원주지역 여고생의 체중감량 시도 여부에 따른 체중조절 태도, 영양지식 및 식행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Weight Control Attitude, Nutrition Knowledge and Dietary Behavior by Weight Control Attempt of High School Female Students in Wonju Area)

  • 본 연구는 원주지역 여자고등학생 503명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 체중감량 시도 여부에 따라 체중조절 태도, 체중조절과 관련된 생활습관, 영양지식, 식행동에 대한 차이를 알아보았다. 조사대상자 중 체중감량을 시도한 여고생은 284명(58.4%)이었으며, 체중감량 시도군의 94.7%, 비시도군의 60.7%는 체중조절에 대한 관심이 높았다. 체중감량 시도군의 85.2%와 비시도군의 50.3%는 자신의 체형에 불만인 것으로 나타났다. 체중감량 시도군의 21.8%는 규칙적으로 운동을 하여 비시도군(5.5%)의 운동자 비율보다 높은 비율을 보였다. 대상자의 영양지식점수는 평균 14.3점(20점 만점)으로 체중감량 시도군(14.5점)은 비시도군(13.9점)에 비해 유의하게 점수가 높게 나타났으며(p<0.01), 특히 균형식, 체중조절 관련 지식 등의 항목에서 정답률이 높았다. 식행동은 평균 31.3점(가능점수: $15{\sim}445$점)으로 보통인 편이었고, 특히 식사속도, 다양한 음식섭취, 식품군별 섭취빈도(유제품, 해조류, 식물성 유지)에서 문제가 나타났으며, 체중감량 시도군은 비시도군에 비해 식물성 기름을 사용한 음식을 먹는 비율이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구결과 여고생들에게 체형에 대한 올바른 인식과 체형에 대한 만족도를 높여주는 영양교육을 해야 할 것이며, 이들에게 올바른 체중조절을 위한 방법과 바람직한 식생활 행동을 할 수 있는 교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

서울지역 여고생의 국소지방 침착의 양상과 변증과의 연관성 (The Relationships between Type of Localized Fat and Traditional Diagnostic Method in Korean High-school girls)

  • Background : There are many korean women who have localized fat despite of they have normal or slightly over weight. The relationships of traditional diagnostic method with total body fat and body mass index had been reviewed in other study, but there is no study regarding the relationship of traditional diagnostic method and localized fat. So we designed this study to find out the relationships between localized fat and traditional diagnostic method among Korean high-school girls. Methods : This research was performed in 21 high-school girls with localized fat during April 2007. We measured body mass index, percent of body fat, waist circumference, hip circumference and means of both thigh circumference. Phlegm questionnaire, blood stasis questionnaire, cold-heat questionnaire, Korean eating attitude test-26 and questionnaire of Sasang constitution classification Ⅱ+ have been administered. Results : There were significant correlations between body mass index, percent of body fat and body size. Regardless of body mass index, they had high phlegm and heat pattern. Most of them are classified as Tae-um type person. Conclusions : High-school girls with localized fat had pattern of high phlegm, heat and characteristics of Tae-um person.

고등학교 교과용 도서 체제에 관한 학생들의 시 지각 반응 연구 (A Study of Student' Visual Perceptive Response to Reading System for High School Textbooks)

  • This styudy analyzed the main bodies, marginal space, Position of the main bodies of curent textbooks in high schools and "the eriteria of reading system for textbooks" which was sugested the Department of Education and Provided some sugestions for the improvement. The research methods used for the study were both literature review and survey rdsdarch with a questionaire. Inorder to research for the main body of textbook, space of margin, the optimum position fo the main body, sizes of litters, spaces between letters, words, lines length of lines, sizes of main body and margin, and margin, and postitionof main body were checked through a related literature review. For the questionaire experiment, a questionaire based on data drawn from analysis of textbooks, "criteria for reading system of textbook" sugested by the Department of Education, and some suggestions for improvement by the researcher was made and used for the test, targetting 384 body and girl students in high schools.

청소년의 인터넷관련비행과 관련변인간의 경로분석모델 (Path Model for Adolescents' Internet-Related Delinquencies and Related Variables)

  • This study examined the direct and indirect influences of adolescents' self-esteem, impulsiveness, departments of school, perceived communications with mothers and peer support on internet-related delinquencies. The study consisted of 555 second-year students from a vocational, academic oriented girl's high schools that were located in Busan. Data analysis was made through Two-Way ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation, Multiple Regression, and Path Analysis by using SPSS WIN 10.0. The results of this study is described as follows. First, internet-related delinquencies were committed by male students more than by female students. Second, problematic communications with mothers was most directly influenced by internet-related delinquencies of high school students of both sexes and was indirectly influenced by self-esteem and impulsiveness. Third, impulsiveness was directly influenced by internet-related delinquencies in both male and female students. In male students, their school departments indirectly influenced internet-related delinquencies by way of open communication with mothers, peer support, self-esteem, and impulsiveness. In female students, school departments directly influenced on internet-related delinquencies and indirectly by way of peer support, self-esteem and impulsiveness. Internet-related delinquencies by male and female students were not directly influenced by peer support and self-esteem. But peer support did have indirect effects on internet-related delinquencies by way of self-esteem and impulsiveness, and self-esteem also had indirect effects by way of impulsiveness.

