1. Objecrives Although Lee Je-Ma emphasized it is important to be aware of our own Nature & Emotion(性情) and control them properly, there is few case report about Taeyangin focused on their psychological sides. This report is about a Taeyangin patient who had Hae Yuk and Yul Gyuk syndrome caused by her stress from the work place and relationship with her seniors 2. Methods We observed the female patient had hospitalized in the Oriental Hospital of Dongguk University more than twice has been followed up for the last one year. We prescripted Mi-hoo-teung-shik-chang Tang as her physical symptom. The improvement of her physical conditions were checked through her sleep, meal, menstruation, stool and urine. And MMPI has been tested three times for the last one year to analyze her psychological progress. 3. Results and Conclusions Working in a group can cause hard stress for Taeyangin who is not good at adjusting themselves to whatever environment they are in. Mi-hoo-teung-shik-chang Tang could improve Taeyangin's physical conditions such as Hae Yuk, Yul Gyuk, insomnia, nausea, anorexia and hypouresis. But as her psychological aspect, she was getting more anxious, depressed and avoiding contact with others due to the stress. It is necessary to rake care of patients' psychological sides as well as physical conditions through managing their Nature & Emotion(性情).

The contents of Yuk Mee Jee Dae Ron(六微旨大論) are as follows. 1. The Yuk Mee Jee Dae Ron(六微旨大論) is one of the Wun Gi Chil Pean(運氣七篇) which are inserted in So Moon(素問) by Wang Bing(王氷) who compile the So Moon(素問) into 24 volume. Wun Gi Chil Pean(運氣七篇) are Chun Won Ki Dae Ron(天元紀大論), O Woon Heng Dae Ron(五運行大論), Yuk Mee Jee Dae Ron(六微旨大論), Gi kuoo Beun Dae Ron(氣交變大論), O Sang Jeong Dae Ron(五常政大論), Yuk Won Jeong KI Dae Ron(六元正紀大論), Gee Gean Yoo Dae Ron(至眞要大論). 2. It prescribe the Sa Chun(司天) Jae Chun(在泉) Jwa Gan Gi(左間氣) Woo Gan Gi(右間氣). 3. It prescribe the Pheo Gi(標氣) Bon Gi(本氣) Juoog Gi(中氣). 4. It prescribe the Youk BO(六步) and the Sheung Gi(承氣). 5. It prescribe the Hamg Hae Sheung Jae(亢害承制) which is feedback control system between each Yuk Gi(六氣). 6. It prescribe the Sae whae(歲會), the Chun Boo(天符) and the Tae Il Chun Boo(太一天符). 7. It prescribe the active time of Yuk gi(六氣) within a year and Sae gi Whae Dong(歲氣會同). 8. It prescribe the Gi Gieo(氣交) which human beings and all the creation are living on. 9. It prescribe the Bo(步) which are composed of Chun Gi(天氣) and Jee Gi(地氣). 10. It prescribe the Duk(德) Wha(化) Yooung(用) bean(變) which are created by quarrel of Yuk Gi(六氣). 11. It prescribe the outbreak of the Sa Gi(邪氣). 12. It prescribe the Sin Gi(神機) and Gi Rib(氣立). 13. It prescribe all the creations existence are up to the Seoung Gang Chul Ip(升降出入). Like the past, the Yuk Mee Jee Dae Ron(六微旨大論) is include very important concep of the medicine. So the study should be continued with minute attention.

The object of this study is to compare the performance of the 3M Molecular Detection Assay 2 (3M MDA 2) and the Korea Standard Food Codex (KSFC) Method (i.e., isolation media and real-time PCR) in detecting Salmonella Typhimurium and Listeria monocytogenes in traditional Korean foods. Yuk-hwe and Yuk-sashimi (types of raw beef dishes) were artificially inoculated with $10^0-10^4CFU/25g$ of L. monocytogenes and S. Typhimurium. Citrobacter freundii and Listeria innocua were used as competitive microflora. After enrichment, the samples were analyzed using 3M MDA 2 and real-time PCR. All samples inoculated at concentrations of $10^0-10^4CFU/25g$ without competitive microflora were positive for S. Typhimurium and L. monocytogenes, as detected by 3M MDA 2 and Korea Standard Food Codex (KFSC) Method. In addition, part of the samples were positive for the presence of C. freundii and L. innocua. The 3M MDA 2 - Salmonella and Korea Standard Food Codex (KFSC) Method showed similar detection performances in Yuk-hwe and Yuk-sashimi. The 3M MDA 2 method for Salmonella and Listeria, which is a LAMP-based technology, can be used for rapid detection of S. Typhimurium and L. monocytogenes in raw beef. LAMP bioluminescence assays provide results on the subsequent day and are simple to use compared with the Korea Standard Food Codex (KFSC) Method, particularly in terms of DNA preparation.

Hae Ron(海論) was recorded to Tae So(太素)‘s volume 5 Sa-hae-hap(四海合), Gap Eul(甲乙)’s volume 1 chapter 8 Sahae(四海) and You Gyeong(類經)‘s volume 9 Gyung-lak-ryu-sam-sib-yi(經絡類三十二) Yin-ji-sa-hae(人之四海). Human body has the Sahae(四海; Gi hae, Heul hae, Sugok hae, Su hae) as like as Earth has Sahae(四海; East sea, West sea, South sea, North sea). Person's Sahae corresponds with Earth's Sahae. This chapter is explaining about Acupoint's position that Sahae's Gi-hyeol 氣血) comes in and go out, symptoms of disease, that can appear When Sahae lost homeostasis and the treatment principle, Yeong-wi-gi-hyeo(營衛氣血) enables complex vital phenomenon of human body. This Yeong-wi-gi-hyeo(營衛氣血) can not move if there is no systematic O-jang yuk-bu(五臟六腑), Sip-yi-gyeong-maek (十二經脈)) and Gi-gyeong-pal-maek (奇經八脈). For these system batch, it is Sahae do most important part. Sahae is synthetic and systematic concept. This chapter is explaining the position and function. Together, This chapter is presenting symptoms and treatment principle that can appear when Sahae overbalanced. This is offering important clue in Korean medicine physiology and pathology phenomeno study. Therefore, I gathers and compares and analyzed commentese of several doctors to grasp difinitely this chapter's contents, and also investigated and translated.

This paper proposes a user interface for enhancing immersiveness and usability by combining hologram and haptic device with common Leap Motion. While Leap Motion delivers physical motion of user hand to control virtual environment, it is limited to handle virtual hands on screen and interact with virtual environment in one way. In our system, hologram is coupled with Leap Motion to improve user immersiveness by arranging real and virtual hands in the same place. Moreover, we provide a interaction prototype of sense by designing a haptic device to convey touch sense in virtual environment to user's hand.
