지속가능한 고속철도망 계획을 위한 투자우선순위 선정에 관한 연구 : 다원-속성 효용이론을 이용하여 (Priority Decision Making for Planning A Long-term Sustainable High-speed Rail Network using Multi-Attribute Utility Theory)

  • 본 연구는 중장기적 고속철도망 계획을 위한 투자우선순위를 전통적인 평가기법에서 벗어나 지속가능 한 교통의 관점에서 이를 분석할 수 있는 방법론을 제안하고, 다원-개준 의사결정기법 중의 하나인 다원-속성 효용이론(MAUT)을 이용하여 이를 분석하였다. 지속가능 한 교통지표는 경제지표, 사회지표 및 환경지표로 구분하였으며, 지속가능 한 고속철도망 지수 분석 결과 경부와 호남 고속철도 이후에 건설되어야 할 우리나라의 고속철도망 노선축의 투자우선순위는 동서축, 남해축, 서해축 등의 순서로 분석되었다.

고속철도 터널입구에서 형성되는 압축파의 특성에 관한 연구 (Characteristics of High-Speed Railway Tunnel Entry Compression Wave)

  • Flow phenomena such as the pressure transients Inside a high-speed railway tunnel and the Impulsive waves at the exit of the tunnel are closely associated with the characteristics of the entry compression wave, which is generated by a train entering the tunnel. Tunnel entrance hood may be an effective means for alleviating the Impulsive waves and pressure transients. The objective of the current work is to explore the effects of the train nose shape and the entrance hood on the characteristics of the entry compression wave. Numerical calculations using the method of characteristics were applied to one-dimensional, unsteady, compressible flow field with respect to high-speed railway/tunnel systems. Two types of the entrance hoods and various train nose shapes were employed to reveal their influences on the entry compression wave for a wide range of train speeds. The results showed that the entry compression wave length increases as the train nose becomes longer and the train speed becomes lower. The entry compression wave length in the tunnel with hood becomes longer than that of no hood. Maximum pressure gradient in the compression wavefront reduces by the entrance hood. The results of the current work provide useful data for the design of tunnel entrance hood.

  • 본 논문은 동력분산식 차세대고속열차가 최고속도 400km/h 이상으로 개발됨에 따라 차량의 최고속도 시험에 대비하여 호남고속철도 건설구간에서 인프라시스템 기술개발이 필요하여 국내에서는 유일하게 현재 호남고속철도 건설구간 중 28km 구간에서 400km/h급 고속철도 인프라를 구축하였다. 또한 계측장비의 설치 및 모니터링 시스템을 설치하여 선로의 지속적인 모니터링이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 이를 통해, 보다 포괄적이며 장기적인 관점에서 통합모니터링의 요구사항과 향후 연구방향을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Railway is an important transportation tool for nation's industrial development and public daily life. These days the concern about railway has remarkably been rising due to the April 2004 opening of KTX, Korea High Speed Rail, together with Trans-Continental Railways linking North Korea, China, Russia, through European countries. In the meantime, the issues of train safety and efficiency, arising from the different on-board signaling systems installed on different kinds of trains, have been raised incessantly. In this paper CTCS(Continental Train Control System) is suggested, which can accommodate such various signaling functions as ATP, ATC, ATS, etc. into one single type of on-board signaling system and operate without changing ground signaling systems on the junctions of the Trans-Continental Railways. The development of this CTCS would cause speed-up of exiting lines and possession of railway core solutions for establishing Northeast Asia logistics center bases, which could be an important cornerstone for domestic railway improvements and Korea's role of Northeast Hub.

  • This paper is designed the accessibilities at rail station and near facilities without distinguishing transportation handicapped or not handicapped people. Therefore, I would like to refer that this study is the just beginning such as the development for sustainable railway. This primary paper intends to present alternatives of trans-modal systems as the final goal in an attempt to set a direction for future policy making in the high speed rail sector. The alternatives recommended in this report stress two important elements for maximized utility of high speed rail at the station areas.

  • For high speed railway vehicles, we consider a vibration of flexible track/wheel system. It is very important to deal with the complex phenomena of high-speed vehicles that can be occurred in the vertical vibration of the system. From a viewpoint of multibody dynamics, this kind of problem needs accurate analysis because the system includes mutual dynamic behaviors of rigid body and flexible body. The simulation technique for the complex problems is also discussed. We consider the high-speed translation, rail elasticity, elastic supports under the rail and contact rigidity. Eigen value analysis is also completed to verify the mechanism of the coupled vertical vibration of the system.

  • On AC railway systems, the neutral sections are installed in front of substations and sectioning posts in order to avoid crash between power that have differing phases. In case railway vehicles pass through these neutral sections, it is necessary for them to switch to coasting driving by notch-off. This may reduce speed of the vehicles, resulting lowered train operation efficiency. The usage of automatic power switching systems makes it possible to pass neutral sections at notch-on, enhancing operation efficiency so that it is appropriate for high-speed railway applications. This paper introduces a simulator that assesses efficiency of automatic power switching systems in neutral sections. The is composed of a power supply system, electric railway vehicles, thyristor switches, and traction motors.

차세대 고속열차의 신뢰성 성장 분석 (Reliability Growth Analysis for Next-Generation High-speed Train)

  • 본 연구에서는 차세대 고속열차의 신뢰성 성장률 분석에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 차세대 고속열차의 신뢰성 평가를 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서 6개의 서브시스템으로 분류를 하였으며, 이에 대한 기능블록선도와 신뢰성블록선도를 도출하였다. 또한 안정화 시험 중에 수행된 시험결과를 바탕으로 고장정보분석을 수행하였다. 그리고 Duane 모델에 기반한 신뢰성 성장률 분석을 차세대 고속열차의 실험 결과에 적용하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 지속적인 차량의 유지 보수 활동이 신뢰성 성장에 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다.

  • A high-speed rail system represents a typical example of large-scale multi-disciplinary systems, consisting of subsystems such as train, electrical hardware, electronics, control, information, communication, civil technology etc. The system design and acquisition data of the large-scale system must be the subject under strict configuration control and management. Not only the requirements of the large-scale system dictate the contracts with the suppliers but also become the basis for the development process, project execution, system integration, and testing. The requirements database provide the system design specification of all development activities. Using the RDD-100, a systems engineering tool, the Korea next-generation high-speed rail program can establish requirements traceability and development process management in performing the enabling train technology development projects. This paper presents the results from a computer-aided systems engineering application to the Korea next-generation high-speed railway project. Especially, the focus of the study was on requirement management and PBS(Product Breakdown Structure) management.

  • 현재 초고속 자기부상열차시스템에 적용하고 있는 위치검지기술은 불연속적으로 열차위치를 파악하는 절대위치검지기술과 연속적으로 열차의 위치를 파악하는 상대위치검지기술로 구분된다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 초고속자기부상열차인 독일 Transrapid에 적용된 절대위치검지장치의 구조와 수치모델을 분석하고, Transrapid에 적용된 절대위치검지장치와 유사한 구조를 가지는 절대위치검지장치의 인식구조별 모델을 설계하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 설계한 모델의 적합성을 검증하고 최적의 절대위치검지장치 구조를 제안한다.
