Objectives This study was aimed to develop the clinical practice guideline for Soeumin symptomatology. This was the first clinical practice guideline, which focuses on symptomatology, not disease. Methods Donguisusebowon and many articles were reviewed and examined for developing clinical practice guidelines. Among the previous guidelines, we assessed the guidelines by Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation (AGREE II). After AGREE II assessment, we chose and revised the clinical practice guideline. Results & Conclusions By researching and discussing the Soeumin symptomatology, we make the principle of the clinical practice guideline, including classification, definition, algorithm, and treatment assessing tool.

After researching on infantile diseases in Hyungsang medicine, the writer got the conclusions as follows. The infants who are excess of the Yang energy need to nourish the Eum- blood. The main causes of the infantile disorders are congenital defect and malfunction of internal organs by nature, as results of these they suffer from mental disorders or being undergrown. And after birth they get ill from internal injury or external affections, mainly epilepsy by retention of undigested food, fever, cough, asthma, nasal obstruction, dermatopathia, and affection by cold, etc. In Hyungsang medicine Dam-body is apt to get ill from deficiency of Eum-blood and bangkwang-body from deficiency of Yang-energy. And infants are hare to be moderate in food, so they become to diseases of the Spleen and stomach, especially infants with Yangmyung type get to epilepsy, cough, skin disorders, and obese for the reasonof overeating. Among main infantile symptoms congenital defects, infantile mental disorders, and convulsive diseases come from congenital defect and malfunciton of internal organs, so it must be treated the symptoms following the reasons. Above all infantile mental disorders are treated not to separate the spirit from the body. And fever, cough and asthma, affection by cold, skin diseases, poor appetite, and obese come from deficiency of Kidney or the deficiency and excess of the Spleen and stomach. In order to prevent from infantile diseases right antenatal training, taking medicine rightly, exercise and eating good habits are needed to give guidance. Seeing through the clinical cases in Hyungsang medicine, we come to know that the infantile mental disorders come out primarily for the reasons of the congenital defect, and the infantile epilepsy come from malfunction of internal organs, and the nasal obstruction and skin diseases come from deficiency of Kidney or the deficiency and excess of the Spleen and stomach.

After AGREE II assessment, we chose and revised the clinical practice guideline. Member of writing committee reviewed and examined "Donguisusebowon" and many articles for developing clinical practice guidelines. Draft of clinical practice guideline was reviewed by advisory committee and approved by Society of Sasang Constitutional Medicine. Results & Conclusions By researching and discussing the Soyangin symptomatology, we establish the evaluation criteria for diagnosis including classification, definition and develop diagnostic algorithm and treatment assessing tool.

This is the study about continuous explosives demolition to Han Kuk Flour Mills Silo(14 units) located in Mokpo. Considering the surroundings, We planned to collapse toward longitudinal direction of the silo. It had a lot of blast hole per silo in confined space. It could make lots of problems like Cut-off, collapse behavior, fragmentation after structure behavior. So we separated 14 units silo to two section for blast twice. At the first A-Section blast, there was Cut-off of detonating cord and we had to blast twice to collapse remained silo. After that the secondary B-Section blasting, we got the desired result of collapse behavior.

Optimal cultivation conditions for the production of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL) from Rhodotorula aurantiaca K-505 were selected, and the kinetic parameters of the produced PAL were determined. The most suitable carbon and nitrogen sources were glucose and tryptone, respectively. The strain expressed PAL constituttively when using the optimized semi-complex media. High cell density culture could be critical for maximal production of PAl since the PAL ynthesis was growth associated. maximum PAL activity was observed at initial pH 6.0. although the ll growth was not markedly affected by temperature between 22 and 28$^{\circ}C$, the cells yielded the maximum PAL activity when cultivated at 22$^{\circ}C$. The maximum activity for deamination of L-phenylalnine to trans-cinnamic acid was observed around pH 8.8. The PAL activity gave the maximum at 45$^{\circ}C$, and greatly decreased at higher than 5$0^{\circ}C$. Activation energy({TEX}$E_{a}${/TEX}) calculated from Arrhenius equation was 6.28 kcal/mol in the range of 22$^{\circ}C$ to 4$0^{\circ}C$. A oolf plot showed that the enzyme reaction follows Michaelis-Menten equation, whose {TEX}$K_{M}${/TEX} and {TEX}$V_{max}${/TEX} values were 4.65$\times${TEX}$10^{-3}${/TEX} M and 0.89$\mu$ mol/mg-min respectively.

