As mentioned before, it was a serious problem that the industrial workers got the fairly low score of health KP and they did not practice what they know. Therefore it is necessary to establish the industrial policy and develop the education program for workers practice what they know and cooperate with related specialists, the management and the government authorities, Therefore we must ensure the good health of workers through a healthy home life, and a healthy work place and environment. Background: Many nursing university students were stressed during clinical practice. The purpose of this study was to identify the difference between stress of clinical practice and mental health according to behavioral styles in nursing university students. Methods: The participants of this study were 233 junior and senior nursing students who had experienced clinical practice. Data were collected by self-report questionnaires in online from November 2017 to March 2018. Collected data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 25.0 using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: The most frequent DISC behavior style of the subjects was conscientiousness (43.8%), follewed by steadiness (19.7%), influence (18.9%), and dominance (17.6%). The participants'scores for stress of clinical practice and mental health were $3.35{\pm}0.55$ and $1.13{\pm}0.65$. The stress of clinical practice of the subjects was different according to DISC behavior styles(F=2.86, p=.038). The results show that the higher the score of stress of clinical practice was the higher the score of mental health(r=.51, p<.001). Conclusion: This study found that the difference of DISC behavioral styles can be attributed to stress of clinical practice. Therefore, nursing intervention program considering with the subjects'DISC behavior styles needs to be developed to reduce their stress of clinical practice.

In the IPA table, the areas of low awareness and high practice (2) are areas of privacy communication for those who have completed ethics education. In the IPA table, the areas of low awareness and low practice (3) are areas of privacy communication when ethics education is not completed. In the IPA table, areas of high awareness and low levels of practice (4) are areas of privacy protection. Background: Promoting healthy lifestyles at work should complement workplace safety programs. This study systematically investigates current states of occupational health and safety (OHS) policy as well as practice in the European Union (EU). Methods: OHS policies of EU member states were categorized as either prevention or health promotion provisions using a manifest content analysis. Policy rankings were then created for each prevention and promotion. Rankings compared eight indicators from the European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks-2 data on prevention and promotion practices for each member state using Chi-square and probit regression analyses. Results: Overall, 73.1% of EU establishments take preventive measures against direct physical harm, and about 35.4% take measures to prevent psychosocial risks. Merely 29.5% have measures to promote health. Weak and inconsistent links between OHS policy and practice indicators were identified. Conclusion: National OHS policies evidently concentrate on prevention while compliance with health and safety practices is relatively low. Psychosocial risks are often addressed in national policy but not implemented by institutions. Current risk assessment methods are outdated and often lack psychosocial indicators. Health promotion at work is rare in policy and practice, and its interpretation remains preventive. Member states need to adopt policies that actively improve health and well-being at the workplace.

Objectives: This study was conducted to identify health-promoting behaviors and related factors by type of residence between two groups of college students: those who live in dormitories and those who commute from home. Methods: We used the data from 2,287 students (870 male, 1417 female) from 14 colleges in Daegu and Kyungpook areas and compared health-promoting practice scores, general characteristics, health environment, and parental support. Multiple regression analysis was performed with health-promoting practice scores as a dependent variable. Results: Dormitory residents presented significantly lower health-promoting practice scores than commuters in both gender. Multiple regression analysis showed that the factors associated with health-promoting behaviors were health environment (p<0.05) and parental influence/support (p<0.01) for male dormitory residents. For female dormitory residents interest in health(p<0.05), stress(p<0.05), and parental influence/support(p<0.01) were associated. Conclusions: Systematic development of health education programs would be needed for the practice of health promotion behavior of college dormitory students with the help of environmental and institutional support. We suggest a program for stress management, smoking, health behavior, and alcohol and a parental program to increase contact with their children for a positive parental influence and support.
