과 비교 분석하여 실제 보안성 점검에 사용할 수 있는 항목을 개발하여 Home IoT 제품의 보안성 강화방안을 제시하였다. 또한 도출된 보안요구사항과 기존의 보안요구사항을 바탕으로 점검을 실시하여 효과성 검토를 하였으며, 그 결과 본 논문에서 도출된 보안요구사항의 취약점 발견 효과성이 대체로 높은 것으로 나타났다.
