입출력 공동 주파수 동조를 통한 VCO의 성능 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Performance in VCO Using In/Out Common Frequency Tuning)

  • 본 논문에서는 K-band(18.6 GHz) 대역에서 동작하는 VCHO(Voltage Controlled Harmonic Oscillator)를 설계 및 제작하였다. 제안된 구조의 발진기는 두 개의 hair-pin 공진기들이 각각 능동소자의 입력단과 출력단에 위치한다. 또한 두 개의 공진기를 동시에 동조하는 구조를 통하여 기본 주파수 억압 특성과 2차 고조파($2f_0$)의 출력을 개선하였다. VCHO의 제작 및 측정 결과에 의하면 출력 전력은 -2.41 dBm, 기본 주파수 억압 특성은 -21.84 dBc 그리고 위상 잡음은 -101.44 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz의 특성을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 바렉터 다이오드의 전압 변화에 따른 주파수 동조 범위는 약 10.58 MHz를 얻었으며, 이 때 ${\pm}0.19\;dB$의 전력 평탄도를 얻을 수 있었다.

탭 선로의 새로운 등가 회로를 이용한 헤어핀 대역 통과 필터 설계 (Design of Hair-Pin Band-Pass Filter Using New Equivalent Circuit of Tapped-Line)

  • 본 논문에서는 대역 통과 필터의 입력부에 응용되는 탭 선로의 등가 회로를 제시하였고, 그 변수 값을 수식적으로 제시한다. 탭 선로의 등가 회로는 개방형 스터브와 음의 전기적 길이를 갖는 전송 선로로 구현하며, 탭 선로의 위치와 공진기 길이는 공진기의 임피던스와 인버터 값으로 구할 수 있다. 이러한 새로운 등가 회로에 의한 설계는 기존의 방법에 비해 이론적으로 근접한 결과를 얻을 수 있게 한다. 새로운 탭 선로의 등가 회로를 이용한 헤어핀 대역 통과 필터는 중심 주파수 2 GHz에서 1.1 dB의 삽입 손실과 20 dB의 반사 손실 특성을 나타낸다.

X-대역에서 중간동기결합 발진기의 설계 및 제작에 관한 연구 (A study on design and implementation of oscillator with intermediate synchronized coupling in the X-Band)

  • 본 논문에서는 X-Band용 두 개의 발진기를 사용하여 중간결합을 통한 위상잡음 특성을 개선할 목적으로 중간동기결합 구조의 발진기를 제안하였다. 제안된 구조는 각각의 발진기는 Hai-Pin을 이용한 발진기로 설계를 하였으며, 두 발진기가 중간결합을 위해 갖는 위상차는 발진기들의 바이어스를 이용하여 조정을 한다. 제안된 구조의 수치계산을 통한 설계, 하드웨어 구현 및 실험을 통해 측정된 결과를 제시하였으며, 측정 결과로 위상잡음 특성이 약 100dBc/Hz 개선됨을 보였다.

조선시대 남자(男子)의 수식(首飾) 연구(I) (A Study on Korean Man's Head Ornaments in the Joseon Dynasty)

  • This study reviewed pertinent literature and examined relics of manggon(a headband worn to hold a man's topknot hair in place), donggot(a topknot pin), and chigwan(a topknot cover). Before the modernized short hair style, wearing a gat was an important custom. Therefore, manggon, which was used to hold a man's hair in place under the gat, was considered an essential part of the man's official dress code. Donggot is a pin that held the topknot hair in place. It was a must have for a married man, like the binyeo, a lod-like hairpin, for a married woman. Unlike gwanja, it had nothing to do with official rank, but materials were of a variety of materials, including jade and gold. The structure of the donggot was studied in three parts-head, neck and body. Major forms for the head include the mushroom, bean and ball. Bullet and half-cut bullet forms were also found. Forms for the neck include straight-neck and curved-neck. A neck with a belt around a double chin was also found. Forms for the body include the tetrahedron, octahedron and cylinder. The most popular form for silver and white bronze donggot heads was the mushroom, followed by bean and pile forms. Chigwan is also called chipogwan, chichoal, choalgyesogwan, noingwan and sangtugwan. In poetry it was called chichoal, and it used to be called taegogwan in the past as well. Chigwan was so small that it managed to hold a topknot. According to confucian custom in the Joseon period, by wearing chigwan, men didn't display their bare topknot even when they didn't dress up. When they went out, they wore another official hat over the chigwan.

