개량수평스티프너를 보강한 고강도강(HSA800) 접합부 내진성능평가 (Seismic Performance of High Strength Steel(HSA800) Beam-to-Column Connections with Improved Horizontal Stiffener)

  • 건설시장이 보다 고층화 장스팬화되어감에 따라 건설재료 또한 고성능화되어가고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 국내에서도 건축용 인장강도 800MPa급 강이 개발되었다. 현재 고강도강을 대상으로 한 휨재, 압축재, 접합부의 적용실험이 지속적으로 이루어지고 있으나 아직까지 고강도강 적용에 대한 설계지침이 마련되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 이 중 고강도강 기둥-보 접합부의 경우 고강도강의 특성이라고 할 수 있는 높은 항복비에 의해 연성접합부 구현에 대한 평가가 비관적이며 연구자료 또한 미비하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 고강도강 기둥-보 접합부의 변형능력 향상을 위하여 접합상세를 변수로 하고 연성접합부 구현을 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 접합상세로는 논스캘럽 공법과 개량 수평스티프너 공법을 적용하였다. 적용한 접합상세를 가지는 접합부 모델들을 대상으로 실물대 반복재하실험과 비선형 유한요소해석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 제시한 접합상세를 가지는 고강도강 기둥-보 접합부의 구조성능은 KBC기준의 특수모멘트골조의 요구성능을 만족하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • It is to be classified into friendly environment and safety problems, as a main technology development of the recent automotive industry. As these tendency, lots of automobile companies focus on a reduction of fuel expenses and strengthen of crash safety using high strength steel. In this study advanced technologies such as tailored blanks, aluminum extrusion and high strength steel forming applied to bumper beam will be described. As a result of impact analysis and an actual impact test, in terms of beam performance and a possibility fur the mass production will be discussed.

Finite element analysis of RC beam-column joints with high-strength materials

  • Reinforced concrete (RC) interior beam-column joints with high-strength materials: concrete compressive strength of 100 MPa and the yield strength of longitudinal bars of 685 MPa, were analyzed using three-dimensional (3-D) nonlinear finite element method (FEM). Specimen OKJ3 of joint shear failure type was a plane interior joint, and Specimen 12 of beam flexural failure type was a 3-D interior joint with transverse beams. Though the analytical initial stiffness was higher than experimental one, the analytical results gave a good agreement with the test results on the maximum story shear forces, the failure mode.

  • This paper is an experimental study of the normal strength concrete beam and high strength concrete beam for the analysis of bending and shear behavior. In building structure, the story height can be minimized by providing openings in beams which serves for the utility equipments passing through. The dead space in false ceiling increase construction cost, the good ceiling system such as beam with opening give to economical merits because of a substantial reduction in materials and construction cost. For the analysis on the mechanical behavior of the reinforced high strength and normal strength concrete beams with circular opening in the web, the stress concentration of the circular opening, crack pattern and reinforcing methods were studied. Twenty test pieces with different reinforcing methods and difference concrete strength were tested and their resisting forces and load deflection curves were defined in this study.

탄성 보 위를 고속 주행하는 바퀴의 동접촉 해석 (Dynamic Contact Analysis of a Wheel Moving on an Elastic Beam with a High Speed)

  • The dynamic contact between a high-speed wheel and an elastic beam is numerically analyzed by solving the whole equations of motion of the wheel and the beam subjected to the contact condition. For the stability of the numerical solution, the velocity and acceleration constraints as well as the displacement constraint are imposed on the contact point. Through the numerical examples, it is shown that the acceleration contact constraint including the Coriolis and centripetal accelerations are crucial for the numerical stability.

Seismic performance of low and medium-rise RC buildings with wide-beam and ribbed-slab

  • In this study, seismic performance of low and medium-rise RC buildings with wide-beam and ribbed-slab were evaluated numerically. Moment resisting systems consisting of moment and dual frame were selected as structural system of the buildings. Sufficiency of moment resisting wide-beam frames designed with high ductility requirements were evaluated. Upon necessity frames were stiffen with shear-walls. The buildings were designed in accordance with the Turkish Earthquake Code (TEC 2007) and were evaluated by using the strain-based nonlinear static method specified in TEC. Second order (P-delta) effects on the lateral load capacity of the buildings were also assessed in the study. The results indicated that the predicted seismic performances were achieved for the low-rise (4-story) building with the high ductility requirements. However, the moment resisting frame with high ductility was not adequate for the medium-rise building. Addition of sufficient amount of shear-walls to the system proved to be efficient way of providing the target performance of structure.

