헤드레스트의 형상에 따른 충돌 및 피로해석을 통한 안전성 연구 (A Safety Study Using Impact and Fatigue Analyses According to Headrest Shape)

  • The automotive headrest is intended to provide comfort, safety, convenience and durability to a vehicle's passengers and driver. In this study, impact and fatigue analyses were carried out for three headrest shape models-A, B and C. These models have the same material properties and the same force was applied to them. Impact and fatigue analyses demonstrated that all of the models obtained almost the exact same result values. This study found that all models had similar equivalent stress, deformation, fatigue life and main damage parts due to the fact that the shared same material properties. Better safety and fatigue life can be anticipated by changing the material of the headrest in order to secure more stable safety. An automotive headrest optimized for safety and durability is thought to have been developed through the impact and fatigue analyses of this study.

버스 승객석의 인간공학적 평가 방법 개발 (Development of an Evaluation Protocol for a Bus Seat)

  • A bus seat is required to be ergonomically designed in terms of its shape and physical properties to increase seating comfort. The present study is intended to develop a systematic bus seat evaluation protocol based on seating comfort. A total of 48 participants evaluated 12 parts (seat belt, recliner, armrest, headrest, upper-back support, lumbar support, seatback bolster, seatback overall, hip support, thigh support, seatpan bolster, and seatpan overall) of 12 bus seats with 17 subjective comfort measures (e.g., convenience of control, suitability of size, and overall comfort). Lastly, ergonomic features of shape and physical properties of each seat part were identified based on the subject evaluation analysis results. The developed bus seat evaluation protocol can be applied to evaluate various types of seats.

  • 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 단층촬영 장비의 크레이들에 대한 샌드위치 복합재 3차원 형상을 결정하였고, 유한요소해석을 통해 구조성능 기준을 만족하는 적층 패턴을 제안하였으며, 균일한 X선 투과 성능을 만족하는 생산공법을 제안하였다. 크레이들 설계는 다른 부품과의 공간, 고정 방법, 헤드레스트 부품과의 조립조건을 고려하였다. 정해진 위치에 135 kg 하중이 가해질 때, 크레이들 끝단부 처짐이 20 mm 이하인 기준을 만족하는 적층패턴을 결정하였다. 생산공법 측면에서 우선 카본 소재/폴리에스터 수지로 핸드레이업을 하였으나, 기포 및 과잉수지로 불균일한 X선 투과성능을 보였다. 이를 해결하기 위해 첫 번째 층은 동일소재를 인퓨전 공법으로 하고 나머지 층은 카본 소재/에폭시 수지의 프리프레그 적용으로 X선 투과성능을 개선하였다.
