스크류 열펌프 시스템의 운전제어 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Operating Control of a Heat Pump System with Screw Compressors)

  • A preliminary performance test of a 30RT 2-stage screw heat pump was carried out in order to develop a high performance large-scale unutilized energy source heat pump system, which will be used for district heating and cooling. In this study, two issues of the system operating control were investigated. The first issue is the mode switching control from 1-stage to 2-stage. A stable 2-stage heating operation is guaranteed, only if the load-side water inlet temperature is over a certain value, where the 1-stage heating operation should be done first from a cold start. The second issue is oil level control. An oil shortage problem in the low stage compressor, which depends on the degree of suction superheat, was solved by a proper oil level control scheme.

반단면 프리캐스트 패널을 적용한 RC 슬래브의 내화성능 평가 (Evaluation of Fire Performance of RC Slabs with Half-Depth Precast Panels)

  • 본 연구에서는 반단면 프리캐스트 패널을 갖는 RC 슬래브에 대해서 비재하 상태에서 ISO-834 화재곡선을 적용한 가열시험을 수행하였다. 가열시험시 PP섬유 혼입되지 않은 실험체에서는 콘크리트의 폭렬이 발생되고, PP섬유가 혼입된 실험체에서는 폭렬이 발생되지 않았다. PP섬유가 혼입된 반단면 프리캐스트 패널을 적용한 RC 슬래브의 발생온도는 PP섬유가 혼입되지 않은 경우보다 낮은 수준을 보였다. 화재 가열실험 후 상온상태로 냉각된 RC 슬래브의 극한하중을 평가하기 위하여 3점 휨실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과, PP섬유가 혼입되지 않은 RC 슬래브는 PP섬유가 혼입된 실험체와 비교해 약 32.5% 정도 극한하중이 감소하는 결과를 보였다. 또한, PP섬유가 혼입된 반단면 프리캐스트 패널을 갖는 RC 슬래브의 극한하중은 PP섬유가 혼입된 전두께 RC 슬래브보다 큰 수준을 보였다. 이상의 결과에서 PP섬유의 혼입과 반단면 프리캐스트 패널 적용시 화재에 대한 저항능력이 향상됨을 확인하였다.

  • 급증하고 있는 전력수요에 대한 신뢰성 있는 예측은 합리적인 전력수급계획 수립 및 운용에 있어서 매우 중대한 사안이다. 본 논문에서는 여러 시계열 모형의 비교를 통해 전력수요량과 밀접한 연관성이 있는 온도를 어떠한 형태로 고려할 것인지, 또한 4계절이 뚜렷하여 계절별 기온 차가 많이 나는 우리나라의 특성을 어떻게 고려할 것인지에 대하여 연구하였다. 모형 간 예측력을 비교하기 위하여 Mean Absolute Percentage Error(MAPE)를 사용하였다. 모형의 성능비교 결과는 냉 난방지수와 계절요인을 동시에 고려하면서 큰 변동성을 잘 고려해줄 수 있는 Reg-AR GARCH 모형이 가장 우수한 예측력을 나타냈다.

건물에너지 성능 분석을 위한 간이 건물에너지 시뮬레이션 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of Simplified Building Energy Simulation Program for Building Energy Performance Analysis)

  • There are various types of energy simulation tool to predict both thermal load and energy use. However, the problem about these software is that they have too much input variables and need expert with skills to run the simulation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop the thermal analysis simulation program with input variables which eliminates coordinates of building components instead of using full coordinates by using DOE2. Since the simulation engine of the program is DOE2, the validity of S-DOE is performed by comparing peak heating and cooling load results with VisualDOE and annual energy use results with actual energy use of 1996. The results have shown that there are little difference between VisualDOE and S-DOE. Also it showed that there are little difference between actual energy use and S-DOE energy use results. S-DOE took less time to model a building than VisualDOE. These results reveals that the application of S-DOE have potentials in accurately predicting both energy load and energy use of the building and still have an advantage of taking less time to model a building.

  • Energy is motive power that makes convenient society. But, our country's energy is depending on most import. Also, energy and environmental issue are important problem in community of nations. The purpose of this study is to analysis the energy consumption and environmental load of EHP and GHP in Medium and small-scaled office building. The annual energy consumption used to cooling and heating by EHP was 10 percent more than GHP. And annual energy cost of EHP was 33 percent more expensive than GHP. But, Compared to the annual $CO_2$ emission, EHP was 6 percent less than GHP. Therefore, equipment selection should be consider environmental load as well as energy consumption and cost.

