With the rapid economical and technological progress in China, the demand for wine increased tremendously along with the need for wine storage furniture and wine related products. Although demand for furniture increased, consumers' emotional need toward high quality design product has not been met properly. As the quality of people's life improves, they pursue better materials providing them with higher mental satisfaction. To meet the specific demand of Chinese market stated above, the direction of this report is set as to study pattern elements of Chinese traditional lattice and combine them with wine storage furniture design and crafting, which is originated from western culture. By doing that, the study is aimed to suggest a new direction of Chinese modern design and to improve the fundamental notion of Chinese furniture design. Although wine and wine racks are from western world, the wine mini-bar designed in this study stands out for its beauty and taste of eastern culture. It not only fits perfectly to the habits and taste of wine lovers, but also goes very well with fusion style interior design trend in modern China. The furniture carries the charm of eastern cultural tradition and elegance of modern furniture design in one.

The evolution of spinning technology was focused on improving productivity with good quality of yarns. More detail spinning technology according to mixing of various kinds of fibre materials on the air vortex spinning system is required for obtaining good quality yarns. This paper investigated the physical properties of air vortex yarns compared with ring and compact yarns using PTT/tencel/cotton fibres. It was observed that unevenness of air vortex yarns was higher than those of ring and compact yarns, which resulted in low tenacity and breaking strain of air vortex yarns. Initial modulus of air vortex yarns was higher than those of ring and compact yarns. Yarn imperfections of air vortex yarns such as thin, thick and nep were much more than those of ring and compact yarns. These poor yarn qualities of air vortex yarn were attributed to the fasciated yarn structure with parallel fibres in the core part of the air vortex yarn. However, yarn hairiness of air vortex yarns was less and shorter than those of ring and compact yarns. Thermal shrinkage of air vortex yarns were higher than that of ring yarns, which was caused by sensible thermal shrinkage of PTT fibres on the bulky yarn surface and core part of air vortex yarns.

강원도 인제군민의 질 높은 생활을 향유하기 위하여 인제군의 지역 활성화를 위한 인프라 구축에 관하여 연구한 결과 인제군의 군민이 쉽게 접근이 가능하고 이용이 용이한 대상 부지를 분석한 결과 공원의 유형은 삶의 질을 높이고 도시 문화적인 체험과 휴식을 취 할 수 있으며, 정서생활의 증진을 도모할 수 있는 도시조형공원이 가장 적합한 것으로 분석된다. 전국에 지자체마다 생태공원, 테마공원, 체험공원 등은 많은 존재하고 있으나 인제군만의 특징을 담아내며 차별화를 이룰 수 있도록 도시공원 형태로 계획함이 바람직하다.

This paper presents the development process for a bicycle monocoque frame using bolt fastening. Traditionally, bicycle frames have been constructed with metal tubes joined at their ends by welding. These frames have been brazed or soldered onto metal lugs, forming the frame. Because stress loads become greatest at the joint of the bicycle tube frame, joint construction strongly influences frame design and construction. To avoid the inherent problems of material discontinuity at frame joints, numerous designers have attempted to reduce or eliminate the number of joints in tube frames. Nevertheless, the manufacture of high quality, reliable, one-piece and jointless frames has proven difficult and expensive. In this study, a new monocoque frame adapted to a hybrid bike is proposed. The advantage of the monocoque frame, is theat is has a rechargeable battery system that is built into the frame; as a result, the emotional quality for the customer is improved. In order to estimate the design compatibility compared with that of tube frames, structural analysis is performed using finite element method. A prototype based on a modified design has also been made and stability testing has been carried out.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review the influence of robot systems on nursing and robotics technology. Methods: The research design was a review article. The literature was done to help understand the current status and effects of robotic technology in the healthcare field, both domestic and overseas. The keywords searched were 'Nursing', 'Robot', and 'Patient safety' in Pubmed, CINAHL etc, and 'Nursing Activity', 'Nursing Care Integration Service' in RISS and KISS. Results: In healthcare, robotics is used in five areas; personal care robots, mobility and transfer robots, cognitive and emotional robots, nursing assist robots and care robots in palliative home care settings. Nurses' demands for utilization of robotic systems are high. Especially, if robotics is used for indirect and non-value-added nursing activities, efficiency may increase. Therefore, robotics should be used to help nurses focus on bedside care and perform better nursing care. Conclusion: Future robots and technology can help nurse to provide optimal nursing to patients, and will improve the quality life of patients. It is suggested that nursing research should be actively pursued in the future. Especially, it is an urgent field to improve nursing quality and reduce the burden of nurses.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is (1) to empirically examine why laggards resist IT adoption in public service and (2) to investigate the relationship between resistance and negative behavioral intention. Methods: The questionnaire survey was conducted on expressway users who do not use High-pass system. The collected 232 samples were analyzed using structure equation model method with AMOS 22.0. Results: Resistance is found to be a statistically significant factor affecting intention to reject. Also, incompatibility, privacy concern, status quo inertia and relative advantage are found to be statistically significant factors affecting resistance. Conclusion: Laggards have a tendency to intend to reject IT adoption rather than to postpone. They are affected not by monetary, procedural aspect associated with purchasing or registering OBU(On Board Unit). Incompatibility and relative advantage which are inherent attributes of Hi-pass system are more influential factors than privacy concern and status quo inertia. They make ethical and emotional decision partially affected by public-social factors.

