K-Means 알고리즘은 구현이 쉽고, 패턴수가 n일 때 시간 복잡도가 O(n)인 장점을 가져 대용량 데이터에서 널리 이용된다. 그러나, K-Means 알고리즘은 초기 클러스터 중심을 어떻게 선정하는가에 따라 할당-재계산 횟수, 클러스터링 결과를 결정짓는다. 본 논문에서는 K-Means 알고리즘에서 클러스터 초기 중심 선정 연구를 살펴보고 계통임의추출법을 적용하여 K-Means 초기 중심 선정 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 대용량 데이터의 클러스터링 시간을 감소하고 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있다.

The FGI is an integral component of the MSC test equipment and is situated in a slot along the ISA bus of the test equipment PC. The main function of the FGI is an interface between the MSC image data via hotlink interface and Frame Grabber. The FGI has two independent receiving channels that allow the board to receive image data arriving. The FGI also includes two transmission channels with hotlink transmitters. Additionally, the FGI is capable of generating digital video test patterns to test the NUC.

In MSC(Multi-spectral camera ), the incoming light is converted to electronic analog signals by the CCD(charge coupled device) detectors. The analog signals are amplified, biased and converted into digital signals (pixel data stream) in the FPE(Focal plane electronics ). The digital data is transmitted to the PMU for pre-processing to correct for nonuniformity, to partially reorder the pixel stream and to add header data for identification and synchronization In this paper, the video data streams is described in terms of hardware.

The CCD (Charge coupled device) detector that is used to convert the light into electronic data is very important component in satellite camera. A Linear CCD Spectral detector shall be used in the MSC (Multi-Spectral Camera, to obtain data for high-resolution images) Payload. In this paper, the design concept of the CCD detector control module in the MSC CEU (Camera electronic unit) system which will be a payload on KOMPSAT is described in terms of H/W (clock speed and accuracy).

MSC(Multi-Spectral Camera) which is a unique payload for KOMPSAT-2, comprises main three subsystems of PMU(Paylaod Management Unit), EOS(Electro -Optical Subsystem) and PDTS(Payload Data Transmission Subsystem). The PMU, as a main controller of MSC, performs major tasks such as interfacing with S/C(Space Craft), controlling the MSC operation, distributing and controlling of operating power to all MSC including thermal unit, etc. In this paper the H/W configurations as well as the functions of PMU are introduced and possible changes for the future development are suggested.

관계추출은 문장 내 두 개체 간의 의미적 관계를 추론하는 자연어분석 태스크이다. 딥러닝의 발전과 더불어 관계추출은 BERT 계열의 이해형 언어모델을 이용하였다. 그러나, ChatGPT의 혁신적인 등장과 함께, GPT계열의 생성형 언어모델에 대한 연구가 활발해졌다. 본 논문에서는 소규모의 생성형 언어모델(Kebyt5)을 이용하여 관계추출 성능개선을 위한 프롬프트 구성 및 생각의 사슬(CoT) 학습 방법을 제안한다. 실험결과 Kebyt5-large 모델에서 CoT 학습을 수행하였을 경우, Klue-RoBERTa-base 모델보다 3.05%의 성능개선이 있었다.

In this paper, to reduce the patch size of microstrip antenna, folded surface-type patch antenna is designed and fabricated. Size reduction could be achieved because of the downed resonant frequency by the extended current path passing along below the transformated patch surface. Comparison of the patch size at the 1.575 GHz between plane type(length 82 mm${\times}$width 90 mm) and "ㄷ"-shaped folded type is carried and comparision of frequency variation at the same patch size is carried. The result is like that the patch size was reduced than the plane type by 60 mm(73.17 %) at the same frequency. Therefore, it could be checked that "ㄷ"-shaped folded type antenna is advantageous than the plane type in size reduction.

Rapid Prototyping( RP ) has been increasingly applied in the process of design and development of new products. RP can shrink the time and expense required to bring a new product from initial concept to production. However, the necessity of using RP for short-run manufacturing is continuously driving a development of a cost-effective technique that will produce completely-finished quality parts in a very short time. To meet these demands, the improvements in production speed, accuracy materials, and cost are crucial. Thus, a new hybrid-RP system performing both deposition and machining in a station is proposed in this paper. It incorporates both material deposition in layers and material removal from the outer surface of the layer to produce the required surface finish. The new hybrid-RP system can dramatically reduce the total build time and fabricate largo-sized and freeform objects because it uses very thick layers, i.e.

This paper proposes the allocation method for capacitor-reactor banks in a distribution system with dispersed generators to reduce the installation costs, the maintenance costs and minimize the loss of electrical energy. The expected lifetime and maintenance period of devices with moving parts depends on the total number of operations, which affects the replacement and maintenance period for aging equipment under a limited budget. In this paper, the expected device lifetimes and the maintenance period are included in the formulation, and the optimal operation status of the devices is determined using a genetic algorithm. The optimal numbers and locations for capacitor-reactor banks are determined based on the optimal operation status. Simulation results in a 69-bus distribution system with the dispersed generator show that the proposed technique performs better than conventional methods.

To investigate distribution characteristics of heavy metals in soils in the vicinity of King Sejong Station of King George Island, Antarctica, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Pb, Co, Cd, Cr, Ni and Mo contents were investigated under different distances and directions from King Sejong Station. 13 sample sites were distributed from King Sejong Station. In site 4, the Cd content was higher than that in other sites. The Cr content was the highest in site 9, and the Ni and Mn contents were high in site 12. Cu, Co and Zn were highly contained in distance 1~2 km from King Sejong Station. Cd, Cr, Ni and Mo contents were lower, whereas Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Pb and Co contents were higher than other heavy metal contents at all sites.
