성인간호학회지 논문(1989-2000)의 내용과 경향 분석 (An Analysis on the Contents and the Trend of Nursing Research Published in Journal of Korean Academy of Adult Nursing (1989-2000))

  • "Journal of Korean Academy of Adult Nursing" has been published since 1989 and more than 330 articles have been published up 2000. We reviewed all the articles published in this journal to analyze the contents and trend of published articles and to find out the way of improvement both in quantity and quality of studies in this area. The results are as follows; 1) Ninety percent of articles were quantitative studies. Experimental design was used in 16.1% and quasi-experimental design was adapted in 73.6% of articles. Qualitative research were 10.3% of total articles reviewed. 2) Only 5.1% of articles described theoretical framework and 73.6% of experimentally designed articles included research hypotheses. 3) Among experimental studies, only one was true experimental studie design. Eighty nine point three persent had descriptive survey method among non-experimental studies. Amog the thirty four qualitative studies, phenomenologic(73.5%), grounded theory(14.7%), and ethnographic (11.8%) design were used. 4) Most of research subject were patients and few healthy people, healthcare worker, and patient family. 5) Psychosocial data collection method which used questionnaire were 53.7% and interview, physical measurement, observation were used in 22.8%, 8.2%, 5.4% of articles respectively. 6) Total number of keywords were 692, and average number of key words per article was 2.2. Health-related keyword was the most frequently used according to four metaparadigm of nursing (human, health, nursing, and environment). Environment related keyword was rarely appeared. The number and quality of nursing research in "Journal of Korean Academy of Adult Nursing" have been improved continuously. It is difficult to find out special trend or characteristics which is unique in this journal because of relatively short history of adult nursing studies. This review study was performed to analyze adult nursing studies only in the view of quantitative aspect, but it is needed to analyse qualitatively to find philosophical or theoretical trend in nursing.

Immunoblot 법을 이용한 간흡충항원(肝吸蟲抗原)의 발육단계별(發育段階別) 항원성분석(抗原性分析)에 관한 연구(硏究) (Studies on the Immunoblot Characterization of Clonorchis sinensis Worm Antigens at Carly Development Stages)

  • Serodiagnosis of Clonorchis sinensis infections will probably be a first choice tool for screening of clonorchiasis in a future because of increasing difficulties in collection and examination of stools. The sensitive test such as ELISA can he used effectively. However there are some limitations in serological diagnosis for the detection of serum antibody. One of the major problems is the non-specificity of the antigens which produce cross reaction with other helminthic infection sera. To solve this problem. many investigators have tried to purify the antigens used. In this study, we determined the antigenic profile of the crude saline extract antigen of C. sinensis at early developmental stage based on SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting techniques for the purpose of understanding the nature of C. sinensis worm antigen The following results were obtained : 1) The SDS-PAGE showed many protein hands ranging from 10Kd to 91Kd relative molecular weight. Among them, 66, 46, 40, 33, 27, 24, 16, 14 and 10Kd bands were observed as a principle bands. The protein components of C. sinensis changed chronologically during their early developmental period. 44Kd band was stained unclearly in antigen of 2 weeks worm, but changed to concentrated state in antigen of 5 weeks worm. 35Kd band was found in antigen of 2 weeks worm, however this band was disappeared in antigen of 5 weeks worm. 22Kd band also lost its staining property gradually. 2) In spite of differences in antigenic profile, there was no differences in the data obtained by microplate ELISA using each antigen preparation. Absorbance value began to rise in between 2 to 3 weeks after infection. 3) By EITB. serum antibody recognized major protein bands with molecular weight of 91, 85, 63, 46, 40, 33, 24, 14 and 10Kd hand respectively. Among them 66, 33, 17 and 14Kd bands were observed as non-specific band because they reacted even in normal control sera. Generally, gradual increase of positive reactions were observed as the infection period of C. sinensis was prolonged. In other hand, the reaction of 10Kd hand did not occurred when 26th week sera was tested. 4) The positive reactions using antigens of 2 weeks worm, especially on 40 and 24Kd bands, were most strong and sharply demarcated compared to those of 3~5 weeks worm antigen.