Looking at the recent game market, classic games released in the past are being re-released with high-quality visuals, and users are generally satisfied. It can be said that the realization of realistic digital actors, which was not possible in the past, is now becoming a reality. Epic Games launched the MetaHuman Creator website in September 2021, allowing anyone to easily create realistic human characters. Since then, the number of animations created using MetaHumans has been increasing. As the characters become more realistic, the movement and expression animations expected by the audience must also be convincingly realized. Until recently, traditional methods were the primary approach for producing realistic character animations. For facial animation, Epic Games introduced an improved method on the Live Link app in 2023, which provides the highest quality among mobile-based techniques. In this context, this paper compares the results of animation produced using both keyframe facial capture and mobile-based capture. After creating an emotional expression animation with four sentences, the results were compared using Unreal Engine. While the facial capture method is more natural and easier to use, the precise and exaggerated expressions possible with the keyframe method cannot be overlooked, suggesting that a hybrid approach using both methods will likely continue for the foreseeable future.

본 연구는 지역축제로서 고양국제꽃박람회의 서비스품질이 참관객의 감정반응, 지각된 가치, 만족 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 우선, 고양국제꽃박람회의 서비스품질 척도를 기념품과 음식과 같은 부대서비스, 전시 내용, 안내 및 홍보, 공간편의성 등 4 가지 차원으로 구성하였다. 영향관계 분석결과, 모든 서비스품질요인이 지각된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었으며, 네 가지 요인 중 '공간 편의성'과 '안내 및 홍보'요인의 영향력이 높게 나타났다. 긍정감정에 있어서도 모든 서비스품질 요인이 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 중 '전시내용'이 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 참관객의 부정적 감정에는 '부대서비스'를 제외한 세 가지 요인이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, '전시내용'이 가장 중요한 영향을 미쳤다. 긍정감정, 부정감정, 지각된 가치와 재방문 간 영향관계를 파악한 결과, 긍정감정과 지각된 가치가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: Severe burn injuries require long periods of hospitalization and treatment, which results in various physical and psychological issues. The main purpose of this study was to identify burn characteristics and psychological problems that influence Health Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) after discharge. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study using mobile/web or paper-based survey methods was conducted from a major burn center. A total of 145 patients completed the scar assessment, quality of life, sleep disorders, and depression scales. Results: The overall mean HRQoL and scar status scores were 2.28 out of 5 and 34.45 out of 60 points, respectively. Participants with higher burn degree, joint involvement, and emotional distress reported significantly lower HRQoL and scar status. Participants with depression and sleep problems also had lower HRQoL. Significant predictors of HRQoL included burn range, scar status, depression, and sleep issues. Conclusion: The results show that patients with severe burn injury experience high levels of physical and psychological problems. Patients with severe burn injury and psychological problems such as depression and sleep are likely to experience a reduced HRQoL. Psychological management and intervention in home care setting may improve HRQoL of burn patients.

The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of conspicuous kids fashion and its intrinsic meaning as the popular trends of luxury product consumption expand into the area of kids' fashion. For methodologies, literature study was conducted along with empirical study. The literature study was based on various literatures and preceding studies, including books. The empirical materials used the internet photos, overseas kids fashion magazines, and free newspapers available on the basis of membership targeting the upper class. Conspicuous kids fashion refers to imported luxury kids brands, which signify higher status of the wearer due to the high prices and high quality. These brands were thrust into limelight amid the Wanna-Be Phenomenon, which resulted from the emergence of kids' fashion icons. Imported luxury brands launched the products in the form of brand line extensions. It promoted exhibition of vicarious consumption to show off the wealth and social prestige of parents. It came into prominence due to emotional consumption among kitty moms. Moreover, this study examined the intrinsic meaning of conspicuous kids fashion. The results showed components of conspicuous kids fashion, which was classified into the emphasis on outward appearance, consumption for vicarious satisfaction, inheritance of cultural capital, and network configuration.
