The main theme of this present paper is to study ordered semigroups in the context of anti-hybrid interior ideals. The notion of anti-hybrid interior ideals in ordered semigroups is introduced. We prove that the concepts of ideals and interior coincide in some particular classes of ordered semigroups; regular, intra-regular, and semisimple. Finally, the characterization of semisimple ordered semigroups in terms of anti-hybrid interior ideals is considered.

In order to respond to changes in the industrial environment such as the 4th industrial revolution, university education also needs active educational innovation efforts. This study proposed a construction construction hybrid curriculum that can actively utilize online education in the direction of educational innovation in domestic universities. The hybrid curriculum was based on online learning through lecture videos used in team-based learning. The hybrid curriculum additionally allows learners to choose their learning methods. In a hybrid class, learners can choose the class participation method they want from offline classroom or online real-time. Hybrid classes are considered to strengthen learners' options and take a step forward in learner-centered education.

New concept of hybrid divisible load theory is introduced in this paper. Hybrid system deals with a combination of modularly divisible load and arbitrarily divisible load. Main idea of hybrid divisible load theory is introduced with a simple example. A condition of optimality is derived for the hybrid case.

In this paper, flow simulation algorithms for utilizing unstructured hybrid meshes are introduced. First, various types of meshes are introduced. Advantages and disadvantages of each type of meshes are discussed. Unstructured hybrid mesh approach, that is best suited for high speed viscous flow simulation, is presented. Lastly, various types of flow simulations using unstructured hybrid meshes are introduced.

This paper describes various FTTH topology such as FTTH-R, Hybrid-FTTH etc. Especially, we focus on GW-PON based Hybrid-FTTH topology. Furthermore, the optical link technology and the features of the developed GW-PON system were explained in detail.

This paper discusses mixed agreement triggered by hybrid pronouns. Hybrid pronouns considered in this paper show number discrepancy in that they are plural in form but singular in meaning. When predicates agree with these hybrid pronouns, the puzzle of number agreement arises: finite verbs show syntactic agreement, while predicate adjectives show semantic agreement. This is explained by three factors in grammar of agreement, the feature specification of agreement controllers, the types of agreement targets, and the Agreement Marking Principle that mediates the relation of two poles of agreement, controllers and targets.

A hybrid central-WENO scheme is proposed. The fifth order WENO-LF scheme is coupled with a central flux scheme at cell face. Two sub-schemes, the WENO-LF scheme and the central flux scheme, are switched by a weighting function. The efficiency and accuracy of the proposed hybrid central-WENO scheme is validated through several numerical experiments.

In this paper, the new hybrid adaptive Volterra filter was proposed to be applied for compensating the nonlinear distortion of memoryless nonlinear systems with saturation characteristics. Through computer simulations as well as the analytical analysis, it could be shown that it is possible for both conventional Volterra filter and proposed hybrid Volterra filter, to be applied for linearizing the memoryless nonlinear system with nonlinear distortion. Also, the simulations results demonstrated that the proposed hybrid filter may have faster convergence speed and better capability of compensating the nonlinear distortion than the conventional Volterra filter.

Heuristic optimization using hybrid algorithms have provided a robust and efficient approach for solving many optimization problems. In this paper, a new hybrid algorithm using adaptive genetic algorithm (aGA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) is proposed. The proposed hybrid algorithm is applied to solve numerical optimization functions. The results are compared with those of GA and other conventional PSOs. Finally, the proposed hybrid algorithm outperforms others.
