  • The purpose of the paper is to operate a high-dynamic-performance for ac servo system. It is describes a characteristics and stability regions by linearized control system of squarriel-cage induction motor. Designed control system are compose to slip-frequency vector control for controlled a scandary interlinked flux by PWM inverter.

  • An electric field was applied to a conductive layer to induce Joule heating in order to carry out the crystallization of amorphous silicon. Polycrystalline silicon was produced through a solid state transformation within the range of a millisecond. Uniformly distributed grains were obtained due to enormously high heating rate.

  • Recently, many nations have released standard such as EN61000-3-2 to impose a limit on the harmonic current to prevent distortion of AC line and to save energy. Also, the limit on the harmonic current makes use of a trade barrier. Therefore, Power factor correction must have been suitable for a limit on the harmonic current. This paper presents AC servo motor drive to have merits of high power factor for Desk-Top Robot.