Developing the Korean EFL Readability Formula (KRF)

  • It has long been shown that Korean EFL students have not practiced extensive reading in school curriculum. Their vocabulary knowledge is limited and a tool for measuring text readability for them has hardly been developed and used. The study aimed to check the current situations on the above issues and develop a reading framework appropriate for extensive reading within the national English curriculum, including the Readability Formula in Korean EFL contexts (KRF). The study consists of four steps. The study does a survey to check the current Korean EFL situations on the issues, suggests a new vocabulary learning size, develops a readability formula as a tool for measuring text difficulty based on the newly suggested vocabulary size, and finally validates the formula with various kinds of English books, including the primary and secondary school English textbooks. It is expected that this study will provide a model for the vocabulary size and the readability index for extensive reading in EFL contexts.

특성화 및 마이스터 고등학교 학생들의 기술적 사고성향 연구 (A Study on Technological Thinking Disposition of the Specialized and Meister High School Students)

  • 이 연구는 특성화 및 마이스터 고교 학생들의 기술적 사고성향을 알아보고 그 결과를 통하여 특성화 및 마이스터 고교의 교육 현장에서 학생들의 기술적 사고성향에 맞는 교육내용을 구성하거나 필요한 기술적 사고성향을 강화하는데 기초지식을 제공하기 위함을 목적으로 실시하였다. 타당성과 신뢰성이 확보된 기술적 사고성향 검사 도구를 사용하여 전국의 특성화 및 마이스터 고교 학생 1171명을 대상으로 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특성화 및 마이스터 고교 전체 학생의 기술적 사고성향의 구성은 기술적 조작 성향(TOD)을 보이는 학생이 무려 38.9%를 차지할 정도로 가장 많았으며, 그 다음으로 기술적 계획 및 성찰 성향(TPRD)을 보이는 학생이 22.46%, 기술적 호기심 성향(TCD)이 17.59%, 기술적 문제파악 및 해결 성향(TPIRD)이 10.33%, 기술적 분석 성향(TAD)이 6.49%, 기술적 창의 및 표현 성향(TCED)이 5.04% 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특성화고 학생들과 마이스터고 학생들 사이에 기술적 사고성향의 구성에 차이가 있는지에 대한 검증 결과는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타나 특성화고 학생이나 마이스터고 학생 모두 비슷한 구성의 기술적 사고성향을 갖고 있는 것으로 판단하였다. 셋째, 특성화 및 마이스터 고교 전체 학생들의 성별에 따른 기술적 사고성향 구성에 대한 차이가 있는지에 대한 검사에서는 두 집단 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 특기할 점은 남학생들의 기술적 호기심 성향(TCD) 구성과 기술적 문제파악 및 해결 성향(TPIRD)이 여학생들 같은 성향 구성 비중 보다 각각 7.4%, 4.4% 가량 더 크게 나타났다. 또 다른 특징은 기술적 계획 및 성찰 성향(TPRD)인데 이 성향에 대해서는 여학생들의 성향 비중이 남학생들의 성향 비중 보다 9.7%나 더 크게 나타났다. 넷째, 특별히 특성화 고교 학생들만을 대상으로 한 성별에 따른 기술적 사고성향 구성에 대한 차이 검증에서도 두 집단 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 구성의 차이를 보였는데, 앞서의 특성화 및 마이스터 고교 학생들 전체를 대상으로 한 결과의 거의 같은 비중의 차이를 보였다. 마지막으로, 마이스터 고교 학생들만을 대상으로 한 성별에 따른 기술적 사고성향 구성에 대한 차이 검증은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다.