  • Six small-scale reinforced concrete beam-column joint specimens subjected to monotonic and cyclic loading were tested to investigate the effects of strength of concrete. Variables are 1)compressive strength of concrete(f' c=300, 700kg/㎠), 2)shear span to depth ratio (a/d=4.7, 2.0). The major results of this test were: 1)flexural strength of high strength concrete beam-column joint was not affected too much by the compressive strength of concrete, 2) flexural cracks emerge to inside of beam deeply for high strength concrete member.

평균대 도움 짚고 몸 펴 뒤 공중 돌아 오르기 동작에 대한 운동학적 분석 (The Kinematics Analysis of Round-off at end of Beam-salto Backward Stretched with Step-out to Cross on Balance Beam)

  • The purpose of this study was to kinematics factors on during round-off at end of beam-salto backward stretched with step-out to cross on balance beam. Four elite female gymnastics players participated as subject of this study. The methods of this study was analyzed using three dimentional analysis. The results and conclusion of this paper is obtained as follows ; 1. The phase of time was the most short time in board touch down phase and board take-off phase. Also, it was shown a more long time in total time compared to previous study. 2. The horizontal displacement of each phase was shown the most high levels in balance beam landing. The vertical displacement was display a non-linearity increase in board take-of phase, and it was shown the most high levels in vertical displacement during landing of balance beam. 3. The horizontal velocity of each phase was shown the most high levels in board touch down, and it was display a gradually decreased levels because flight during board take-of. The resultant velocity of CG on each phase was shown the most high levels in board touch down and board take-off. 4. The angle of hip joint was shown the most high levels as performed a motion in extension state during board take-off, and the angle of knee joint was display a increased levels because of flight cause body extension in board take-off. Also the angle of ankle joint was shown a increasing levels during board take-off. Considering to this results, it is suggest that the change of kinematics factors in board touch down and board take-off is key role on the effective board control.

대기 난류와 열적 블루밍을 겪는 고출력 레이저 빔의 대기 전파 시뮬레이션에 필요한 위상판 개수 분석 (Number of Phase Screens Required for Simulation of a High-energy Laser Beam's Propagation Experiencing Atmospheric Turbulence and Thermal Blooming)

  • 본 연구에서는 킬로와트 급 고출력 레이저의 대기 전파 시뮬레이션에 필요한 위상판의 개수를 분석하였다. 킬로와트 급 레이저가 대기 중에 전파될 때, 주로 대기 난류와 열적 블루밍 효과에 영향을 받는다. 이에 따라 split step 방법을 사용하여 대기의 흡수 및 산란에 의한 손실, 그리고 난류와 열적 블루밍으로 인한 빔의 왜곡 현상을 구현할 때, 위상판의 개수는 시뮬레이션의 정확성 및 소요 시간을 결정짓는 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 광범위한 대기 난류 조건에서 많은 수의 위상판(예: 150개)을 사용하여 시뮬레이션을 진행하고, 레이저 출력 밀도 2.5×106 W/m2 (50 cm 직경 레이저 빔의 경우 500 kW 출력) 미만의 고출력 레이저 빔 전파 시뮬레이션에 필요한 위상판 개수에 대한 새로운 가이드 라인을 제시한다.

압전소자률 이용한 다중빔 광디스크용 빔 회전 구동기 (Piezoelectric Beam Rotating Actuator for Multiple Beam Disk Drives)

  • A multi-beam optical disk drive is presented as a method for improving the effective data transfer rate by increasing the beam spot number formed on an optical disk. The beam rotating actuator is necessary for putting multi-beam on more than one track. The beam rotating actuator is made up of piezoelectric material, high stiffness wire hinge and dove prism. The actuator has good frequency response above 1KHz and suitable operational range. The dynamic equation for the actuator is derived.
