Method: The subjects were 208 second-year students enrolled in the four-year nursing department located in J City and C City. General characteristics, characteristics of clinical practice, and recognition of the importance of core basic nursing skills, performance, and satisfaction with majors were investigated. Descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis and IPA are performed for data analysis Results: The results are follows. The results are follows. First, the performance was lower than that of the core basic nursing skills (p<.001). As a result of comparing the importance recognition and performance of the core basic nursing items, the importance recognition was significantly compared to the performance level in all 20 items. It showed high results. Second, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation (r=.40, p<.01) with major satisfaction in core basic nursing performance. Conclusion: These results highlight the need to develop education. It is necessary to establish a learning strategy through various learning guidance methods and self-directed learning that can improve the performance of items with low performance, although recognized as important through the Core Basic Nursing IPA for nursing students who are about to practice clinical practice. It is suggested to do repeated research applied.

The purpose of this study is to utilize technology as basic data for smart clothing product research and development. This technology can recognize user's motion according to characteristics types and functions of wearable smart clothing products. In order to analyze the case of motion recognition products, we searched for previous research data and cases referred to as major keywords in leading search engines, Google and Naver. Among the searched cases, information on the characteristics and major functions of the 42 final products selected on the market are examined in detail. Motion recognition for smart clothing products is classified into four body types: head & face, body, arms & hands, and legs & feet. Smart clothing products was developed with various items, such as hats, glasses, bras, shirts, pants, bracelets, rings, socks, shoes, etc., It was divided into four functions health care type for prevention of injuries, health monitor, posture correction, sports type for heartbeat and exercise monitor, exercise coaching, posture correction, convenience for smart controller and security and entertainment type for pleasure. The function of the motion recognition smart clothing product discussed in this study will be a useful reference when designing a motion recognition smart clothing product that is blended with IT technology.
The purpose of this study was to analyse the level of recognition and performance of clinical nurses about the prevention of nosocomial infection. Subjects of the study were 425 nurses working at two university hospitals. Self report questionnaires were used to measure the level of recognition and performance about the prevention of nosocomial infection. These instruments had five dimensions of the management of nosocomial infection : hand washing, fluid therapy, foley catheterization, respiratory tract, and aseptic articles. Reliability coefficients of these instruments were found Cronbach's ${\alpha}=.94-.95$. Data were collected from August 1 to August 15, 2000. The results of the study were as follows : 1) The mean score of the recognition scores about the management of nosocomial infection was 3.89. 2) The mean score of the performance about the management of nosocomial infection was 3.42. 3) The mean score of the recognition about the management of nosocomial infection was significantly higher than the performance score(t=25.72. p<.001). 4) There was significant difference in the score of the recognition about managment in nosocomial infection according to nurses working unit(p<.001).

Methods: The participants in this study were 125 elders aged 60 or older who lived in Eup or Myeon areas of P city. For data analysis, SPSS/WIN 22.0 was used to perform descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and linear multiple regression and mediated effects. Results: Scores for dementia recognition, dementia attitude and dementia prevention behavior averaged 5.6±2.50 points in the 0~11 range, 38.8±4.59 in 14~56 and 20.2±3.59 in 10~30 respectively. Dementia recognition (a), dementia attitude (b), dementia prevention behavior (c) and the number of chronic diseases of the elders (d) were positively or negatively correlated with each other (rab=.29, p<.01; rbc=.26, p<.01; rac=.36, p<.01; rad=-.29, p<.01; rcd=.19, p<.05). Factors affecting dementia prevention behavior were dementia recognition, dementia attitude, and degree of dementia interest. When the number of chronic diseases affects dementia prevention behavior, dementia recognition has a mediating effect.