종합병원 간호사들의 직무스트레스, 피로, 소진 및 직무만족도가 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Job Stress, Fatigue, Burnout, and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention among General Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 종합병원에 근무하고 있는 간호사들의 직무스트레스, 피로, 소진 및 직무만족도가 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 공분산구조분석에 의한 예측모형을 구축하여 이들 변수간의 인과관계를 분석하였다. 조사 대상은 D광역시에 소재하고 있는 종합병원 간호사 648명으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 2016년 11월 1일부터 12월 31일까지의 기간 동안에 구조화된 무기명 자기기입식 설문지를 이용한 설문조사에 의하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상자의 이직의도는 직무스트레스, 피로 및 소진점수가 높은 군일수록 유의하게 높은 반면, 직무만족도점수가 낮은 군일수록 유의하게 높았다. 조사대상자의 이직의도는 직무스트레스, 피로 및 소진과는 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보인 반면, 직무만족도와는 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 공분산 구조분석 결과, 직무스트레스는 피로, 소진 및 직무만족도보다 이직의도에 더 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 직무스트레스, 피로, 소진이 높을수록, 직무만족도가 낮을수록 이직의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 위와 같은 연구결과는 종합병원 간호사의 이직의도는 직무스트레스, 피로, 소진 및 직무만족도와 유의한 관련성이 있음을 알 수 있다. 특히 직무스트레스는 피로, 소진 및 직무만족도 보다 이직의도에 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 종합병원 간호사들의 이직의도를 낮추기 위해서는 직무스트레스를 완화시켜줄 수 있는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다고 생각된다.

치위생과 학생의 전공만족도, 진로탐색효능감이 진로탐색 행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of satisfaction in major and career search efficacy on career search behavior in dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of Dental Hygienic students' level of satisfaction towards their major and sense of career exploration efficacy on their career exploration behavior so that the key findings of this research will help the university students to explore career related to their major and to assume rational attitude towards their career path. Methods : The study was conducted targeting 450 university students who are studying in the Department of Dental Hygienic at the four universities located in Daegu, Gyeongsangbuk-do and Chungcheongbuk-do. Data collection was carried out using the self-administered questions based on the use of structured survey questionnaire, and analysis was conducted using frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results : 1. Total grade of the Dental Hygienic students' level of satisfaction towards their major was $3.36{\pm}.49$ points, while total grade of the sense of career exploration efficacy was $3.06{\pm}.46$ points. In case of the career exploration behavior, the total grade was $2.76{\pm}.53$ points. 2. In case of the level of satisfaction towards their major, there was a significant difference depending on the class, grade and motivation for admission. As for the sense of career exploration efficacy and career exploration behavior, there was a significant difference depending on grade. 3. Sense of career exploration efficacy and career exploration behavior demonstrated level of satisfaction towards their major manifested positive correlation. Sense of career exploration efficacy manifested positive correlation career exploration behavior. 4. As for the elements that affect Dental Hygienic students' career exploration behavior, they were level of satisfaction towards their major and sense of career exploration efficacy, and the explanatory power was 19.0%. Conclusions : It should be necessary to study the elements that affect Dental Hygienic students' career exploration behavior in greater depth using diverse methods and information in order to increase sense of career exploration efficacy so that the individual Dental Hygienic students can engage in detailed career exploration behavior for the sake of their career path.

대구지역 일부 주민의 구취 실태 조사 (A Study of the Halitosis at Urban Area in Dae-Gu City)

  • 본 연구는 대구지역 일부 주민 332명을 대상으로 구취측정 및 구취실태를 조사한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 연구 대상자는 전체 332명 중 남자가 44.6%, 여자가 55.4%였다. 연령분포는 39세 이하가 32.5%로 가장 많았고 결혼 상태는 기혼이 82.2%였다. 직업은 무직이 28.6%로 가장 많았고 사무직이 15.7%, 전문직이 15.1%였다. 구강보건행태는 잇솔질 방법은 위아래로 닦는 사람이 46.4%로 가장 많았고 1일 잇솔질 횟수는 36.4%가 2회로 가장 많았고 55.6%가 혓솔질을 하고 있었다. 2. 구취측정시 마지막 식사시기는 1-2시간 전이 26.8%로 가장 많았고 현재 느끼는 구취인에서 63.3%가 '약간 난다'라고 하였다. 아침 식사 후가 구취가 가장 심하게 난다라고 26.3%가 응답하였고 냄새(구취)에 대한 인지는 '구린 냄새가 난다'라고 응답한 사람이 33.1%로 가장 많았다. 구취로 인해서 치과진료경험이 있는 사람이 11.4%였으며 구취치료에 대한 요구도가 63.9%였다. 3. 대상자의 구취농도는 100 ppb~149 ppb가 156명이며 평균 122.76 ppb였으며, 150 ppb이상은 54명이며 평균 195.26 ppb였으며 대상자의 63.3%가 구취관리 및 치료가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 연령이 증가 할수록 구취농도가 높게 나타났으며(p < 0.05) 현재 느끼는 구취인지 정도가 높을수록 실제 구취농도가 높았고(p < 0.001). 구취로 인한 치과진료경험이 있는 사람이 구취농도가 높았다(p < 0.01). 본 결과를 바탕으로 대상자의 구취에 대한 지식 및 관리법의 미숙한 점과 구취에 대한 인지능력이 정확하지 않은 것을 고려해 볼 때 구취에 관한 홍보를 확대할 수 있는 기초자료수집과 계획 및 치과진료기관의 구취관리 프로그램의 활성화가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

