Recently the North Korea has been suffered from the grain shortage, and the fundamental reason was in the socialistic land regulations and collective production which restrain farmers' labor desire. So one of the key in solve the problem may be in the reformation of the socialistic land regulations and collective production, however, the capitalistic land regulations may not work as the reformational alternative in the North Korea. The third alternative for land should consider efficiency and equality of reformation itself as well as environmental problems. The purpose of the study was to discuss the possible application of the Public Land Lease from Henry $George(1839{\sim}1897)'s$ theory. The basic idea of the Public Land Lease was that the government has the right of sentence and the right of profit for the land, and the individual has the right of use for the land. Under the Public Land Lease, the individual must pay the land rent for the period of the use for land, and must return the land when the contract is over. If the North Korea's rural land regulations reformed into the Public Land Lease, it would be the first reformational model beyond china.

Since he was an exile, Henry James himself was well aware of agonies as an outsider in either Europe or America. Such an anguish is deftly depicted in the character of Felix Young with James's unique ironic tone. Unlike James, however, Felix is neither affluent nor distinguished as an artist. Nor is he supported by any patron. Furthermore, at first, he doesn't seem to survive the strict joyless environment in New England, but he possesses his own survival value. His unique esthetic value and his beautiful smile enable him to win Gertrude's heart. His adroit balance between pleasure-seeker and respect for American serious culture without hostility ultimately ends up with his marrying Gertrude. His arrival in Boston might pose a threat as Mr. Wentworth fears. Actually he subverts the traditional idea of an artist. He is armed with amiability and frankness, which are incongruous with a stereotypical idea of an artist: a willful, freakish, and self-righteous person. Felix here suggests to us that a new kind of modern art be possible. Gertrude is also a new woman who opposes to staying put under the patriarchal society. She is always wavering in and out of the house, searching for opportunities to quench her curiosity to see the world by breaking the bond of New England. Her ceaseless quest for independent values results in fortuitous encounter with a new species of artist Felix. Unlike Henry James's other novels, in which male characters assume a role of sophisticated "fortune-hunter," the union of Felix and Gertrude in The Europeans represents the compromise between two different cultures. According to Nietzsche, the birth of superman is possible by the union of Athens and Jerusalem. In other words, the matrimony of Felix and Gertrude means the commingling of his liberal arts and Gertrude's moral seriousness might contribute to the birth of the new culture.

The social demand of manipulative therapy has increased. but the concept, terminology, classification and system of manipulative therapy is unclear. Therefore, academic organization on manipulative therapy is needed. The aim of this study is overview the evolution of manipulative therapy and based on this, we will find out how manipulative therapy is studied in South Korea. Manipulative therapy reflects medical knowledge and trends at the time. Historically people who work as key roles in evolution of manupulative therapy are Hippocrates, Claudius Galen, Acicenna(Ibn Sīnā), Ambroise Paré, Andreas Vesalius, Pehr Henrik Ling, Florence Nightingale, Andrew Taylor Still, Daniel David Palmer, James Beaver Mennell, James Henry Cyriax, Robin Mckenzie, Freddy Kaltenborn, Brian R Mulligan, George Goodheart, Mikao Usui, Wilhelm Reich, Ida Rolf. As the result of articles search, Massage, Chiropractics, acupressure(acupuncture), Chuna, osteopathy, reflexology, CST, Mulligan techniques, Dongbang whalbub, Kaltenborn-Evjenth orthopedic manual therapy are major subject that studied in South Korea.

Solid waste disposal and management is a critical problem in Nigeria. Annually, a huge quantity of municipal solid waste is generated in Aba. Municipal solid waste disposal in Aba poses severe challenge to environmental safety, public health and welfare of citizens. The situation is made worse by the indiscriminate dumping of refuse at roadsides, streets, waterways and empty lands. The impact of this waste management practice in Aba is environmental deterioration. Efforts to improve waste management in Aba have not recorded significant success. This paper therefore aims to highlight the challenges facing the waste management sector in Aba and proffer solutions on how to improve the sector.

Finding distinguishing characteristics of Southeast Asia has proven to be a significant challenge: by focusing on the encounters which primarily colonial British writers had with the region's state rulers, it becomes possible to recover the early conceptualizations of regional governance. The writings of Henry Yule, Anna Leonowens, Sir George Scott, and Hugh Clifford all document the "orientalist" features of Western discourses because these writers at once were affected by it as they contributed to it. The discourse about royalty and rulers was central to many of the tropes associated with orientalism, but also with 'ornamentalism'. David Cannadine has shown that ornamentalism (in which British conceptualized many imperial practices in relation to their own hierarchical conceptions of society) was as critical a feature of imperial outlook as was orientalism. The need to understand ruling elites was at the heart of the imperialist project. Tracing the ways in which colonizing powers represented the region's ruling elite offers a new avenue for recognizing the affinities of the regional experience. Beyond orientalism, the paper explores questions about the representation and presentation of authority. Understanding the conceptualizations of rulers is connected to the comprehension of social organization-including representations of "traditional society."

