본 논문에서는 국가기준점 자료를 활용한 고해상도 위성영상의 정밀센서모델 수립 가능성에 대하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해 국토지리정보원에서 운영하는 국토정보맵(http://map.ngii.go.kr/ms/map/NlipMap.do)으로부터 통합기준점 조서와 항공정사영상 자료를 이용하여 위성영상에서 통합기준점에 해당하는 영상좌표를 취득한 뒤, 이를 정밀센서모델 수립을 위한 관측자료로 활용하였다. 통합기준점 자료의 활용 가능성 분석을 위해 본 논문에서는 GNSS 측량을 통해 획득한 기준점을 활용한 정밀센서모델링 결과와 통합기준점만을 활용한 정밀센서모델링 결과를 비교하였다. 실험 결과 통합기준점만을 활용하였을 때 약 2 m의 3차원 위치결정이 가능함을 확인하였다.

DASH는 2010년 MPEG(동화상전문가그룹)에서 개발된 스트리밍 기술이며, 2011년에 국제표준으로 채택되었다. 애플, 마이크로소프트와 아도비 등에서 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하기 위해 응용되고 있는데, 일반적으로 클라이언트의 데이터 요청 시 네트워크의 가용 대역폭을 분석, 적절한 대역폭을 사용하여 미디어 데이터를 클라이언트에 전달한다. 즉, 고품질의 미디어 전송 중, 가용 대역폭이 급격히 하락하는 경우, 저품질의 데이터를 전송하여, 사용자 디바이스에서 끊김 없이 미디어를 재생할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문은 DASH 기술에 관한 기존 연구들을 전송 속도와 대역폭 측정방식, 전송 속도 결정 알고리즘, 사용자 경험 (QoE) 평가 방법에 따라 분류하고, 각 연구의 장 단점을 비교, 분석하여, 가용 대역폭 변화가 심한 무선 네트워크에서 DASH 기술을 구현하는 데 있어서 고려하여야 할 요소들을 제시한다.

Since most of the conventional web servers have been designed to Provide the general purpose and user's convenience as the primary goal, there is an overhead to apply them to the embedded system for remote monitoring and controlling the operation status of the Internet appliance. To cope with this overhead, an embedded Linux web server Is suggested in this paper The basic concept is to provide miniaturization and extendability by simplifying the requirements of web server as the services to the requests of web document for the user's menu and the execution of CGI Program for monitoring and controling the Internet appliance, and satisfying only the indispensable requirements of HTTP which are necessary for the interface with the conventional web browsers. For the evaluation of its feasibility, each module has been implemented on Linux environment, and tested with the MS Explorer 6.0.

본 논문에서는 안드로이드 기반의 스마트 셋톱박스인 OTT(Over The Top)가 3D 게임용 유니티 엔진을 위한 인터페이스를 제공하는 유니티 런처의 설계를 기반으로 LS(HTTP Live Streaming) 스트리밍 서버 및 스트리밍 동영상용 3D 텍스쳐를 설계한다.

Recent sequencing technology development has revolutionized fields of microbial ecology. MiSeq-based microbial community analysis allows us to sequence more than a few hundred samples at a time, which is far more cost-effective than pyrosequencing. The approach, however, has not been preferably used owing to computational difficulties of processing huge amounts of data as well as known Illumina-derived artefact problems with amplicon sequencing. The choice of assembly software to take advantage of paired-end sequencing and methods to remove Illumina artefacts sequences are discussed. The protocol we suggest not only removed erroneous reads, but also dramatically reduced computational workload, which allows even a typical desktop computer to process a huge amount of sequence data generated with Illumina sequencers. We also developed a Web interface (http://biotech.jejunu.ac.kr/ ~abl/16s/) that allows users to conduct fastq-merging and mothur batch creation. The study presented here should provide technical advantages and supports in applying MiSeq-based microbial community analysis.

생태학, 환경공학, 임상진단 둥 여러 생물학 분야에서 미생물의 다양성 연구의 중요성이 대두되고 그 연구가 점증하고 있다. 특히 16S rRNA를 분자지표로한 DNA 염기서열 분석방법이 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 16S rRNA의 염기서열 분석과정을 각 단계별로 자동화하고, 생물학자들의 결과 판단이나 사용상의 편의를 도모하기 위하여 웹기반의 미생물 다양성 분석 어플리케이션을 개발하였다. 개발을 위하여 단계별 자동화 및 인터페이스 개발에 적합한 폴더 프로세스-필터 모델을 고안하고 적용하였다. 제공되는 생물정보분석도구는 서열입력, 서열방향교정, 다중서열정렬 및 가시화, 서열동정 등의 분석등이 있으며, 각 결과는 계통분류도구와 호환가능하도록 하였다. 또한 신생아의 장내 세균총에 대한 분석을 수행하여 개발된 도구의 유용성을 확인하였다. 개발된 웹 에플리케이션은 리눅스 시스템 상에서 Perl 과 CGI를 이용하였으며, http: //home.pusan.ac.kr/~genome/tools/rat.htm으로 접속하여 사용할 수 있다.

Quantitative performance test on the conventional 2D-PIV and the hybrid angular 3D-PIV (Stereoscopic PIV) was carried out. LES Data sets on an impinging jet which are provided on the webpage(http://www.vsj.or.jp/piv) for the PIV Standard Project were used for the generation of virtual images. The generated virtual images were used for the 2D-PIV and 3D-PIV measurements. The measurement results showed that the results obtained by 2D-PIV on average values are closer to the LES data than those obtained by 3D-PIV, but the turbulent properties obtained by 2D-PIV are largely underestimated than those obtained by 3D-PIV.

본 논문은 UPnP 기반의 홈 네트워크 환경에서 실시간 멀티미디어 전송 서비스를 받기 위한 UPnP AV 프레임워크를 제안한다. 홈 네트워크 내 컨텐츠에서의 AV 비율은 점차 증가하고 있으며, 사용자들은 특히 비디오 컨텐츠의 실시간 전송 서비스를 요구하고 있다. 기존 UPnP AV 프레임워크에서 HTTP-GET 방식의 스트리밍으로는 실시간 서비스를 하는데 있어서 한계가 있으므로, 본 연구에서는 RTP/RTSP 스트리밍 방식으로 실시간 미디어 컨텐츠 전송 서비스가 가능한 확장형 미디어 재생 프레임워크를 구현하였다. 그 결과 홈 네트워크 사용자는 개인 단말에 컨텐츠 전체를 다운받지 않더라도 컨텐츠 이용이 가능하게 되었다.

액티브 문서 시스템은 문서를 중심으로 사용자 상호작용이나 통신 등을 지원하는 분산 컴퓨팅 모델로서 내용과 행위 정의를 포함하는 행동 가능한 문서를 통해 분산 응용 시스템을 구현하고자 하는 접근방법이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 액티브 문서 시스템을 구현하기 위한 coordination 미들웨어로서 XForms를 이용하여 사용자 상호작용과 행위를 정의하고 웹 클라이언트가 HTTP와 소켓 기반 통신을 통해 coordination을 담당하는 시스템의 설계와 구현을 소개한다. 개발된 플랫폼 ThruDoc은 웹 상에서 여러 사용자가 액티브 문서를 통해 동시에 데이터 접근을 가능하게 하며, 동시 접근 단위와 락킹 행동을 XForms 문서에서 유연하게 정의할 수 있어 기존의 액티브 문서지원 미들웨어와 비교하였을 때 웹 기반의 구조에 자연스럽게 통합되면서도 자유로운 행위 정의가 가능하고 문서 공유가 실시간으로 가능하다는 장점을 가진다.
