  • In this paper, we shows the implementation of Web based performance manager which analyze the traffic of a Web server to support the diagnostics of it. The manager monitors the HTIP traffic by polling and measures and presents is performance on demand. To enhance the adaptability of management interface Web based interfaces with JAVA is used. Recently, the need of traffic management on s Web has grown, because of increasing Web traffic. Therefore, the traffic management of Web service and the effective management of a Web server's performance are needed. We have designed interfaces with which is comprised of Collection-Request, Analysis-Request, Realtime-Monitoring, Comparison-Analysis on a client with Web Browser on a network, and implemented the server system that can analyze these requests. Also we have introduced some perfonnance indicator by referring a Web related MIB. Also, we have designed and developed a message format for communication between the Web client and the server system.

  • Containerization, a lightweight virtualization technology, enables agile deployments of enterprise-scale microservices in modern cloud environments. However, containerization also opens a new window for adversaries who aim to disrupt the cloud environments. Since microservices are composed of multiple containers connected through a virtual network, a single compromised container can carry out network-level attacks to hijack its neighboring containers. While existing solutions protect containers against such attacks by using network access controls, they still have severe limitations in terms of performance. More specifically, they significantly degrade network performance when processing packet payloads for L7 access controls (e.g., HTTP). To address this problem, we present BPFast, an eBPF/XDP-based payload inspection system for containers. BPFast inspects headers and payloads of packets at a kernel-level without any user-level components. We evaluate a prototype of BPFast on a Kubernetes environment. Our results show that BPFast outperforms state-of-the-art solutions by up to 7x in network latency and throughput.

  • Typically everyday human life tasks involve at least two people moving objects such as tables and beds, and the balancing of such object changes based on one person's action. However, many studies in previous work performed their tasks solely on robots without factoring human cooperation. Therefore, in this paper, we propose cooperative robot for table balancing using Q-learning that enables cooperative work between human and robot. The human's action is recognized in order to balance the table by the proposed robot whose camera takes the image of the table's state, and it performs the table-balancing action according to the recognized human action without high performance equipment. The classification of human action uses a deep learning technology, specifically AlexNet, and has an accuracy of 96.9% over 10-fold cross-validation. The experiment of Q-learning was carried out over 2,000 episodes with 200 trials. The overall results of the proposed Q-learning show that the Q function stably converged at this number of episodes. This stable convergence determined Q-learning policies for the robot actions. Video of the robotic cooperation with human over the table balancing task using the proposed Q-Learning can be found at http://ibot.knu.ac.kr/videocooperation.html.

  • The WAP gateway. for wireless internet applications services, is a software that is placed between the user terminals(PDA, mobile phones) and the WAP/Web server. H is a middleware system that converts the protocol of a packet network to the protocol on the WAP network, and supports the encoding of WML documents. In this paper, we designed and implemented the WAP gateway based on the WAP specification version 1.2 announced by the WAP forum. It provides cross-platform compatibility by being implemented by the Java language. Compared with a Kannel system using a Nokia tool kit version 1.2, it provides a more excellent performance and a stability.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the computer input frequency of blood glucose self testing in type2 diabetic patients, for three months. Method: 39 participants were recruited from the endocrinology outpatient department of a tertiary care hospital in an urban city. The computer input frequencies were measured by patients' log in and input of http://www.biodang.com. Glycosylated haemoglobin was determined by a high performance liquid chromatography technique and fasting blood glucose was analyzed by the glucose oxidase method. Diabetes knowledge was measured by a 19 item diabetes knowledge test. Results: The computer input frequency of before breakfast blood glucose was 33.5 for three months. The total blood glucose input frequency tended to be lower in female, aged patients, middle school graduates, those who have no spouse and job, those who have no insulin treatment, obese subjects, and hyperglycemia patients, than in their counterparts. The diabetic knowledge was positively correlated with the computer input frequency of blood glucose self testing. Conclusion: An educational program should be developed to increase the computer input frequency of blood glucose self testing in type2 diabetic patients.

  • Cookie is simple text file, which contains records of web service which provided to user. some of data included in Cookie has user's private information. When attacker has Cookie which included user's private information, will causing financial losses. In this paper we designed security section which can improve vulnerable Cookie's security level. Through research and vulnerability analysis of Cookie file, we find out how to implement security area to offer efficient security area and design security area for cookie file. Also we checked security level to performance evaluation. Through this security level, we can keep user's private information secure using Cookie's improve security level which stored in user's personal computer.

  • In this paper, we are to overcome the latency problem of current Web 2.0 Web Services system. To overcome the standard mobile web services implementation, a SOAP message processing system (SMSP) was proposed in which the SOAP request and response messages are directly processed without using Servlet engine. Our system can completely support standard Web Services protocol, reducing communication overhead, message processing time, and server overload.

  • Users quite often experience volatile channel conditions which negatively influence multimedia transmission. HTTP adaptive streaming has emerged as a new promising technology where the video quality can be adjusted to variable network conditions. Nevertheless, the new technology does not remain without drawbacks. As it has been observed, multiple video players sharing the same network link have often problems with achieving good efficiency and stability of play-out due to a mutual interference and competition among video players. Our investigation indicates that there may be another cause for under-performance of the streamed video. In an emulated environment, we implemented three algorithms of adaptive video play-out based on bandwidth or buffer assessment. As we show, traffic generated by players employing the same or similar play-out strategies is positively correlated and synchronised (clustered), whereas traffic originated from different play-out strategies shows negative or no correlations. However, when some of the parameters of the play-out strategies are randomised, the correlation and synchronisation diminish what has a positive impact on the smoothness of the traffic and on the video quality perceived by end users. Our research shows that non-correlated traffic flows generated by play-out strategies improve efficiency and stability of streamed adaptive video.

  • The simple procedural segment selection algorithm commonly used in Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH) reveals severe weakness to provide high-quality streaming services in the integrated mobile networks of various wired and wireless links. A major issue could be how to properly cope with dynamically changing underlying network conditions. The key to meet it should be to make the segment selection algorithm much more adaptive to fluctuation of network traffics. This paper presents a system architecture that replaces the existing procedural segment selection algorithm with a deep reinforcement learning algorithm based on the Asynchronous Advantage Actor-Critic (A3C). The distributed A3C-based deep learning server is designed and implemented to allow multiple clients in different network conditions to stream videos simultaneously, collect learning data quickly, and learn asynchronously, resulting in greatly improved learning speed as the number of video clients increases. The performance analysis shows that the proposed algorithm outperforms both the conventional DASH algorithm and the Deep Q-Network algorithm in terms of the user's quality of experience and the speed of deep learning.
