구릉지를 활용한 저층 집합주택 계획의 타당성 분석 (Feasibility Analysis of Row-Rise Housing Plan on Hilly Sites)

  • This research starts from the questioning of current housing development situation on hilly sites in Korea. It aims to investigate various design techniques of row-rise housing as an alternative housing type on hilly sites. Several generic solutions are proposed by considering the density of dwelling, parking plans, exterior space and access patterns, making full use of geographical features of hilly site and existing facilities. In order to promote development feasibility of proposed plans, the efficiency of the proposed techniques are verified in terms of development density, enhancement of community space, habitability of housing.

구릉지형 목조주택의 시공기법 개발 (A Developmental Study on the Wood-frame House Construction Method in Hilly Areas)

  • This study aims at the development on the wood-frame house construction method in hilly areas. To obey the trend of public opinion to prohibit the troublesome development on a large scale in preparing housing sites, the small housing site development in hilly areas is on the rise and consequently wood-frame house which harmonized natural topography, geographical feature and environment in hilly areas is needed. The main contents are how to make housing sites, how to make roads, how to make pedestrian ways and surroundings of water to run downhill, how to locate house, how to make between road and house, how to view inner and outer and how to make retaining wall on the wood-frame house construction method in hilly areas.

  • The purpose of this study is to find how to use the terrace-house which can protect development thoughtless for the environment of hilly sites and make good hilly residential area. But there are some problems not to be able to apply terrace-house on hilly sites under such korean circumstances. So, to find these problems, it is analyzed different things between terrace-housing and high-rise apartment housing. This analysis finds some reasons why terrace-houses can't be applied in korea. Of these reasons to interrupt application of terrace-house, this study is to solve problem of density and to suggest the design proposals considered by habitability.

  • This research starts from the questioning of current housing development on the hilly site in Korea. It aims to investigate various design techniques of low-rise housing as an alternative housing plan on hilly sites. Several generic solutions of the combination of building type and road pattern are tested for a simulation process, and evaluated in terms of crucial design issues; development density, parking space and open space. As a result, four reasonable models are selected for making full use of geographical features of hilly site, two models each land slope of $18^{\circ}$ and $26^{\circ}$. Several design techniques for each model are also suggested, in ensuring the development feasibility by considering land slope, vehicular access and parking, common open space, and community facilities.

  • This research starts from the questioning of current housing development situation on hilly sites in Korea. It aims to investigate various design techniques of terraced housing as an alternative housing type on sloped sites. Several generic solutions are proposed, as for site slope and stacking method, combination of dwelling units, access pattern, and sectional variation of unit space. By the comparative analysis of design proposals with the typical two-row vertical-access type, the efficiency of the proposed techniques are verified in terms of development density, provision of community space, habitability of dwelling units.

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest urban regeneration methods for deteriorated downtown residential area, considering the development condition of urban blocks. Through the research that are based on literature, field survey, urban planning map and local experts consulting, it found out suitable sites for development such as a deteriorated residential zone or a unused site and it was deduced eight development types from analyzing the characters of developable sites. And then it is suggested various housing forms which were applied to eight development types of developable sites. The consequences of this research are summarized as follows. There are various housing forms by eight development types; block housing, low rise-high density court housing, medium low rise-high density housing, urban housing for low-income groups belong to T1-development of urban strategic position; block housing, housing on hilly site, semi-detached house, lodging house, urban housing for low-income groups, elderly housing belong to T2-development for living benefit; block housing, low rise-high density court housing, housing on hilly site, low rise housing, lodging housing, urban housing for low-income groups, elderly housing belong to T3-development of a small-scale rental housing; block housing, low rise-high density court housing, medium low rise-high density housing, terrace-house, housing on hilly site, low rise housing, block-typed detached house, semi-detached house, cluster-typed low rise housing, town house, urban housing for low-income groups belong to T4-residential environment renewal development; terrace-house, housing on hilly site, low rise housing, block housing, semi-detached house belong to T5-development of a small-scale housing; terrace-house, housing on hilly site, low rise housing, cluster-typed low rise housing belong to T6-development to adapt natural environment; block housing, low rise-high density court housing, low rise housing, block-typed detached house, town house belong to T7-development for community; block housing, low rise-high density court housing block housing, medium low rise-high density housing, terrace-house, housing on hilly site, low rise housing, elderly housing belong to T8-development of environment-friendly.