The aim of this work was to investigate the adsorption isotherm and kinetic model for the biosorption of lead $(Pb^{2+})$ by Rhodotorula aurantiaca and to examine the environmental factors for this metal removal. Within five minutes of contact, $Pb^{2+}$ sorption reached nearly 86% of the total $Pb^{2+}$ sorption. The optimum initial pH value for removal of $Pb^{2+}$ was 5.0. The percentage sorption increased steeply with the biomass concentration up to 2 g/l and thereafter remained more or less constant. The Langmuir sorption model provided a good fit throughout the concentration range. The conformity of these data to the Langmuir model indicated that biosorption of $Pb^{2+}$ by R. aurantiaca could be characterized as a monolayer, single-site type phenomenon with no interaction between ions adsorbed in neighboring sites. The maximum $Pb^{2+}$ sorption capacity $(q_{max})$ and Langmuir constant (b) were 46.08 mg/g of biomass and 0.04 l/mg, respectively. The pseudo second-order equation was well fitted to the experimental data. The correlation coefficients for the linear plots of t/q against t for the second-order equation were 0.999 for all the initial concentrations of biosorbent for contact times of 180 min. The theoretical $q_{eq}$ value was very close to the experimental $q_{eq}$ value.

The followings are the conclusions drawn from the clinical cases of apoplexy; The main cause of apoplexy is the deficiency of both Jung and Ki. dam typed persons are stricken with paralyses because of the insufficiency of the kidney water. On the other hand, bangkwang typed persons' apoplexy comes from the deficiency of Ki and dump-phlegm. The prevention of apoplexy is very important so that porpe medical care should be taken at the appearance of premonitory symptoms like vertigo, dim sight tinnitus, stiff neck, numbness and others. It appears very reasonable both clinically and pathologically that Li dongyuen classified the apoplexy in to three groups : the first group is apoplexy involving meridians ; the second. involving Bu ; the third, involving Jang. The accurate diagnosis of apoplexy regulates com prehension consideration of four factors configuration color, pulse and symptoms and distinction from the similar diseases. Apoplexy is the up wand floating of Yaug in deficiency due to the deficiency of genuine Yim. In its early stages it should be treated by eliminating the excess in the upper pant. In the lower pant becomes the fundamental treatment.

Apple sugaring and apple nectar gel were treated with coating agent, and then the rate of weight loss, browning reaction and fungi growth on the storage conditions of those were investigated. The results obtained were summarized as follows; The composition of sucrose, D-sorbitol, corn syrup, gelatin, arabia gum, citric acid, sodium citrate and sodium ascorbate as a nontoxic coating agent was desirable to repress weight loss browning reaction and fungi growth of apple sugaring and apple nectar gel. It was the most effective method that apple sugaring was treated with the coating agent and refrigerated with double packaging. The contraction by weight loss, browning reaction and fungi growth of apple nectar gel treated with the coating agent and freezed with double packaging were repressed.

This paper proposes a new method to reduce the overhead by pilots for single carrier frequency domain equalization (SC-FDE) transmission. In the conventional SC-FDE transmission structure, the overhead by transmitting pilot are heavy because the pilot are transmitted at every SC-FDE block. The proposed SC-FDE structure has fewer pilots and many SC-FCE blocks are transmitted between pilots. The channel estimation and equalization is performed at the pilot period and the channels between pilots are estimated through linear interpolation. This reduces the pilot overhead by reducing the pilot transmission compared with the conventional structure, and enables reliable channel estimation and equalization.
