  • During a hemisphere-type compression molding, the wrinkles are caused by complex stress condition. It is very important to clarify the degree of wrinkles in order to have good products. In this paper, the effects of numbers of needling and initial area on the degree of wrinkles are studied. the degree of wrinkle is expressed as nonhomogeneity.

초등학생의 대뇌반구의 지배적 특성에 따른 Holland유형과 소질의 관계분석 (The Correlational Analysis between Holland Personality Types and Gifted by the Cerebral Hemisphere Dominant Feature of Elementary School Students)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생의 대뇌반구의 지배적 특성에 따라 Holland 성격유형 및 소질이 다르게 나타내는지 검증하고, 상관관계를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 초등학교 4~6학년까지 679명을 대상으로 조사했다. SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석과 독립표본 t검증, 상관분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 예술형과 진취형이 우반구적 특성을 우세하게 보이고 있는 반면 현실형, 탐구형과 사회형, 관습형은 특징적 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 좌반구에서 RIC(현실형 탐구형 관습형)군집이 SAE(사회형 예술형 진취형) 군집과 유의미한 차이가 있었으나 우반구는 차이가 없었다. 셋째, 창의성소질, 자연소질, 대인관계소질, 신체소질 등 소질에서는 우반구가 우세했으나 음악소질, 수리소질에서는 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, Holland 성격유형, 대뇌반구의 지배적 특성, 소질 간에는 좌반구와 예술형, 우반구와 사회형을 제외하고 상관관계가 나타났다.

A Study on Design and Fabrication of Complex Type EM Wave Absorber with Super Wide-band Characteristics

  • In order to construct an Anechoic Chamber satisfying international standards for EMI testing, it has been recognized that the absorption characteristics of the EM wave absorber must be higher than 20 dB over the frequency band from 30 MHz to 18 GHz. In this paper, an EM wave absorber with super wide-band frequency characteristics was proposed and designed in order to satisfy the above requirements by using the Equivalent Material Constant Method(EMCM) and Finite Difference Time Domain(FDTD). The proposed absorber is to attach a pyramidal absorber onto a hemisphere-type absorber on a cutting cone-shaped ferrite. As a result, the proposed absorber has absorption characteristics higher than 20 dB over the frequency band from 30 MHz to more than 20 GHz.

Change of Sunspot Groups Observed from 2002 to 2011 at ButterStar Observatory

  • Since the development of surface magnetic features should reflect the evolution of the solar magnetic field in the deep interior of the Sun, it is crucial to study properties of sunspots and sunspot groups to understand the physical processes working below the solar surface. Here, using the data set of sunspot groups observed at the ButterStar observatory for 3,364 days from 2002 October 16 to 2011 December 31, we investigate temporal change of sunspot groups depending on their Z$\ddot{u}$rich classification type. Our main findings are as follows: (1) There are more sunspot groups in the southern hemisphere in solar cycle 23, while more sunspot groups appear in the northern hemisphere in solar cycle 24. We also note that in the declining phase of solar cycle 23 the decreasing tendency is apparently steeper in the solar northern hemisphere than in the solar southern hemisphere. (2) Some of sunspot group types make a secondary peak in the distribution between the solar maximum and the solar minimum. More importantly, in this particular data set, sunspot groups which have appeared in the solar southern hemisphere make a secondary peak 1 year after a secondary peak occurs in the solar northern hemisphere. (3) The temporal variations of small and large sunspot group numbers are disparate. That is, the number of large sunspot group declines earlier and faster and that the number of small sunspot group begins to rise earlier and faster. (4) The total number of observed sunspot is found to behave more likewise as the small sunspot group does. Hence, according to our findings, behaviors and evolution of small magnetic flux tubes and large magnetic flux tubes seem to be different over solar cycles. Finally, we conclude by briefly pointing out its implication on the space weather forecast.