서울도심부 도시한옥주거지의 입지와 특성 (The Location and Characteristics of Urban Hanok Area in the Downtown of Seoul)

  • This study was aimed at analyzing the location and the characteristics of the Urban hanok tissues that were formed in the downtown since 1920s. Focusing on the relationship between roads and lots, the developing process and the typological characteristics are examined. Through dividing the large and medium lots of the aristocratic families and on the hilly area near the Seoul City Wall, various shapes of urban hanok tissue were evolved. The urban hanok tissues developed before 1936 locate on the downtown sites, while those developed after 1936 locate on the hilly sites. The location of the tissues were identified in the upper area of Jong-no street. The former is composed of small size lots divided into average area $104.4m^2$ with the narrow alleys of about 2.0m width, while the latter is composed of medium size lots divided into average area $131.54m^2$ with the alleys of about 4.0m width. Moreover the structures of the tissues were evolved based on the developing period and the site condition. The typological characteristics were defined as the four patterns categorized with the bilateral concepts of alley's form and of alley's spacial feature.

대관령 산지초지의 식물상 및 식생 특성 (Flora and Vegetation of Hilly Pasture in Daegwallyeong)

  • 산지초지의 효율적인 조성 및 관리를 위한 기초자료 마련을 위하여 강원도 대관령에 위치하는 산지초지에서 2014년~2016년 사이 식물상과 식생을 조사하였다. 그 결과, 관속식물은 38과 90속 104종 13변종 12아종으로 총 121분류군으로 조사되었다. 출현한 식물의 생활형 조성은 반지중식물-단립식물-중력산포형-직립형 ($H-D_4-R_5-e$)로 나타났다. 귀화식물은 5과 9속 12종으로 총 12분류군으로, 도시화지수는 3.7%, 귀화율은 9.9%를 나타냈다. 대관령 산지초지의 식물군락은 덤불조팝나무-꼬리조팝나무군락, 고마리군락, 흰겨이삭-큰조아재비군락으로 구분되었고, 흰겨이삭-큰조아재비군락은 세분하여 왕포아풀아군락, 쑥아군락, 김의털아군락, 애기수영아군락, 전형아군락으로 구분되었다. 이들 식물군락은 경사도와 EC에 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 경사도 $40^{\circ}$ 이상에서는 원하는 목초의 정착이 이루어지지 않고, 관목림이 형성되었다. 따라서, 향후 산지초지의 조성 및 관리에 경사를 충분히 고려해야 할 것으로 판단한다.

Extractable Micronutrients in Soils of Some Forested and Deforested Sites of South Eastern Hilly Areas of Bangladesh

  • Extractable iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), zinc (Zn) and copper (Cu) contents and their distribution with depths in soils of forested and adjacent deforested areas at Jahazpura, Teknaf, Cox's Bazar of Bangladesh were studied. The soils under forest showed higher levels of DTPA-extractable micronutrients in all three layers of soil in comparison to those of the deforested areas. The differences between forested and deforested sites were, in most cases, significant.. The top soils of forested sites had the higher contents of micronutrient and generally decreased with depth in forested soils, while there was no regular trend of distribution in deforested soils. The study also revealed that contents of extractable Fe, Mn and Cu were sufficient in all depths and sites but Zn was deficient in bottom layer of forested and all three layers of deforested sites. The results suggested that organic matter, clay and soil pH could play important roles in concentrations and distributions of micronutrients in soils of the study areas.

지형에 따른 전북지역 과수원 토양의 물리화학적 특성 (Relationships between Soil Physico-chemical Properties and Topography in Jeonbuk Orchard Fields)

  • 지형에 따른 전북지역 과수원 토양의 물리화학적 특성과 중금속 함량을 조사하기 위해 재배면적과 과수종류에 따라 110개 지점을 선정하여 실시하였다. 전라북도 과수원 분포지형은 곡간 및 선상지, 구릉 및 산악지, 산록경사지, 하성평탄지, 홍적대지 하해혼성평탄지였으며, 구릉 및 산악지가 가장 많은 46.0%을 차지하고 있었다. 곡간 및 선상지의 토성은 사질식양토가 66.6%였고, 구릉 및 산악지는 토성이 고르게 분포하고 있었다. 용적밀도, 공극률 및 경도는 지형에 따라 차이가 없었고, 유효수분상수는 홍적대 지에서 19.5%로 가장 높았다. 토양 pH와 EC는 하해혼성평탄지에서 가장 높았고, 유기물, 유효인산, 치환성 K, Ca, Na은 지형에 따라 차이가 없었고, 치환성 Mg은 하해혼성 평탄지에서 $3.5cmol_c\;kg^{-1}$으로 가장 높았다. 토양 pH와 유기물은 과수에 따라 적정수준을 보였지만, 유효인산, 치환성 K, Ca 등은 적정 수준보다 높아 적절한 양분관리가 필요하다. 지형과 과수에 따라 중금속함량은 우려기준을 초과한 경우는 없었다.