DISTRIBUTION CHARACTERISTICS OF NUTRIENTS IN CHINESE BOHAI SEA

  • Nutrients are key environmental factors in marine ecosystem. They limit algal growth when at low concentrations and cause algal bloom when at high contents. They also control the growth and succession of many other biota including bacteria and zooplankton, either directly or indirectly. Nutrient contents therefore affect both the structure and functions of marine ecosystem. To study the contents and distribution of nutrients in Chinese Bohai Sea, two cruise surveys were undertaken in August 2000 (summer) and January 2001 (winter), respectively. A total of 595 water samples were collected from 91 sites. After collection the samples were transported to the laboratory and five nutrients, i.e., nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, phosphate and silicate, were analyzed. The results showed that tile average concentration of total inorganic nitrogen (TIN) in Bohai Sea in winter (6.5293.717 ${\mu}$mol$.$l$\^$-1/) was significantly higher than that in summer (3.717 ${\mu}$mol$.$l$\^$-1/). The phosphorus concentration in winter (0.660 ${\mu}$mol$.$l$\^$-1/) was also significantly higher than that in summer (0.329 ${\mu}$mol$.$l$\^$-1/). Mean silicate concentration in winter (7.858 ${\mu}$mol$.$l$\^$-1/) was not significantly different from that in summer (7.200 ${\mu}$mol$.$l$\^$-1/). Nutrients also varied considerable among different areas within Bohai Sea. TIN concentration in Laizhou Bay (4.444 ${\mu}$mol$.$l$\^$-1/), for example, was significantly higher than those in Bohai Bay (2.270 ${\mu}$mol$.$l$\^$-1/) and Bohai Straight (2.431 ${\mu}$mol$.$l$\^$-1/), which probably reflects tile discharge of large amounts of nitrogen into Laizhou Bay via Yellow River. The nutrients also showed vertical distribution pattern. In summer, nutrients in bottom layer were generally higher than those in surface and medium layers. In winter, however. nutrients in different layers were not significantly different Compared with historic data, TIN contents increased continuously since early 1980s, phosphorus arid silicone contents, nevertheless, fell down to some degree. Based on atomic ratios of different nutrients, nitrogen is still the main limiting factor for algal growth in Bohai Sea.

콜센터 상담사의 직무스트레스와 이직의도와의 관련성 (Relationship Between Occupational Stress and Turnover Intention Among Call Center Counselors)

  • 본 연구는 콜센터 상담사의 인구사회학적 특성, 건강행태 및 직업관련 특성에 따른 이직의도 수준을 파악하고, 특히 직무스트레스와 이직의도 간의 관련성을 규명하고자 시도하였다. 조사 대상은 콜센터를 운영하고 있는 병원 9개소와 기업체 5개소에 근무하고 있는 콜센터 상담사 158명으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 2013년 2월 1일부터 6월 30일까지의 기간 동안에 자기기입식 설문조사(self-administered questionnaire)에 의하였다. 연구결과, 이직의도에 관련된 요인으로는 연령, 수면시간, 업무요구도, 업무자율성이 유의한 변수로 선정되었다. 특히 직무스트레스 내용과 이직의도 간의 관련성에서는 업무요구도가 높아질수록 이직의도가 높은 반면, 업무의 자율성이 높아질수록 이직의도가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이직의도에 대한 직무스트레스의 위험비는 업무 요구도가 높은 군에서, 업무자율성이 낮은 군에서, 상사의 지지도 및 동료의 지지도가 낮은 군에서 이직의도가 높은 군에 속할 위험비가 유의하게 증가하였다. 따라서 이직의도를 감소시키기 위해서는 직무스트레스 요인의 개선을 위한 노력이 필요하다고 생각된다.