Pd 촉매금속의 표면형상 변형에 의한 고감도 MEMS 형 마이크로 수소가스 센서 제조공정 (Highly Sensitive MEMS-Type Micro Sensor for Hydrogen Gas Detection by Modifying the Surface Morphology of Pd Catalytic Metal)

  • In this study, highly sensitive hydrogen micro gas sensors of the multi-layer and micro-heater type were designed and fabricated using the micro electro mechanical system (MEMS) process and palladium catalytic metal. The dimensions of the fabricated hydrogen gas sensor were about $5mm{\times}4mm$ and the sensing layer of palladium metal was deposited in the middle of the device. The sensing palladium films were modified to be nano-honeycomb and nano-hemisphere structures using an anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template and nano-sized polystyrene beads, respectively. The sensitivities (Rs), which are the ratio of the relative resistance were significantly improved and reached levels of 0.783% and 1.045 % with 2,000 ppm H2 at $70^{\circ}C$ for nano-honeycomb and nano-hemisphere structured Pd films, respectively, on the other hand, the sensitivity was 0.638% for the plain Pd thin film. The improvement of sensitivities for the nano-honeycomb and nano-hemisphere structured Pd films with respect to the plain Pd-thin film was thought to be due to the nanoporous surface topographies of AAO and nano-sized polystyrene beads.

반발특성을 이용한 수박의 숙도판별 센서의 개발 (Development of Measuring Sensor for Discriminating Maturity of Watermelon on Repulsion Characteristics)

  • Finding of internal quality is crucial for getting under control quality of watermelon after harvest. A maturity sensing device of watermelon using repulsion characteristics was developed and evaluated. In this study, five different sensing probes were used to detect the physical changes after impact on watermelons. Total 15 watermelons were tested and evaluated into two classes: ripe and unripe. It was difficult to detect the overripe watermelons using the proposed sensor. Therefore, the results showed that the developed sensor could be used to separate unripe watermelons after harvest. The results from this study are summarized as follows. 1. It was successful to distinguish between the ripe and unripe watermelon by sensing the elastic characteristics on impact. 2. The hemisphere was best for the shape of sensing part because the hemisphere concentrate stress in impact part. 3. Among the five type developed sensor, the 1, 2, 3. 5-type sensor showed good character in distinguishing between ripe and unripe watermelon.

좌반구 손상과 우반구 손상 뇌졸중 환자의 의문문 유형에 따른 운율 특성 비교 (Comparison of prosodic characteristics by question type in left- and right-hemisphere-injured stroke patients)

  • 의사소통에 중요한 역할을 하는 운율은 기능에 따라 언어적 운율과 정서적 운율로 구분한다. 대뇌 편재화 관점에서 정서적 운율 처리는 우반구가 주로 담당한다는 결과가 일반론적으로 받아들여지지만, 언어적 운율에 대한 연구들은, 연구간의 방법적인 차이로 인해 결과가 상이하게 나타난다. 본 연구는 정상 화자 9명과 뇌졸중 환자 14명(좌반구 손상 7명, 우반구 손상 7명)의 세 집단을 대상으로 대뇌 편재화의 관점에서 언어적 운율 특성을 살펴보기 위해 세 가지 형태 의문문(의문사 의문문, 예-아니오 의문문, 선택 의문문)에서의 발화속도, 지속시간, 음도, 강도와 관련된 운율 특징을 청지각 평가와 함께 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 통계적으로 유의한 주요변수들이 좌반구 손상 환자의 자료에서 결함을 보였으며, 예-아니오 의문문과 선택 의문문보다 의문사 의문문에서 더욱 두드러졌다. 이러한 경향은 특히 음도와 발화속도 관련 변수들에서 두드러졌다. 본 연구의 결과는 한국어 사용자의 의문사 사용에 있어서 어휘-의미론적, 구문론적 정보와 같은 언어학적으로 관련 있는 운율 처리의 경우 우반구보다 좌반구에서 대체로 우세하다는 점을 방증한다.

프레타포르테 컬렉션에 나타난 모자의 조형적 특성 (The Formative Characteristics of Hats Shown in Prêt-à-porter Collection)

