The Studying on Drum-type Hill-drop Unit

  • The drum-type hill-drop unit, an important working device of the plastic -film-covered hill planter, can finish filling and separating seed precisely, perforating film and holing , and its seeding depth and spacing are stability . The unit is applied to hole seed many crops, for example, cotton, corn , soybean, etc. The drum-type hill-drop unit(DHU) , the key work unit to the plastic film-covered planter, mainly consists of distributor box , seeding parts, hole forming unit and drum , It can be operated to accomplish seeds distributing, hole forming , plastic film perforating . Moreover , its inner cavity can be used as seed box.

정밀 파종용 롤러식 배종장치의 설계 (Design of Roller-Type Metering Device for Precision Planting)

  • Scattering of seeds is one of the problems in the hill- dropping planters with a roller-type metering device. For crops like rice, corns and beans, the hill-dropping is own better for a high yield than the drill planting. The roller type metering device has been used for the drill planters and has many advantages. However, it has a problem of scattering of seeds when they are placed on rows. In this study a method was developed to design the roller type metering device fir the precision hill-droppings. Design parameters were derived to configure completely the geometries of the roller and brush. The method was applied to the design of the metering device of the rice seeding machines. The field test showed that the metering device designed by the method made a better performance of seed placement than that made by the precvious one. The method also can be applied to the design of metering devices for the precise hill-droppings of other crops.

The Plastic -film -covered Hill Planter

  • The plastic-film-covered hill planter is a new-type seeding machine, including tow types which are mounted by 11kw and 40 kw tractors. It is made up of fertilizing , plastic-film covering perforating film and hole seeding, soil sealing apparatus, and can work at 5-7kw/h. The plastic-film covering and seeding of cotton, corn and soybean can all use this machine. The plastic-film-covered hill planter is mainly composed of plastic film covering unit, drum-type hill-drop unit and furrow coverer, some other types are also equipped with fertilizer drill unit. It can do combined work of covering plastic film , sowing , plastic film perforating , soil covering at one time, and it is suitable to the covering plastic film as well as planting of the grandulated crops, such as cotton , corn, soybean and so on.

최적화기법에 의한 근육-건 모델 파라미터들의 추정 (Estimation of Muscle-tendon Model Parameters Based on a Numeric Optimization)

  • The analysis of human movement requires the knowledge of the Hill type muscle parameters, the muscle-tendon and moment arm length change as a function of joint angles. However, values of a subject's muscle parameters are very difficult to identify. It turns out from a sensitivity analysis that the tendon slack length and maximum muscle force are the two critical parameters among the Hill-type muscle model. Therefore, it could be claimed that the variation of the tendon slack length and maximum muscle force from the Delp's reference data will change the muscle characteristics of a subject remarkably. A numeric optimization method to search these tendon parameters specific to a subject is proposed, and the accuracy of the developed algorithm is evaluated through a numerical simulation.

Mat묘의 육모조건이 이앙기의 소요전단력에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Various Growing Conditions of the Mat-type Seedlings on the Cutting forces for ower Rice Transplanter.)

  • In order to obtain a standard reference for designing an adequate power rice transplanter, the cutting forces depending upon variety of seedling, sowing density, seedling age and soil moisture content of mat-type seedling were measured by the rice transplanter installed with force measuring device of dynamic strain gage system in the laboratory. The result of this study are summarized as follows : 1. Cutting velocity and acceleration transplanting hoe obtained from jinematic analysis of planting mechanism was 1.32m/sec and 81.5m/$sec^2$ when planting crank-shaft rpm was 160. 2. Little difference between cutting forces on 30-days old seelings of japonica and Indica type was observed, as the cutting forces determined were 2.0kg per hill for Japonica type and 2.1kg per hill for Indica type. 3. Cutting forces determined on 40-days old seedlings were 2.5kg, 2.3kg, 3.1kg and 2.9kg per hill for Milyang No.15, Tongil, Akibare and Milyang No.23 compared to the other varieties. 4. The cutting force was not greatly affected by the sowing densities , only five percent of differences were observed epending upon the sowing densities. 5. Cutting forces were 2.7kg and 2.0kg per hill on 40-days old seedlings and 30-days old seedlings respectively. About 38 percent of more forces was required in cutting 40-days old seedling than in cutting 30-days old seedlings. 6. More cutting forces were required as soil moisture content of mat-type seedling was decreased. 7. Root length after cutting by the planting hoe and their relationships with soil moisture content on 30-days old seedlings, are as follows ; $y=4.147-11.384x+ 28.854x^2$ where , $y$=root length after cutting. (cm) , $x$=soil ture content of mat type seedlings.(%, d.b.) 8. Cutting forces were varied with the width of cuttings ; those on 40-days old mat type seedlings were 2.7kg and 2.2kg per hill when cutting with 14 mm and 10mm of width respectively, about 32 percent of more forces was required when cuting with 14mm of width compared to 10mm of width.