한국인 여자 고등학생의 단백질과 칼슘 평형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Intake-Balance of Protein and Calcium in Korean High School Girls)

  • 본 연구는 16~18세 여자 고등학생 7명을 대상으로 평상시와 같은 생활양식과 적정 체중을 유지시키면서 4주간 각 대상자들이 섭취한 모든 식이와 배설한 대변 및 소변 중 단백질 및 칼슘의 함량을 측정하여 1일 1인당 섭취량과 배설량을 측정하였고, 이로부터 흡수율과 평형상태를 관찰하였다. 1일 1인당 평균 단백질 섭취량은 58.15$\pm$1.15g, 대변을 통한 단백질 손실량은 7.65$\pm$0.27g으로 평균 소화흡수율은 86.5$\pm$0.6% 이었다. 소변을 통한 질소 배설량은 7.39$\pm$0.16g으로 0.70$\pm$0.22g의 양성 평형상태를 보였다. 1일 1인당 평균 칼슘 섭취량은 395.0$\pm$13.0mg, 대변을 통한 칼슘 손실량은 233.6$\pm$15.9mg으로 평균 소화흡수율은 40.1$\pm$4.0% 이었다. 소변을 통한 칼슘 배설량은 145.7$\pm$7.6mg으로 15.7$\pm$15.0mg의 양성 평형상태를 보였다.

여고생의 식생활과 스트레스에 관한 연구

  • The focus of this investigation was diet, weight control, health activities and the stress degree of students. The data was collected through a questionaire conducted from December 1, 1997 to December 20, 1997. The subjects of the survey were 1093 high school students in Seoul. The data was asalyzed using the SPSS WIN program, and the results are as follows: 1. 34.6% of girl high school students had abnormal dietst, and mos students ate snacks at least once a week. 2. According to the BMI Index, 5.8% of high school girls were overweight (not obese), but 41.3% thought of themselves as being fat. 91.4% of high school girls were concerned with weight control and 53.6% tried to control their weight. 3. Most of the surveyed students showed that they were concerned about their health. However, their activities including diet control (26.4%), balanced nutrition (26.1%) and regular exercise (10.7%) showed a low performance. 4. The degree of stress was measured and the highest level of stress was school work, followed by homelife, friendship and boyfriend etc. Stress levels were comparatively higher in third year students. 5. In general, when one looks at the health performance and stress levels, those who controled their food intake and were concerned about their health had higher stress levels. 6. Those who were concerned with weight control and those who tried to control their weight experienced the highest levels of stress from school work, homelife, friendship and other friends.

CAI 수업 형태가 중학교 가정 교과의 학습에 미치는 효과 (Effect of CAI on Home Economics Class of Middle School25)

  • The purpose of this study were to examine the difference of the effect of CAI and students’attitude to Home Economics Class through CAI. 120 girl students of the first year were chosen at B middle school in Daegu. Among them each 30 students were classified into 4 groups; High Intelligence group/Individual learning pattern, High Intelligence group/Small group learning pattern, Low Intelligence group/Individual learning pattern, Low Intelligence group/Small group learning pattern. The task of learning was “management of washing”Unit of the second grade. The data were processed with Cronbach’s ${\alpha}$, t-test, ANOVA by SPSS/PC(sup)+. The research findings are as follows: 1. In the verification of CAI Learning effect according to student group pattern, there is no difference between Individual learning pattern and Small group learning pattern in Achivement and Retention of learning. 2. In the verification of CAI Learning effect according to student intelligence level, there is no difference between High Intelligence group and Low Intelligence group in Achivement and Retention of learning. 3. The result of students’attitude to Home Economics Class verificated is an follows. (1) Individual learning pattern is more attensive than Small group learning pattern, but there is no difference in Intelligence level. (2) Low Intelligence group is more positive than High Intelligence group, and Small group learning pattern is more positive than Individual learning pattern in a view of Home Economics Class after using CAI.

여고생의 환경문제에 대한 소비자 의식과 행동 (The Consumer Consciousness and Behavior on Environmental Problems of the High School Girls)

  • The purpose of this study are to measure the overall level of consumer consciousness and behavior on environmental problems of high school girl students and to analyze the most influential factors related to the socio-demography and the education on environment. This study also aims at inspiring the students with sound view of environments and furnishing basic data for the development of consumer education program. The researcher used questionnaires on consumer consciousness scale and consumer behavior scale for the purpose of this study. 640 students were surveyed randomly in Kwangju and Chonnam, and 608 questionnaires were selected as final analysis data. Major Findings were as follows: 1. The average score of consumer consciousness and behavior on environmental problems of the high school girls were 86.0 on scale of 110 (72.7 on scale of 100) and 63.3 on scale of 115(43.8 on scale of 100). 2. The consumer consciousness and behavior on environmental problems of the high school girls showed partial differences according to the socio-demography variable. 3. The consumer consciousness and behavior on environmental problems of the high school girls showed partial differences according to the education to environment variables. 4. The consumer behavior on environmental problems had a positive relationship with the consumer consciousness. 5. The most influential variables on the consumer consciousness were necessity of the education on environment, the type of school, region, and monthly allowance money in sequence. And the most influential variables on the consumer behavior were the campaign on environment in home, participation in environment preservation, cosciousness of environment, and education experience on environment in sequence.
