위성해색자료의 대기보정 알고리즘 : OCTS-type과 CZCS-type 알고리즘의 성능비교 (Atmospheric correction algorithms for satellite ocean color data: performance comparison of "CTS-type" and "CZCS-type" algorithms)

  • The paper first describes the atmospheric correction algorithm for the Ocean Color and Temperature Scanner (OCTS) visible band data used at Earth Observation Center (EOC) of National Space Development Agenrr of japan (NASDA). It uses 10 candidate aerosol models including "Asian dust model" introduced in consideration of the unique feature of aerosols over the east Asian waters. Based on the observations at 670 and 865 nm bands where the reflectance of the water body can be discarded, the algorithm selects a pair of aerosol models that accounts best for the observed spectral reflectances to synthesize the aerosol reflectance in other bands. The paper also evaluates the performance of the algorithm by comparing the satellite estimates of water-leaving radiance and chlorophyll-a concentration with selected buoy- and ship-measured data. In comparison with the old CZCS-type atmospheric correction algorithm where the aerosol reflectance is assumed to be spectrally independent, the OCTS algorithm records factor 2-3 less error in estimating the normalized water-leaving radiances. In terms of chlorophyll-a concentration estimation, however, the accuracy stays very similar compared to that of the CZCS-type algorithm. This is considered to be due to the nature of in-water algorithm which relies on spectral ratio of water-leaving radiances.

첨단제조 벤처기업의 외부적 협력활동 경험이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 내부 핵심역량의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of the High-tech Manufacturing Ventures' External Collaborations on the Management Performance: Focusing on the Mediation Effect of Internal Core Competencies)

  • 최근 4차 산업혁명에 따른 산업구조 변화로 첨단산업 육성에 대한 필요성이 커지고 첨단제조 분야에서의 부가가치 창출이 높은 것으로 나타남에 따라 이에 대한 중요성이 점차 높아지고 있다. 그러나 급변하는 경제 환경속에서 첨단제조 벤처기업은 내부 핵심자원과 경험 부족으로 경쟁 우위를 확보하는데 많은 어려움을 겪게 되면서, 내부 경쟁력을 강화하고 비(非) 핵심 분야를 보완하기 위하여 다양한 경험과 기술력, 풍부한 자원을 보유하고 있는 외부 기업 또는 기관과의 협력활동을 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자원기반이론과 거래비용이론을 바탕으로 첨단제조 벤처기업의 외부적 협력활동 경험이 내부 핵심역량과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 가설 검증을 위하여 중소벤처기업부에서 1999년부터 편제하고 있는 벤처기업정밀실태조사의 2020년 자료를 활용하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 첫째, 외부적 협력활동 경험은 첨단제조 벤처기업의 내부 핵심역량과 비재무적 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, 재무적 경영성과에는 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 외부적 협력활동 경험은 내부 핵심역량을 매개하여 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 첨단제조 벤처기업의 내부 핵심역량은 비재무적 경영성과와 재무적 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 비재무적 경영성과는 다시 재무적 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 외부적 협력활동 경험은 개발·제조·마케팅 역량 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 경영성과에는 내부 핵심역량을 구성하는 개별 요인이 미치는 영향이 다르게 나타났다. 특히, 개발·마케팅 역량은 비재무적 성과와 재무적 성과에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, 제조 역량은 재무적 성과에만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

양수장 지구 광역논으로부터 영농기간 영양물질의 유출 및 물질수지 (Water and Nutrient Balance of Paddy Field Irrigated from a Pumping Station during Cropping Period)

  • The study was carried out to investigate the water balance and losses of nutrients from paddy fields during cropping period. The size of paddy fields was 95 ha and the fields were irrigated from a pumping station. The runoff loading was the highest in June because of the high concentrations of nutrients due to applied fertilizer, When the runoff Bosses of nutrients were compared to applied chemical fertilizer, it was found that 39.1 % to 42.5 % of nitrogen lost via runoff while runoff losses of phosphorus account for 14.5 % to 17 % of the total applied amount during cropping period. When the ratio was calculated between nutrients losses by infiltration and the applied of chemical fertilizer, two year results showed 9.1% to 10.8% for nitrogen and 0.5% for phosphorus, respectively.

  • 본 연구에서는 1인 가구의 증가가 하이테크 산업에 미치는 함의에 대하여 특히 인공지능기술 (AI) 탑재 상품(AI탑재 상품)에 초점을 두고 논의하였다. 논의를 위해 1인 가구의 소비 트랜드의 특성, AI 기술의 발전 및 그것이 다양한 산업에서 지니는 잠재력과 관련된 기존 연구들에 대한 비판적인 검토가 이루어졌다. 분석 결과에 의하면, 오늘날의 1인 가구는 남녀 커플가구보다도 친구, 이웃 등과 더 많은 시간을 보낸다. 젊은 계층일수록 자신의 목표를 성취하기 위해 자기 스스로의 의지에 의해 혼자 사는 것을 선택하는 숫자가 점점 증가하고 있다. 이제 '혼자 산다는 것' 또는 '홀로 가는 것(되는 것)'을 더 이상 부정적으로 생각하지 않으며 오히려 미래의 새로운 시장의 파워로 인식되고 있는 것이다. 1인 가구의 독립심 및 개인주의적 사고에 기반한 가치 지향적 소비 행동을 고려하면, 그들은 AI탑재상품과 같은 하이테크 상품이 싱글라이프에 유리한 점을 주기 때문에 다른 가구 유형보다도 더 그러한 상품을 필요로 할 것이다. 따라서, AI 기술의 급진적인 발전으로 인해 1인 가구의 욕구를 만족시켜 줄 것으로 예측되는바, 향후 1인 가구를 AI의 최종 소비자로서 시장 세분화를 준비할 것을 제안한다.

