소비자 감성 평가에 의한 고조파 소음의 평가 방법 (Harmonic Noise Evaluation Method for Home Appliance based on Sensory Evaluation)

  • Generally, noise from a home appliance has been measured by overall sound pressure level or sound power level, dB. Customers evaluation, however, of this noise should be depend on the only overall level but also the sensory feeling, annoyance, unpleasure and so on. Moreover, in this sensory evaluation, irregular, time-varying and uneven sounds which are difficult to describe itself by overall level are more affectable. Unfortunately however the formal evaluation method for this kinds of noise is not determined yet. In this research, the evaluation method for harmonic noise, which is a major noise from home appliance and one of the unmeasurable sounds by overall level, is proposed to evaluate its acceptability based on the consumer's sense of hearing. The proposed approach could be applied to the other sound, which acoustical characteristics are similar to the tonal noise.

  • The vibration analysis of the automobiles has been a good subject for the engineers seeking solutions for more comfortable life. In the area of industrial vehicles, however, the seriousness of the vibration annoyance has not been considered so much. In this paper, a finite element model was built which was good for the low-frequency system(of fork-lift truck), and a forced vibration analysis was obtained for the component of 2n of harmonic orders from engine excitation to this model. Finally, a design optimization upon dynamic responses was made to minimize the vibration acceleration level at selected points representing the vibration level of the whole system.

트랜스미션 컨트롤 케이블의 진동 해석을 위한 모델링 (Modeling of a Transmission Control Cable for Vibration Analysis)

  • A transmission control cable connects the transmission control arm and the control lever mechanically and transfers control effort exerted by a driver to the transmission. It also transfers vibration generated by the engine to the passenger room through mechanical connection. To understand vibration and noise transfer mechanism and to further find a way to suppress the transmission of vibration effectively, a dependable dynamic vibration model is a necessity. A vibration model for a transmission control cable is developed and a simulation study has been conducted to obtain mode frequencies and a transmittability. The resonance frequencies obtained by an harmonic analysis is compared with the noise level measurement data. The measurement agrees with the simulation result thus ensures the reliability of the model.

  • In recent years, several studies of the practical application of active sound and vibration control have been developed to plate to plate response with various boundary conditions. This study considers vibration and sound radiation for the clamped rectangular plate. The radiation of a sound from rectangular plate can be calculated that the velocity of a vibrating plate is analyzed. The vibration formulation is based on a variation method for the vibration of the plate, and assumes no damping, no fluid loading of the structure. And the plate is exited by harmonic point force. The radiation of sound from plate is analyzed in the far field, and is calculated from the Rayleigh integral. The prediction results of vibration and sound level have proved with FEM or BEM.

  • 본 문에서는 조화기진력(harmonic force) 하에서 보조변수법을 적용한 연속법이 사용되어 선형구조물의 변위, 응력에 대한 치수 설계 민감도가 계산되었다. 또한 최적설계가 조화 하중의 경우에 시도되어 주어진 제한조건들을 만족하며 최소 중량이 계산되었다.

  • This paper adopts nonlinear vibration method to analyze the fluctuation process of fiber movement. Based on Hamilton Principle, this paper establishes differential equation of fiber axial direction movement. Using variable-separating method, this paper separates time variable from space variable. By using the disperse movement equation of Galerkin method, this paper also discusses stable region of transition curve and points out those influencing factor and variation trend of fiber vibration.

  • Electronic speckle pattern interferometry has many applications in science and engineering. Among these, vibration measurement is the area where ESPI has many advantages over other techniques. We developed a stroboscopic ESPI system to measure the harmonic vibration of a piece of copper tape attached to a circular hole structure. 트랙터 캐빈의 진동저감을 위한 방진고무의 형상최적설계 (Shape Optimal Design of Anti-Vibration Rubber Assembly to Reduce the Vibration of a Tractor Cabin)

  • 본 연구에서는 농업용 트랙터에 조립식으로 결합되는 캐빈에 사용되는 방진고무의 진동절연성능을 향상시키기 위하여 형상최적설계를 수행하였다. 초탄성거동을 보이는 고무의 물성을 평가하기 위하여 일축 및 이축 인장시험을 수행하였고 이를 이용하여 유한요소해석에 입력 가능한 재료 모델을 도출하였다. 실제 트랙터의 운전 상태에서 진동을 측정하여 방진고무로 전달되는 입력 가진 및 이로 인한 캐빈 프레임의 응답을 정량화하였다. 비선형 거동을 보이는 방진고무의 특성을 반영하기 위해 정해석을 이용하여 방진고무의 하중-변위 곡선을 도출하였다. 이로부터 특정 하중 혹은 변위가 가해진 상태에서 방진고무의 강성을 계산할 수 있었으며 이를 캐빈의 조화가진해석에 사용하였다. 해석결과와 시험 결과의 비교를 통하여 해석모델 및 기법의 타당성을 검증하였다. 방진고무의 형상설계를 위하여 다구찌의 인자설계법이 사용되었으며 이를 통하여 강성이 최소화된 방진고무의 형상을 찾을 수 있었다. 방진고무의 최적 형상을 고려하여 조화가진해석을 수행한 결과 초기설계 대비 35 % 이상 개선된 진동저감효과를 확인할 수 있었다.

스트로보스코픽 전자 스페클 패턴 간섭법을 이용한 디스크 브레이크의 진동 모드의 정량적 가시화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Quantitiative visualization of Vibration Mode Shape of Disk Brake by Using Stroboscopic ESPI)

  • Brake squeal noise has been a problem since the early days of motoring . It is important to obtain vibration mode shape for reduction of brake noise . Stroboscopic Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry is a very powerful measuring method for study of vibrating objects in static state compared with conventional methods because this method can give both resonance frequency and quantitative visualization of vibration mode shape at the same time. In this paper, we performed qualitative visualization and quantitative analysis of vibration mode shpae of disk brake by using stroboscopic ESPI and phase shifting method. The stroboscopic wavefronts are obtained by chopping continuous wave laser beam using acousto-optic modulator .Experiments were performed at the same constraint conditions as disk brake of the practical vehicle as far as possible. The experimental results of this paper show quantitative measurement of vibration mode shape and quantiative visualization of vibration amplitude of disk brake with 3D plotting.

발전기 양극 회전자 밸런싱에서의 이상 진동신호 분석 (Investigation on Excessive Vibration Signals of Two-Pole Generator Rotors in Balancing)

  • Cause of excessive vibration signals with twice the rotational speed of a 2-pole generator rotor in balancing for fossil power plants was investigated. The 2-pole generator rotor is treated as a typically asymmetric rotor in vibration analysis, and produces asynchronous vibration with twice the rotational speed for its own inertia and stiffness asymmetry. This paper introduces practical balancing procedure and experimental vibration data of the asymmetric 2-pole rotor in balancing, and presents the results of investigation into sources of the excessive vibration signals.