배전용 변압기에서의 고온열화와 열 사이클 열화에 따른 식물유와 광유의 특성 분석 (Analysis of Accelerated Aging Natural Ester Oil and Mineral Oil in Distributional Transformers)

  • Most transformers use insulating and cooling fluids derived from petroleum crude oil, but mineral oil has some possibility of environmental pollution and fire with explosion. vegetable oil fluids extracted from seed has superior biodegradation and fire-resistant properties including an exceptionally high fire point enhancing fire safety. In this study, it is aimed at the practicality of substituting natural ester dielectric fluid for mineral oil in liquid insulation system of transformers. As a rise in coil winding temperature has a direct influence on transformer life time, it is important to evaluate the temperature rise of coil winding in vegetable oil in comparison with mineral oil. Four transformers for the test are designed with 10KVA, 13.2KV, one phase unit. The temperature are directly measured in insulating oil of these transformers with the two sorts of natural ester and mineral oil dielectric fluid respectively. Experiment for aging carry out two means. First means remained $120^{\circ}C$ that transformer of mineral oil were operated at 185% load. Second means is that insulating oils of two natural ester and mineral oil were aged by thermal cycles repeating from $30^{\circ}C$ to $120^{\circ}C$. For the heating, Transformers were operated at 185% load. For the cooling, cooling system was operated in the chamber. Samples were analyzed at 42, 63, 93, 143, 190, 240 300cycles. Analysis contents are dielectric strength, total acid value. Mineral oils compared results of first means with results of second means. And compared two sort natural esters respectively with mineral oil in second means.

차양형 BIPV가 적용된 사무소 건물의 외피 최적 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimum Design of a Facade with Shading-type BIPV in Office Building)

  • Zero energy building is a self sufficient building that minimizes energy consumption through passive elements such as insulation, high performance window system and installing of high efficiency HVAC system and uses renewable energy sources. The Korea Government has been strengthening the building energy efficiency standard and code for zero energy building. The building energy performance is determined by the performance of building envelope. Therefore it is important to optimize facade design such as insulation, window properties and shading, that affect the heating and cooling loads. In particular, shading devices are necessary to reduce the cooling load in summer season. Meanwhile, BIPV shading system functions as a renewable energy technology applied in solar control facade system to reduce cooling load and produce electricity simultaneously. Therefore, when installing the BIPV shading system, the length of shadings and angle that affect the electricity production must be considered. This study focused on the facade design applied with BIPV shading system for maximizing energy saving of the selected standard building. The impact of changing insulation on roof and walls, window properties and length of BIPV shading device on energy performance of the building were investigated. In conclusion, energy consumption and electricity production were analyzed based on building energy simulations using energyplus 8.1 building simulation program and jEPlus+EA optimization tool.

지중열 교환기와 빙축열조(Thermal Ice Storage)를 연계시킨 통합 지중열-빙축열조 시스템(Integrated GEO/TES) (A Study on An Integrated GEO/TES with Geothermal Heat Exchanger and Thermal Ice Storage)

  • 일반적으로 대규모 건물의 피크 냉방 부하는 난방부하보다 크다. 북위도의 한냉한 지역에 소재한 대규모건물의 냉난방 설비는 건물 내부에서 생성되는 발열량과 태양으로부터 획득되는 열량에 따라 좌우된다. 최대 냉방부하에 적합하도록 냉난방설비와 지중루프를 설치하는데 소요되는 비용은 일반적으로 초기투자비가 적게 드는 전통적인 HVAC시스템에 비해 다소 고가이다. 빙축열조(Thermal ice storage, TES)시스템은 과거 수년동안 일반 HVAC에서 냉동기의 용량을 축소시키거나 최대 전력부하 시간대를 바꾸기 위해 사용되어온 기술이다. 일반적으로 건물 난방을 위해서는 보일러와 같은 전통적인 난방설비를 이용하고 그 다음날의 건물냉방을 위해서는 전력료가 저렴한 야간에 빙축을 시키는 빙축열기법을 이용한다. 얼음에서 추출한 잠열 에너지의 장점을 이용하기 위해 설계된 분배시스템(distribution system)과 열원과 열배출원(열침, sink)대신에 지중열 교환기(지중루프)를 이용하면 많은 장점이 있다. 공간 난방과 급탕을 공급하기위한 분리형 설비를 별도로 사용하지 않아도 된다. 공간난방용으로 소요되는 설비용량을 축소시킬 수 있으며-소요 지중열 교환기의 규격과 비용을 절감시킴은 물론 지열 HVAC시스템의 효율을 배가 시킬 수 있으며 온실가스 배출량을 대폭 감축시킬 수 있다. 또한 TES를 적용하면 대규모 건물의 냉난방부하와 열펌프의 용량을 $40\~60\%$ 정도 감축시킬 수 있으며 설비대수와 기계실 공간을 줄일 수 있다. 뿐만아니라 피크 냉난방부하를 토대로 설계한 지원 열펌프 시스템(Ground source heat pump system)의 지중루프를 $1/4\~1/3$가지 줄일 수 있어 도심지역에서 지중루프를 설치할 때 장애요인인 지중루프 설치공간문제와 지중암석의 열적특성문제를 동시에 해결할 수 있다.문이며, 따라서 $^{137}Cs$의 분포는 광물분포 보다는 TOC의 함량에 더 큰 영향을 받고 있음을 보여준다.과 위기 고조 단계, 그리고 갈등 해소 단계등 모든 시기에서 두 신문의 주요 행위자 구성에 있어서 차이가 나타났다. 다시 말해, 조선일보는 기본적으로 총파업을 둘러싼 문제의 구성과 발전, 해소 과정에서 정당이나 대통령, 야당 지도자 등과 같은 정치관련 행위자를 강조하고 있었다. 반면에, 한겨레는 대체로 로든 사건진행 단계에서 노동 관련 단체들과 시민단체의 역동적인 연대와 활동에 초점을 맞추고 있는 것으로 나타났다.술 후 24시간에 599.4$\pm$145.6, 678.8 $\pm$256.4였다(t-test, p < 0.05). 동종 수혈은 RAP군에서 34명 중 7명에서(20.6$\%$), 대조군에서는 46명중 16명에서(34.8$\%$) 시행되어, RAP군에서 유의하게 빈도가 낮았다(Chi-square test, p < 0.05). 결론: 역행성 자가 충전법은 심폐바이패스의 충전에 의한 혈액희석을 최소화함으로서, 개심술 후 출혈과 동종수혈을 또한 줄이는 데 효과적인 방법이 될 수 있다고 생각된다.타내지 않았다.성 교사, 가정 전공 교사가 그렇지 않은 교사보다 해석적, 해방적 행동목표를 더 중요하게 인식하고 있었다. 특히 가정교육 철학을 배운 경험이 있는 교사가 그렇지 않은 교사보다 해방적 행동체계 목표를 중요시하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구 결과는, 실천 비판적인 가정 교과의 본질을 구현하기 위해서는 주생활 영역의 교육과정에 기술적, 해석적, 해방적 행동에 대한 목표들을 고루 포함하여야 하며 특히 교사들이 중요하게 인식하는 해방적 행동에 대한 목표를 강조하여 적용할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다.교하여 유의한 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. 또한

