인터넷과 무선통신의 기술은 무선인터넷 서비스로 발전하고 있다. 휴대폰은 저용량의 메모리, 작은 스크린과 성능 등 여러 제한점이 있지만, 이동성과 시공간을 추월한 정보접근의 유리한 점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 유선인터넷에서만 이루어지던 온라인 학습을 휴대폰에서 가능하도록 학습시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 대행업체를 통한 SMS 전송방식은 SMS 대행업체와 네트워크로 구성이 되어야 하나, SMS 전용모뎀 전송방식은 일반 PC와의 연결만으로 시스템 구축이 가능하다. 본 논문은 SMS 전용모뎀을 통하여 SMS Service가 가능하도록 시스템을 구성하고, DB를 제공하여 사용자의 다양한 요구를 반영할 수 있도록 구성하였다.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of self-monitoring on spontaneously initiating speech behavior of the hearing-impaired preschoolers. Three hearing-impaired preschoolers were selected from a special school for the deaf. They showed some vocalizations and words under intensive instruction settings, but never spontaneously spoke as a means of communication. Multiple probe design was applied in this study. During the self-monitoring intervention, each child was trained to assess whether his own initiating speech behavior was occurred or not, and then record his own behavior's occurrence on the self-recording sheets and self-graphing sheets. The vibration of handphone was used as a tactile cue for self-monitoring. The results of the present study were as follows: (1) self-monitoring significantly increased the percentage of occurrence of spontaneously initiating speech behaviors. (2) Increased level of spontaneously initiating speech behavior were generalized into another natural instruction (cognitive) settings. (3) Increased level of spontaneously initiating speech behavior were maintained after four weeks from the termination of the intervention.

In this paper, to anlayze electromagnetic distribution, measure the variation of relative permittivity of Glass-epoxy substrate for Computer-main-board and Tenon substrate for handphone or PCS in the frequency range $100[MHz]{\sim}1[GHz]$, in room temperature. To measure relative permittivity, suggested the Microstripline method. As the frequency increase, the variation of relative permittivity of Glass-epoxy is bigger than Tefoln's. And simulate the electromagnetic distribution on the PCBs in the infinite region applying the open boundary condition with these results by Finite Element Method.

인터넷 서비스와 무선통신 서비스의 급속한 가입 증가로 미래의 통신망 트래픽은 무선 통신을 이용한 인터넷 어플리케이션이 주가 될 것으로 전망된다. 현재 진행중인 무선통신 기술은 화면이 크고 메모리가 넉넉한 개인용 컴퓨터나 노트북을 대상으로 멀티미디어 데이터를 주고 받기 위한 것들이다. 그러나 이미 많이 보급되어 있는 핸드폰이나 PDA 등을 사용한 인터넷 서비스 접속에 대한 요구도 크게 늘어날 것이다. 따라서 작은 화면과 저용량의 메모리, 낮은 처리 능력 등을 특징으로 갖는 판막기가 무선환경에서 인터넷 서비스를 접속하기 위한 새로운 프로토콜에 대한 요구가 등장하였고 이를 위하여 세계자국의 단말기 회사가 중심이 된 WAP(Wireless Access Protocol) 포럼이 결성되어 표준안 작업이 활발히 진행중이다. 본 논문에서는 WAP의 기본 구조 및 프로토콜을 소개하고 기존의 HTML 문법으로 작성된 문서들을 WAP에서 제안하는 WML 형식으로 수용하기 위하여 필요한 요구사항들을 제안하며 기존의 웹사이트를 WML 문법으로 변환하였을 때 무선망에서 얻게되는 압축률을 보인다.
