Ring형 Network 설계문제의 휴리스틱 알고리즘 (Heuristic Algorithm for the Ring-type Network Design Problem)

  • This paper aims at the problem that design the network of Rig-star type with the minimum cost, which the Ring is composed of the selected nodes(concentrators) among the several candidate nodes on the network and other nodes(terminals) is connected to the Ring by star subnetwork. Especially, we consider the terminal reliability in network design problem. We develop the heuristic algorithm for network design problem to obtain the near optimal(best) solution for problem. We use an add-heuristic method and 2-exchange method in developing the heuristic algorithm.

모바일 게임에서 휴리스틱 유형이 구전속성 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 구전속성을 매개변인으로 - (Influence that Heuristic Type has on Word of Mouth and Behavioral Intention in Mobile Game - Word of Mouth as a Mediator -)

  • 본 연구는 이용자의 선택에 영향을 미치는 휴리스틱 유형이 구전속성에 미치는 영향과 구전속성이 이용자의 행동의도에 미치는 영향 및 구전속성이 휴리스틱 유형과 행동의도 간에 매개 역할을 할 것인지를 알아보고자, 모바일 게임을 이용하는 102명의 결과를 분석 하였다. 첫째, 휴리스틱(대표성, 조정) 유형은 구전속성(호의성, 신뢰성, 설득성)에 정(+)의 영향력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신뢰성 구전속성은 행동의도에 유의한 영향력을 갖는 것으로 나타났으나, 호의성과 설득성 구전속성은 행동의도에 유의한 영향력을 갖지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 휴리스틱(대표성, 조정) 유형은 행동의도에 유의한 영향력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 신뢰성 구전속성만이 조정 휴리스틱 유형과 행동의도 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 모바일 게임 시장에서 이용자들이 게임을 선택하는 행동의도를 이해하는데 도움을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

병렬라인 검사공정의 작업배분을 위한 휴리스틱 알고리즘의 성능 개선 (Performance improvement of heuristic algorithm to assign job in parallel line inspection process)

  • In this paper, we raised the performance of heuristic algorithm to assign job to workers in parallel line inspection process without sequence. In previous research, we developed the heuristic algorithm. But the heuristic algorithm can't find optimal solution perfectly. In order to solve this problem, we proposed new method to make initial solution called FN(First Next) method and combined the new FN method and old FE method using previous heuristic algorithm. Experiments of assigning job are performed to evaluate performance of this FE+FN heuristic algorithm. The result shows that the FE+FN heuristic algorithm can find the optimal solution to assign job to workers evenly in many type of cases. Especially, in case there are optimal solutions, this heuristic algorithm can find the optimal solution perfectly.

부품외주를 고려한 조립형 Flowshop 일정계획문제 연구 (An Assembly-Type Flowshop Scheduling Problem with Outsourcing Allowed)

  • This paper considers an assembly-type flowshop scheduling problem in which each job is assembled with two types of components. One type of the components is outsourced with positive lead time but the other type is fabricated in-house at the first stage. The two types of the components should be prepared at the first stage before starting the assembly operation for each job at the second stage. The objective is to schedule the jobs so that the makespan is minimized. Some solution properties and lower bounds are derived and incorporated into a branch and bound algorithm. Also, an efficient heuristic is developed. The performances of the proposed branch and bound algorithm and heuristic are evaluated through computational experiments.

검사공정의 작업배분을 위한 휴리스틱 알고리즘 개발 (Heuristic algorithm to assign job in inspection process)

  • In this paper, we developed a heuristic algorithm to assign job to workers in parallel line inspection process without sequence. Objective of assigning job in inspection process is only to assign job to workers evenly. But this objective needs much time and effort since there are many cases in assigning job and cases increase geometrically if the number of job and worker increases. In order to solve this problem, we proposed heuristic algorithm to assign job to workers evenly. Experiments of assigning job are performed to evaluate performance of this heuristic algorithm. The result shows that heuristic algorithm can find the optimal solution to assign job to workers evenly in many type of cases. Especially, in case there are more than two optimal solutions, this heuristic algorithm can find the optimal solution with 98% accuracy.

모바일 소셜커머스에서 휴리스틱 유형이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 : 쇼핑가치의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Heuristic Type on Purchase Intention in Mobile Social Commerce : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Shopping Value)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the heuristic type of consumers affecting purchase decision making and the intention of shopping value in their relationship to derive mobile social commerce purchase promotion plans. Research design, data, and methodology - A research model was constructed to relate the mediating effect of shopping value between heuristic types and purchase intentions. A total of 233 valid questionnaires were used for analysis for users using mobile social commerce. The statistical program used SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0, and correlation analysis, regression analysis, and 3-step parametric regression analysis were used for the analysis. Results - The results of the analysis showed that representativeness heuristics, availability heuristics, adjustment heuristics, and affect heuristics had a statistically significant effect on the utilitarian value and the hedonic value. On the other hand, affect heuristics among the heuristic types were found to have the greatest influence not only on the utilitarian value but also on the hedonic value. The two types of shopping value were found to be partially mediated between representativeness heuristics and purchase intentions, between adjustment heuristics and purchase intentions, and fully mediated between availability heuristics and purchase intentions, affect heuristics and purchase intentions. Conclusions - These findings suggest that mobile social commerce companies should check in advance how consumer heuristic types affect purchase intentions. In particular, affect heuristics are caused by consumers' emotional mood such as mood or external stimulus being more important to decision making than rational decision making. Therefore, the result of this study suggests that it can be an important factor to secure the competitiveness that the potential customers who access to use mobile social commerce can feel enough fun and enjoyment in the platform provided by the company. It is also worth paying attention to the utilitarian and hedonic values perceived by consumers. This is because the judgment regarding the economic, convenience and important information provided by the mobile social commerce users affects the purchase intention through the trust of the information, past use, and shopping experience displayed on the mobile social commerce platform.