한의치료를 받은 산모의 산후 6주간 증상에 대한 전향적 관찰 연구 (A Prospective Observational Study on Symptoms of the Postpartum Women with Korean Medicine Treatment during Six Weeks after Childbirth)

  • Objectives: This study aims to investigate the changes of women's postpartum symptoms, including their weights, edema index and quality of life (QOL) over the first six weeks after childbirth. Methods: The study participants were 31 postpartum women treated in the Dept. of Obstetrics & Gynecology, at Woo-Suk University Korean Medicine Hospital, from May 20th to August 5th, 2016. In the first 2 weeks of the postpartum period, the main data collection method was to interview each patient and write down all of their complaints, and additionally referring to each participant's PHR (Personal Health Records). At the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th week, the researcher interviewed participants by phone once a week. The participants' weight, edema index (ECW/TBW) and the quality of life (by EQ-VAS) were measured at 1st and 2nd week after childbirth. And, EQ-VAS was assessed once more at the 6th week after childbirth. As a last step, the participants responded to a survey on satisfaction regarding their postpartum care with Korean Medicine. Results: 1. In the 1st one week after childbirth, edema was the most frequent complaint. It was about joint pain of the upper limbs in the 2nd and 3rd weeks, sweating in the 4th week, and joint pain of the upper limbs in the 5th and the 6th weeks. 2. In the 1st two weeks of the postpartum period, the weight of the participants decreased from $66.33{\pm}9.30kg$ to $62.60{\pm}8.92kg$ (p<0.001) and the edema index ECW/TBW decreased from $0.399{\pm}0.010$ to $0.385{\pm}0.0 4$ (p<0.001). The EQ-VAS significantly improved from $61.77{\pm}17.72$ to $73.51{\pm}14.67$ (p<0.001). In the last 4-weeks of the postpartum period, the EQ-VAS decreased from $74.30{\pm}14.25$ to $73.63{\pm}13.35$, but this difference was not statistically significant (p=0.749). 3. Regarding the satisfaction with postpartum care with Korean Medicine, 60% of the participants responded that it was 'Excellent' and 40% said it was 'Good'. Conclusion: Over the entire postpartum period, the most frequent complaints were about musculoskeletal symptoms. Postpartum care with Korean Medicine treatments in the early postpartum period improves various postpartum symptoms and the quality of life for postpartum women.

코로나19 대응 간호사가 인식하는 협력적 재난 거버넌스 (Collaborative Disaster Governance Recognized by Nurses during a Pandemic)

  • Purpose: We aimed to identify collaborative disaster governance through the demand and supply analysis of resources recognized by nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: We used a descriptive study design with an online survey technique for data collection. The survey questions were developed based on focus group interviews with nurses responding to COVID-19 and expert validity testing. A 42-question online survey focusing on disaster governance was sent to nurses working in COVID-19 designated hospitals, public health offices, and schools. A total of 630 nurses participated in the survey. Demand and supply analysis was used to identify the specific components of disaster governance during a pandemic situation and analyze priority areas in disaster governance, as reported by nurses. Results: Demand and supply analysis showed that supplies procurement, cooperation, education, and environment factors clustered in the high demand and supply quadrant while labor condition, advocacy, emotional support, and workload adjustment factors clustered in the high demand but low supply quadrant, indicating a strong need in those areas of disaster governance among nurses. The nurses practicing at the public health offices and schools showed major components of disaster governance plotted in the second quadrant, indicating weak collaborative disaster governance. Conclusion: These findings show that there is an unbalanced distribution among nurses, resulting in major challenges in collaborative disaster governance during COVID-19. In the future and current pandemic, collaborative disaster governance, through improved distribution, will be useful for helping nurses to access more required resources and achieve effective pandemic response.

가임기 여성의 유방암 검진행위 영향요인 (Factors Affecting Breast Cancer Screening Behavior among Women of Childbearing Age)

  • 본 연구는 가임기 여성의 유방암 검진행위 영향요인을 규명하기 위해 시행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 19-40세의 가임기 여성 2,000명으로, 자료수집은 2020년 9월부터 2021년 8월까지 온라인 및 모바일로 설문조사로 진행되었다. 유방암 검진행위 영향요인을 규명하기 위해 시행된 다중 순서형 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 나이가 20-29세 (OR=.2.145, CI=1.219-3.777), 30세 이상(OR=5.663, CI=2.784-11.521), 연소득이 1000만원 미만(OR=1.606, CI=1.070-2.413), 3,000만원 이상(OR=2.422, CI=1.550-3.785), 유방암 가족력(OR=2.421, CI=1.154-5.080), 난소암 가족력(OR=4.321, CI=1.382-13.516), 주관적 건강상태 인식이 '보통'(OR=1.466, CI=1.064-2.020), '건강하지 않음'(OR=1.854, CI=1.188-2.895)인 경우 가임기 여성의 유방암 검진행위가 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구를 바탕으로 가임기의 젊은 여성군의 유방암 검진행위를 강화시킬 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.