  • The objective of this study is to examine the type and characteristics of hat, and also to analyze the formative characteristics of hats shown in $Pr{\hat{e}}t-{\grave{a}}$-porter Collection. The literature review focused on the relevant technical books and preceding researches while the case study targeted 1,561 photos of hats shown in the 'Donga TV Collection'. The research range was from the S/S season of 2012 to the F/W season of 2015/16. The results of this study are as follows. 1. A hat is composed of crown and brim. In the results of classifying hats based on it, there were 572 crown-type hats, 533 hat-type, 219 cap-type, 156 irregular-type, and 81 brim-type in the order. 2. For the crown-type hats, they were mainly like cylindrical-type, bell-type, dome-type, and circle-type, using colors like black, beige, brown, red, mustard, and grey, and materials like wool, fur, velvet, straw, and metal while they were decorated with bead or lace. 3. For the hat-type hats, they were mainly like bell-type, ladder-type, and hemisphere-type, using colors like peach, white, gold, brown, and khaki, and materials like silk, cotton, straw, and wool while they were decorated with feather and ribbon. 4. For the cap-type hats, they were mainly like hemisphere-type, using colors like white, black, khaki, mustard, and purple, and materials like fur, leather, and wool while they were decorated with wappen and chain. 5. For the irregular-type hats, they were mainly like sandglass-type, box-type, animal-type, trumpet-type, and bell-type, using colors like purple, orange, pink, yellow, and sky-blue, and materials like metal, feather, mesh, plastic, straw, and linen while they were decorated with ribbon, net, bell, and flower. 6. For the brim-type visor, they were mainly like square-type, using colors like transparent, yellow, and black, and materials like plastic, cotton, leather, and metal.

우반구 손상 환자의 인지의사소통장애의 연구동향 -최근 10년간을 중심으로- (The Study Trends of the Right Hemisphere Damage Cognitive-Communication Disorders - Focused of Recent 10 Years -)

  • 우반구 손상(Right Hemisphere Damage, RHD)에 따른 의사소통장애는 좌반구 손상 환자군과는 다른 양상을 보이며, 좌반구 손상 환자 대상의 실어증 평가에서는 그 장애 정도가 잘 감별되지 않기 때문에 이들에 대한 언어 평가와 중재연구가 적극적으로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 10년간 국내외 관련 학술지에서 다루어진 RHD 환자에 대한 연구논문을 분석하여 RHD 환자의 의사소통장애 평가와 중재 방향에 대한 동향을 파악하고, 향후 임상과 연구 영역에서의 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 국내외 논문 총 75편(국내 논문 13편, 국외 논문 62편)을 대상으로 연구유형과 연구영역으로 나누어 분석을 실시하였다. 연구유형 및 연구영역에서 국내외 동일하게 RHD 환자의 인지-의사소통장애 특성을 비교하고, 언어외적 능력을 가장 많이 살펴본 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 평가도구 개발 연구 및 인지-의사소통 외 능력(예: 일상생활능력, 우울)과 같이 다양한 주제에 대한 연구가 빈번히 이루어져 있는 국외 연구와는 달리 국내 연구는 아직까지 제한적인 범위 내에서만 이루어져 있었다. 본 논문을 통해 파악된 RHD 환자군의 국내외 연구 동향을 통해 향후 국내 RHD 환자를 대상으로 한 임상장면과 연구에서 다양하고 심도 높은 연구가 이루어질 것으로 기대한다.

학습장애의 신경생물학적 기전 : 읽기장애를 중심으로 (Neurobiological basis for learning disorders with a special emphasis on reading disorders)

  • Learning disorders are diagnosed when the individual's achievement on standardized tests in reading, mathematics, or written expression is substantially below that expected for age, schooling, and level of intelligence. Subtypes of learning disorders may be classified into two groups, language-based type learning disorders including reading and writing disorder, and nonverbal type learning disorder (NLD) such as those relating to mathematics & visuospatial skills, and those in the autism spectrum. Converging evidence indicates that reading disorder represents a disorder within the language system and more specifically within a particular subcomponent of that system, phonological processing. Recent advances in neuroimaging technology, particularly the development of fMRI, provide evidences of a neurobiological basis for reading disorder, specifically a disruption of two left hemisphere posterior brain systems, one parieto-temporal, the other occipito-temporal. The former is the reading system for beginner reading, the latter for skilled reading. Compensatory engagement of anterior systems around the inferior frontal gyrus(Broca's area) and a posterior(right occipito-temporal) system is noted in persistent poor readers in long-term follow up study. The theoretical model proposed to explain NLD's source is not right hemisphere damage, but rather the white matter model. The working hypothesis of the white matter model is that the underdevelopment of, damage to, or dysfunction of cerebral white matter(long myelinated fibers) is the source of this disorder. The role of an evidence-based effective intervention in the remediation of children with learning disorder is discussed.