첨단과학기술의 융복합을 통한 특수작전의 융합성 강화 방안 (How to Strengthen Convergeance of Special Operations through High-Tech Intertwinement )

  • 군사작전에서의 융합성은 다영역에서 운용되는 감시, 결심 및 대응자산이 창출하는 효과를 동시에 통합함으로써 달성되고, 특수작전도 예외는 아니다. 하지만 적지종심지역에서 수행되는 특수작전은 적, 지형, 지리, 기상 등으로부터 발생하는 도전에 직면하기 때문에 지상, 공중, 해상, 사이버·전자기, 우주 등의 다영역에서 창출되는 효과를 하나로 결집하기가 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 도전을 상쇄하기 위한 방안으로 장거리 정찰타격드론, 첨단센서, 재밍포드, 모듈형 통신중계기 등 첨단과학기술의 융복합을 제시했다. 향후 4차 산업혁명의 발전으로 특수작전의 융합성을 강화할 수 있는 다양한 첨단과학기술이 출현할 것이다. 따라서 이를 탐색하는 노력은 후속연구로 지속되어야 할것이다.

Evaluating LIMU System Quality with Interval Evidence and Input Uncertainty

  • The laser inertial measurement unit is a precision device widely used in rocket navigation system and other equipment, and its quality is directly related to navigation accuracy. In the quality evaluation of laser inertial measurement unit, there is inevitably uncertainty in the index input information. First, the input numerical information is in interval form. Second, the index input grade and the quality evaluation result grade are given according to different national standards. So, it is a key step to transform the interval information input by the index into the data form consistent with the evaluation result grade. In the case of uncertain input, this paper puts forward a method based on probability distribution to solve the problem of asymmetry between the reference grade given by the index and the evaluation result grade when evaluating the quality of laser inertial measurement unit. By mapping the numerical relationship between the designated reference level and the evaluation reference level of the index information under different distributions, the index evidence symmetrical with the evaluation reference level is given. After the uncertain input information is transformed into evidence of interval degree distribution by this method, the information fusion of interval degree distribution evidence is carried out by interval evidential reasoning algorithm, and the evaluation result is obtained by projection covariance matrix adaptive evolution strategy optimization. Taking a five-meter redundant laser inertial measurement unit as an example, the applicability and effectiveness of this method are verified.

The Static and Dynamic Growth Patterns of High-Tech Ventures in Korea

  • This study explores on the static and dynamic growth patterns of high-tech ventures in Korea. We developed an integrative framework with target market (local vs. global), product/market maturity (existing vs. emerging), and technological capability (follower vs. pioneer). We also identified seven new ventures strategies as follows: i) reactive imitation, ii) proactive localization, iii) import substitution, iv) creative imitation, v) early market-entry, vi) global niche, and vii) global innovation. With five successful Korean new ventures, we found different competitive behaviors and performance among new venture strategic types. This study also observed two different growth patterns: growth through strategic replication and growth through strategic change. It depends on whether they are pursuing similar strategy over time or different strategy within for growth. In addition, we found that creative imitation plays a stepping-stone role in two-step internationalization processes. Although this study is exploratory and needs more empirical studies, it can provide new ventures with meaningful guidelines for growth and internationalization with a dynamic perspective.

산학협동(産學協同)에 영향(影響)을 주는 요인분석(要因分析) - 문헌(文獻) 분석(分析)을 중심(中心)으로 - (An Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Interaction between University and Industry)

  • This paper discussed non-physical factors, such as the level of use of organizational channels and the level of R&D investment of the firm. It also explored physical factors such as the distance between the university and industry, transportation conditions between the two, and the availability (surplus capacity) of professors' or firms' research facilities that would affect the interaction such as the contacts in connection with research grants and consultations by professors to high-tech firms. This paper pointed out that the use of organization channel, the level of R&D investment, the availability research facilities of the university and high-tech firm, transportation conditions between the two, subject matter compatibility between professors' areas of expertise and firms' industrial activities, professors' (or staff) research capabilities and professors' (or staff) research times affect the interaction between the university and industry. It also found that the distance between the university and industry affects the interaction between the two in the opposite direction.

최근 수도권 모델하우스에 나타난 공간구성 경향에 관한 연구 (Planning Features of Recent House Showrooms in the Seoul Metropolitan Areas)

  • The focus of this study was on spatial and interior characterization of recently developed and marketed apartments. The house showrooms in the Seoul Metropolitan Areas that have recently been open were selected and analyzed. The floor plans and relevant materials via website for each showroom provided by major housing development companies were examined, and site visits were made. The finding of this study indicated that high-tech systems were applied to heighten security and safety. It was revealed that various exterior design features were adopted and emphasized, so they affected spatial composition and utilization. Another finding was the use of environmentally friendly materials and features as indoor air quality became an emerging concern. Additionally, it was noticed that features in relation to open housing and interior finishes became more customized to meet different needs of consumers. Therefore, the characteristics of recent house showrooms were summarized into high-tech, environmental friendliness, and customization.

  • The conception of the passive lossless snubber with the simpler is presented. Thus a necessity condition of the passive lossless soft switching converter with the simplest topology is directed. A novel passive regenerative snubber called soft snubber applied to a hard switching converter is proposed. The passive snubber consists of a snubber inductor, two snubber rectifiers, and a snubber capacitor. The losses are reduced by inserting a snubber inductor in the series path of the rectifier during it's turn off. It is so simple that can make energy reset or capacitor discharged directly without producing any current circulation. To show the superiority of this converter is verified through the experiment with a 640W, 100kHz prototype converter.