통합 제조 시스템 설계 : 공정 계획과 AGV 경로 설계의 통합 접근 (Integrated Manufacturing Systems Design : Integrated Approach to Process Plan Selection and AGV Guidepath Design)

  • The manufacturing environment on which this research is focused is an FMS in which AGVs are used for material handling and each part type has one or more process plans. The research aims at developing a methodology whereby, given a part and volume mix for production during any production session, the best set of process plans including one plan per part type is selected and the best unidirectional AGV guidepath can be dynamically reconfigured in response to changes in parts and lot sizes combination. For the integrated PPS/FGD problem in which two functions of process plan selection (PPS) and flexible AGV guidepath design (FGD) are integrated, a zero-one integer programming model is developed. The integrated problem is decomposed into two subproblems, process plan selection given a directed AGV layout and AGV guidepath design with a fixed process plan per part type. A heuristic algorithm that alternately and iteratively solves these two subproblems is developed. The effectiveness of the heuristic algorithm is tested by solving various randomly generated sample problems and comparing the heuristic solutions with those obtained by an exact procedure. From the test results, the following conclusions are drawn: 1) For a reasonable size problem, the heuristic is very effective. 2) By integrating the two functions of PPS and FGD, a remarkable benefit in total production time for a given part and volume mix is gained.

혼합모델조립라인의 생산성 제고를 위한 작업순서 결정 (A study on sequencing of Mixed Model Assembly Line for increasing productivity)

  • Mixed Model Assembly Lines (MMALs) are increasingly used to produce differentiated products on a single assembly line without work-in-process storage, Usually, a typical MMAL consists of a number of (1) stations doing exactly the same operation on every job, (2) stations involving operations with different choices, and (3) stations offering operations that are not performed on every job, or that are performed on every job but with many options. For stations of the first type there is no sequencing problem at all. However, for the second type a set-up cost is incurred each time the operation switches from one choice to another. At the third type of stations, different models, requring different amounts and choices of assembly work, creates an uneven flow of work along the line and variations in the work load at these stations. When a subsequence of jobs requires more work load than the station can handle, it is necessary to help the operations at the station or to complete the work elsewhere. Therefore, a schedule which minimize the sum of set-up cost and utility work cost is desired. So this study has developed Fixed Random Ordering Rule (FROR), Fixed Ascending Ordering Rule (FAOR), Fixed Descending Ordering Rule, and Extended NHR (ENHR). ENHR is to choose optimal color ordering of each batch with NHR, and to decide job sequence of the batch with it, too. As the result of experiments, ENHR was the best heuristic algorithm. NHR is a new heuristic rule in which only the minimum addition of violations from both partial sequence and unassigned sequence at every branch could be considered. And this is a heuristic sequencing rule for the third type of stations at MMAL. This study developed one more heuristic algorithm to test the performance of NHR, which is named as Practical Heuristic Rule (PHR).

가정배달 노인급식서비스 작업공정관리 모형개발을 위한 PERT-Type System의 적용 (Application of a PERT-Type System on Work Management in Home-Delivered Meals Service Program for Elderly)

  • The purpose of this study was to apply a PERT-type system, a combination of the project evaluation and review technique(PERT) and critical path method(CPM) on the employees' work time management of flood preparation, assembly, transportation and cleaning in home-delivered meals program for elderly The resources allotment heuristic program was developed by considering the number of employees and cooking utilities, being limited resources of home- delivered meals program. This program could assign the employees to perform the works included in flood preparation, assembly, transportation ind cleaning. Critical path and activities ware identified by PERT-type system on the basic of work time investigation in five senior centers. Work sheets were invented to perform the work by the shortest path with flexible employees'maximum flow As a result of the work time investigation, the most prevalent activities were ones of preparation in center C and E. Besides, the preparation(over fifty percent) was the most proportion among flood preparation, assembly, transportation and cleaning in center C and E. Critical path and activities of 'C'center were cucumber in sauce preparation path and assembly, wrapping in assembly path and case delivery in transportation path. Critical path and activities of 'E'center were Pan-fried Potato Preparation Path and assembly, case covering, wrapping in assembly Path. The work sheet invented by the heuristic program and PERT-type system reduced the work completion time and man hours in both centers.

  • The main purpose of this study is to develop an watch duty scheduling focused on Korea Navy Ship, PCC class, in port. The watch duty scheduling is a type of a scheduling problem which both considers the readiness of the ship and fair duty for each person. In this study, we analyzed the personal ability and military occupational speciality and developed a manpower scheduling by using heuristic. We find an efficient and effective watch duty schedule which improved results.