이 논문은 $\ulcorner$독립신문$\lrcorner$의 편집에 어떠한 인물들이 참여하였는가를 규명해 보려는 것이다. 이 문제에 대해서는 그동안 학계의 논의가 매우 부족한 가운데 서재필 자서전 등의 단편적이고 일방적인 기록에 의해 서재필 중심으로 해석하는 경향이 지배적이었다. 이 논문에서는 지금까지의 연구 성과와 밝혀진 자료들을 종합하고 재해석하며 일부 새로운 자료들을 토대로 해서 이 문제에 체계적인 접근을 시도해 보았다. 본 연구에서 사용하게 될 새로운 자료는 서재필의 중추원 고문 계약과 관련된 문서, 선교사 헐버트의 참여와 관련된 그의 서한들, 그리고 아펜젤러의 역할을 언급한 서재필의 편지 등이다. 본 연구의 결과 독립신문에 참여했던 것으로 밝혀진 인물은 서재필, 주시경, 윤치호, 헐버트, 손승용, 이준일, 아펜젤러, 엠벌리, 콥 총 9명이었다. 서재필을 포함한 한국인이 5명이고 외국인이 4명이었다. 이중 사장이나 주필의 역할을 맡았던 사람은 시간적 순서대로 서재필, 윤치호, 아펜젤러, 엠벌리이다. 그밖에 주시경과 손승용이 초창기부터 편집에 참여했으며 헐버트는 영문판 편집일을 초창기 몇 달간 맡았었다. 이들 중 손승용이 유일하게 창간부터 폐간까지 계속 참여했던 인물인 것으로 보인다. 이준일은 회계 업무를 맡았으며 콥은 일시적으로 교정 등의 업무를 도와주었다. 이들 중 헐버트와 콥은 정식 직원은 아니었다. 헐버트는 비공식적인 계약에 의해 초창기에 잠시 참여하였고 콥은 일시적으로 교정을 도와준 인물이다.

Pulp revascularization is an alternative treatment in immature traumatized teeth with necrotic pulp. However, this procedure has not been reported in horizontal root fractures. This is a case report of a 9-year-old patient with multiple horizontal root fractures in 2 upper central incisors that were successfully treated with pulp revascularization. The patient presented for treatment 2 years after the initial trauma, and revascularization was attempted after the initial treatment with calcium hydroxide had failed. Prior to pulp revascularization, cone-beam computed tomography and autoradiograms demonstrated multiple horizontal fractures in the middle and apical thirds of the roots of the 2 affected teeth. Revascularization was performed in both teeth; platelet-rich plasma (PRP) was used in one tooth (#11) and the conventional method (blood clot) was used in the other tooth (#21). Clinical and radiographic follow-up over 4 years demonstrated pulp calcification in the PRP-treated tooth. Neither of the 2 teeth were lost, and the root canal calcification of tooth #11 was greater than that of tooth #21. This case suggests that PRP-based pulp revascularization may be an alternative for horizontal root fractures.

에코뮤지엄은 특정 지역을 범위로 하는 담장이 없는 "살아있는 박물관"이라 할 수 있다. 에코뮤지엄은 자연과 문화 유산의 진실성, 완전성, 원생성을 보호하고 보존하며 전시하고, 사람과 유산의 유기적 관계를 강조한다. 1971년 프랑스인 조지 헨리 리비에르(Georges Henri Riviere)가 "에코뮤지엄"이라는 개념을 제시했다. "생태"는 자연생태와 인문생태를 포함한다. 이후 캐나다, 영국, 미국, 중국으로 확산되었다[1]. 본 연구는 우선 에코뮤지엄의 개념을 정리하고, 기존 문헌을 정리하며 각각 쑤동하이, 후자오샹, 리비에르의 연구에서 6개의 요소를 선정하여, 이를 분석 프레임으로 여러 나라의 에코뮤지엄을 분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 이 이론의 프레임은 에코뮤지엄 연구에 적용할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 향후 본 연구자가 진행 하고 자하는 중국 소수민족 지역의 에코뮤지엄 연구에도 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