헤어 패션 감각(感覺)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) - 수도권(首都圈) 대학(大學) 여학생(女學生)을 대상(對象)으로 - (A Study on the hair fashion feeling - Objecting to capital area university women students -)

  • This study aims to know the deferences of hair fashion feeling group in accordance with hair styling activities, general characteristics, life styles objecting to capital area university women students and aid to hair fashion design. So the results are as belows. 1. Frequency Analysis of Categories A. Hair fashion feeling - Natural, sexy, romantic pretty, sophisticate, ethnic are 90% in total hair fashion feeling variables in sequence of frequency, so it can be said these are in vogue. B. Hair styling activities - The objections visit the hair salon once 1-2months, spend about 42,000 won a month, perform cut & wave perm to sentimental reasens & hair style changes, determine the hair style well coordinated in her image and managed easily. In her home, they manage her hair style 12 minutes a day, spend 17,000 won to buy hair aids, do hair blow dry or pin or pony tail mainly in the morning, scarcely use the hair styling aids but if use, essence or wax mainly. And the degree of interest to hair style is high. C. General Characteristics - The objections's average age is 21.1, residence is seoul kangnam 23.3%, seoul kangbook 18.4%, other capital areas 58.4%, the degree of education is university students 94.9%, graduated student 5.1%, marriage is married 96%, unmarried 2.8%, family who live with is married are mainly man & woman and living with father & mother in low in man's, unmarried are mainly live alone & nuclear family, personal expenses a month is 300,000 won in average, income of home is 4,000,000 won a month. D. Life style - The objections are not in interest of physical exercises but if are, do yoga & health, like drama & comedies program, watch TV or meet friend in leisure time, like balad & dance music, fashion magazine, meet friend in cafe or college. 2. Relationship of hair fashion feeling & other variables Using the $x^2$-test, level p<0.05, Hair styling activities(frequency of hair salon coming in and out, ordinary time representing hair style, preferred hair styling aids, the amount of hair style interest), General Characteristics(age), Life style(leisure time) variables are meaningful.

고속 Tube Expander의 동적 모델링 및 해석 (Analysis and Dynamic Modeling of a High-speed Tube Expander)

  • Tube expanding process is for combining a heat-sink plate with hair-pins (Cu-tube) through plastic deformation. The two parts, i. e. , heat-sink plate and hair-pins are they components of a heat-exchanger for an air conditioner. This paper presents the analysis and dynamic modeling of a high-speed tube expander which integrates transfer of parts, fixing of parts, and tube expanding into one process. The 3-dimensional modeling of all the parts for the tube-expander was constructed using CATIA$\circledR$. then the CATIA$\circledR$ models are transferred into visuaINastran$\circledR$ to execute the 3-dimensional animation for checking prescribed cycle-time. The technique presented in this paper has been shown to be effective as a priori tool for verifying the design of a high-speed tube expander.

개선된 바랙터 결합 선로를 이용한 Ku-Band 헤어핀 발진기 설계 (A Ku-Band Hair-Pin Resonator Oscillator with a New Varactor Coupled Line Structure)

  • 본 논문에서는 개선된 바랙터 결합 선로를 제안하고, 이 구조를 사용한 주파수 합성기를 설계 제작하였다. 제안된 결합 선로는 기존 구조에 추가적인 $\lambda$/4 전송 선로를 이용하여 바랙터에서 반사되는 잡음신호를 제거하는 구조이다. 제작한 주파수 합성기는 Ku-band 대역에서 헤어핀 공진기를 사용하였으며, PLL을 사용하여 주파수를 고정하였다. 제안된 구조로 제작한 헤어핀 발진기의 경우, 38 MHz의 주파수 조정 범위와 100 kHz offset에서 -97 dBc/Hz의 위상 잡음을 나타내었다. 이러한 측정 결과는 제작한 기존 구조의 바랙터 결합 선로를 가지는 헤어핀 발진기보다 30 MHz 개선된 주파수 조정 범위와 8 dB 개선된 위상 잡음 특성을 가지는 것으로 확인되었다.

1MeV Argon 이온주입에 의해 유기되 결합 및 회복기구의 XTEM 분석 (XTEM Study of 1 MeV Argon Ion Implantation Induced Defects in Si and Their Annealing Behavior)

  • Ar ions were implanted at 1 MeV into (100)Cz Si wafers with dose of 1 * 10$^{15}$ ions/cm$^{2}$. Damage induced by high energy implantation and its annealing behavior during rapid thermal annealing for 10sec at temperatures from 550 to 1100${\circ}C$ were investigated by crosssection transmission electron microscopy study. It can be clearly seen from the observation that the SPE(Solid Phase Epitaxy) regrowth of the buried amorphous layer induced by ion implantation proceeds from both upper and lower amorphous/crystalline (a/c) interfaces, and the activation energy for SPE from interfaces were both 1.43eV. Misfit dislocation where two interfaces met was formed and it coalesced into the hair pin dislocation in the upper regrown region. At the higher temperature after annealing out of the misfit dislocation, hair pin dislocations showed considerable drop in its bandwidth. However, they were not disappeared even at the temperature 1100${\circ}C$ with the end of range dislocation loops which were formed at the original lower a/c interface.