  • This article reviews the papers published in the Korean Journal of Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering during 2014. It is intended to understand the status of current research in the areas of heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitation, and indoor environments of buildings and plant facilities. Conclusions are as follows. (1) The research works on the thermal and fluid engineering have been reviewed as groups of heat and mass transfer, cooling and heating, and air-conditioning, the flow inside building rooms, and smoke control on fire. Research issues dealing with duct and pipe were reduced, but flows inside building rooms, and smoke controls were newly added in thermal and fluid engineering research area. (2) Research works on heat transfer area have been reviewed in the categories of heat transfer characteristics, pool boiling and condensing heat transfer and industrial heat exchangers. Researches on heat transfer characteristics included the results for thermal contact resistance measurement of metal interface, a fan coil with an oval-type heat exchanger, fouling characteristics of plate heat exchangers, effect of rib pitch in a two wall divergent channel, semi-empirical analysis in vertical mesoscale tubes, an integrated drying machine, microscale surface wrinkles, brazed plate heat exchangers, numerical analysis in printed circuit heat exchanger. In the area of pool boiling and condensing, non-uniform air flow, PCM applied thermal storage wall system, a new wavy cylindrical shape capsule, and HFC32/HFC152a mixtures on enhanced tubes, were actively studied. In the area of industrial heat exchangers, researches on solar water storage tank, effective design on the inserting part of refrigerator door gasket, impact of different boundary conditions in generating g-function, various construction of SCW type ground heat exchanger and a heat pump for closed cooling water heat recovery were performed. (3) In the field of refrigeration, various studies were carried out in the categories of refrigeration cycle, alternative refrigeration and modelling and controls including energy recoveries from industrial boilers and vehicles, improvement of dehumidification systems, novel defrost systems, fault diagnosis and optimum controls for heat pump systems. It is particularly notable that a substantial number of studies were dedicated for the development of air-conditioning and power recovery systems for electric vehicles in this year. (4) In building mechanical system research fields, seventeen studies were reported for achieving effective design of the mechanical systems, and also for maximizing the energy efficiency of buildings. The topics of the studies included energy performance, HVAC system, ventilation, and renewable energies, piping in the buildings. Proposed designs, performance performance tests using numerical methods and experiments provide useful information and key data which can improve the energy efficiency of the buildings. (5) The field of architectural environment was mostly focused on indoor environment and building energy. The main researches of indoor environment were related to the evaluation of work noise in tunnel construction and the simulation and development of a light-shelf system. The subjects of building energy were worked on the energy saving of office building applied with window blind and phase change material(PCM), a method of existing building energy simulation using energy audit data, the estimation of thermal consumption unit of apartment building and its case studies, dynamic window performance, a writing method of energy consumption report and energy estimation of apartment building using district heating system. The remained studies were related to the improvement of architectural engineering education system for plant engineering industry, estimating cooling and heating degree days for variable base temperature, a prediction method of underground temperature, the comfort control algorithm of car air conditioner, the smoke control performance evaluation of high-rise building, evaluation of thermal energy systems of bio safety laboratory and a development of measuring device of solar heat gain coefficient of fenestration system.
