CISG provides the Convention's default provisions on anticipatory breach. Article 71 permits the aggrieved party to suspend the performance of his obligations if it becomes apparent that the other party will not perform a substantial part of his obligations after the conclusion of the contract. The aggrieved party must give notice of the suspension to the other party and if he provides adequate assurance of his performance, the party must continue with performance. Article 72 authorizes the aggrieved party to avoid the contract to the date of performance when it is clear that the other party will commit a fundamental breach. The aggrieved party is also required to give the other party notice of his intent to avoid the contract if time allows. The requirements for avoidance under Article 72 are more stringent than those for suspension under Article 71. Article 72 requires reasonable prior notice only if time allows, while article 71 requires immediate notice with no exceptions.

빅데이터는 기존의 전통적인 데이터 아키텍처에 비하여 대용량의 데이터 자원을 효과적으로 처리하기 위한 개념으로 사용되고 있다. 이러한 빅데이터 패러다임은 빠른 정보처리를 요구하는 수직적 확장성을 고려한 시스템 요구사항부터 다양한 데이터 자원들을 연결해주는 수평적 확장성을 동시에 포함하고 있다. 빅데이터 시장 또한 급격히 성장하고 있으며, 이와 관련된 국내외 표준화 전략 수립 및 표준 개발 활동이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 본고에서는 빅데이터 참조 아키텍처에 대한 개발사례와 함께 ISO(International Organization for Standardization)/IEC(International Electrotechnical Commission) JTC 1(Joint Technical Committee 1), ITU-T(International Telecommunication Union-Telecommunications Standardization Sector) 등 국제 공적 표준화 기구 및 사실 표준화 기구들의 표준화 현황과 국내 표준화 활동 및 표준화 전략 개발 현황들을 요약 분석한다.

This paper describes a 1 GHz, low-phase-noise CMOS fractional-N frequency synthesizer with an integrated LC VCO. The proposed frequency synthesizer, which uses a high-order delta-sigma modulator to suppress the fractional spurious tones at all multiples of the fractional frequency resolution offset, has 64 programmable frequency channels with frequency resolution of $f_ref/64$. The measured phase noise is as low as -110 dBc/Hz at a 200 KHz offset frequency from a carrier frequency of 980 MHz. The reference sideband spurs are -73.5 dBc. The prototype is implemented in a $0.5{\mu}m$ CMOS process with triple metal layers. The active chip area is about $4mm^2$ and the prototype consumes 43 mW, including the VCO buffer power consumption, from a 3.3 V supply voltage.

파라메트릭 송파 방식을 공기중에서의 음향 변환기에 적용시키기 위한 검토로써, 비교적 공진 주파수가 낮은 기중 초음파 발생 소자를 이용하여 파라메트릭 송파기를 제작하였다. 실험에서는 송파기로서 공진주파수 38.6kHz를 갖는 음원을 제작하여 이용하였다. 비선형 왜곡으로부터 파라메트릭 어레이에 의한 차주 파수가 발생함을 알아보기 위하여 1kHz의 차주파수를 갖도록 38.1kHz와 39.1kHz의 1차파를 신호발생기로부터 인가하고 마이크로폰을 사용하여 수신하였다. 공기중에서 파라메트릭 효과의 확인을 통하여 파라메트릭 송파기에서 방사되는 1차파와 전파경로중에서 생성하는 2차파의 거동을 이론면에서 고찰하고, 실험 결과와의 비교 검토를 행하여 기중 파라메트릭 송파기 개발의 가능성을 검토하여 보았다.

This paper deals with the characteristics of the permanent magnet type linear synchronous motors(PMLSMs). Firstly, the structures and the characteristics of a slotted type and a slotless type PMLSM are compared. Secondly, the analyses and the design methods of each motor are presented. Finally, slotted type PMLSM and slotless type PMLSM are designed using the presented design method.

Immunocytochemistry utilizes the specificity of the antigen-antibody reaction to localize specific antigens in cells or cellular organelles. Here we report the use of monoclonal antibodies, in conjunction with gold-labeled second antibodies to study the ultrastructural localization and tissue distribution of the Mr 98, 000 anionic peroxidase and other wall antigens. The antibody specific for this wall peroxidase, mWP3, labeled mainly the cell wall area. At the tissue level, the Mr 98, 000 peroxidase is located predominantly in the leaf mesophyll, internal coleoptile and sieve elements, but not in the root, as assayed with these procedures. The coleoptile walls were less heavily stained than the walls of leaf mesophyll cells. At the subcellular level, it is localized mainly in intercellular regions of the cell walls. A similar staining pattern was revealed by mWP19, one of anti-$\beta$ glucosidase antibody, though it looked less heavily stained than one with mWP3. In order to serve as a control wall staining using IgM monoclonal antibodies, mWP18 was used. Most of the label is localized over wall regions of cells of the young leaf mesophyll and coleoptile.

Pumped-storage power plants pumps the water from the lower reservoir to the upper reservoir using the extra electric power at night and generates electric power in the daytime. Currently it tends to be a high-head large-capacity machine. In this paper, we developed the computer programs for vibration analysis of the pump/turbine and generator/motor rotor system considering electromagnetic force, hydrodynamic unbalance force, dynamic characteristics of guide bearings and add mass of water. This program was verified by applying it to the real model and calculating the critical speed, natural mode and unbalance response.

Bastard indigo, prevailing shrub species planted in erosion control work to constitute vegetation, is proved to be usefull for pulp material other than existing usage of green manure or fuel. Pulp made from bastard indigo is good enough for filler pulp though the quality of it is not remarkably excellent. (1) Sorts of paper possible to make from this pulp. Packing paper of medium grade. (general packing paper except heavy packing) (2) Traits of this pulp as for pulp material (A) It is more preferable than annual plants in these respects, ego collection, transport and storage of pulp material, and yield, freeness and chemical consumption of pulp. (B) Annual probable production of pulp material per ha from this plant is higher than that from long-term tree species or similar to that from fast growing species. (C) Its cultivation on eroded area is welcomed and consecutive annual production of material by copice method is also proved possible.

Most research results on the throughput of unit-load automated storage retrieval (AS/R) systems assume the randomized storage; that is, all slots In the entire rack are equally likely to be selected for the storage location. However, for the most existing AS/R systems which use Closest Open location storage policy, Park[6] mathematically showed that this assumption results in a significant difference from the actual performance of AS/R systems. In this study, we present more details about the performance of the unit-load AS/R systems by considering the rack utilization and rack density; and examine their impact on the throughput of AS/R systems by using computer simulation. A new storage policy named Shortest Cycle Location(SCL) is proposed. Simulation results indicate that the performance of SCL policy consistently outperforms the Closest Open location storage policy. We also define the "Extra-Cost Zone" compared to the "No-Cost Zone"[3] and explore its geometric and practical meaning.

The local instantaneous flame temperature and soot concentration in a D. I. diesel engine were measured using a two-color method. The proposed method based on the continuous spectra! radiation from the soot particles in the flame is applicable to industrial Diesel engines without major modifications of their main characteristics because of simplicity and relative ease of application. Measurements were performed at two locations inside the combustion chamber of a D. I. diesel engine. Effects of different engine speeds and loads, fuel injection timings, combustion chamber shapes on flame temperature and KL factor, which is qualitatively proportional to soot concentrations, were examined. Flame temperature change were observed with increasing engine speed and load. The higher the flame temperature is, the lower the KL factor is.