청주 원도심 내 현존하는 옛마을의 입지특성과 가로체계의 변화 (A Study on the Locational Characteristics and Road System of Existing Old Settlements in Cheongju City)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify locational characteristics and the road systems of existing 22 old settlements in Cheongju downtown of Korea. These old settlements are classified largely into two types by geographical feature; Hill type located in ridge and Valley type in the valley from the ridge. The Hill type is further categorized into San-rock located on ridge and Gogae located on hillside, and the Valley type into closed large and small valley, that is, Daegok and Sogok by the shape and size of the valley. The road systems are classified into outer road, approaching road, inner road, and side road. In San-rock type villages, Inner road is changed side roads by new arterial road, and new ones become inner road. The outer road are almost cut off, but side roads maintain. In the case of the Gogae type, main road becomes inner road, maintain old hierarchical road, and in other cases, villages are formed around side roads derived from main road, and outer road and inner road are cut off. Among the Valley type, Daegok type maintains old hierarchical road, while for Sogok type, outer roads are cut off, and new roads are outer road.

성인 여성의 구두착용과 발 유형과의 관계 (Relationship between Shoes Wearing by Adult Woman and Foot type)

  • This study is for research of relationship between shoes wearing by adult woman and foot type. The research was made through questionnaire sheets of general matters (age, body weight, height & occupation) and shoes wearing status (hill height, toe shape, wearing time) of 216 adult women reside in the metropolitan zone and the foot type was classified from foot measurement and the relationship between shoes wearing and foot type was analyzed. According to the result of analysis it is as follows : 1) In the shoes type prefer for they prefer for lower hill as more ages and were preferring shoes with higher hill as the taller women. 2) The instep height is lower and medial foot angle was increased as their ages are more. Majority of foot type was appeared with standard type and the broad type was indicated more by age of 20s. The classification by toe the square type was indicated by majority and in the age of 30-40s the egyptian type was more 3) As the age and weight get increased he height of arch become lower and indicated to transit to flat-foot. That is to say they prefer for round toe in case of fiat-foot, and for square toe in case of normal and, choice of shoe toe shape it indicated by more impact by the height of arch rather than toe length.

군집분석을 통한 경상남도.전라도 별서의 입지적 특성 (Locational Characteristic of Byeolseo in Gyeongsangnamdo.Jeollado by Cluster Analysis)

  • 별서는 세속을 피하고 은둔전원생활을 위해 수려한 자연경관을 활용하여 다양한 장소에 입지하였다. 본 연구는 경상남도와 전라도 지역 별서의 입지유형을 분류하여 그 특성을 파악하기 위해 먼저, 경상남도 52개소 전라도 44개소 총 96개소 별서의 복합적인 입지특성을 조사하고, 다음으로 별서의 입지유형을 분류하기 위해 입지특성을 유사한 성격을 가진 몇 개의 군집으로 집단화하는 군집분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 경상남도와 전라도의 입지유형이 각각 5개의 유형으로 분류되었으며, 경상남도는 '산계형', '절벽형'이, 전라도는 '평지형', '강변 구상형'이 각기 다른 유형으로 '구상형'과 '곡강형', '강변 기타형'은 공통된 유형으로 나타났다. 그 가운데 경상남도는 절벽형이 30.8%, 산계형이 15.4%로 전체의 46.2%가 '강가의 절벽'이나 '산계'에 입지하고 있어 가장 대표적인 입지 특성으로 나타났으며, 경상남도와 달리 전라도는 평지가 18.2%, 강변 구상형이 18.2%, 구상형이 38.6%로 전체의 75.0%가 '평지'나 '강가의 언덕 위' 또는 '언덕 위'에 입지하고 있어 전라도 지역의 대표적인 입지 특성으로 나타났다. 이러한 입지특성은 지역의 지형적 특성을 고려하여 자연스럽게 주변의 자연경관을 활용하여 입지함을 알 수 있다.
