The Comparison Consideration on Experimental Articles about Melanoma Published in Journals of Korean Medicine (국내 한의학계에 보고된 흑색종 관련 실험적 연구들의 비교 고찰)

  • Objective : Melanoma is a very critical and devastating disease. Although many people have depended on surgical operation in melanoma treatment, they have placed importance on non-invasive methods constantly. So we planned to establish a research methodology by analysing existing articles containing conservative melanoma treatments in Journals of Korean Medicine published in Korea.Methods : Using search words of anti-cancer, B16, cancer, lung metastasis, melanoma, metastasis, S-100, SK-MEL, tumor, tyrosinase, we collected 26 articles by searching internet portal sites as following;Using search words of anti-cancer, B16, cancer, lung metastasis, melanoma, metastasis, S-100, SK-MEL, tumor, tyrosinase, we collected 26 articles by searching internet portal sites as followinghttp://oasis.kiom.re.kr,http://www.koreantk.com,http://www.riss.kr,http://www.dbpia.co.kr,http://www.ndsl.kr,http://kiss.kstudy.com,http://www.naver.com,http://www.google.com.Result : The number of articles is 26 and in the year of 2003, 2004 is ranked the highest number in publication. The journal of acupuncture & moxibustion society ranked the highest(30.8%). 2 and 4 authors ranked the highest(26.9%) in number of authors. T-test ranked the highest(58.1%) in statistics methods. P.O. med indicated in 11 articles and Pharmacopuncture in 15 articles. B16 murine melanoma cell was indicated in 25 articles by cancer-induced methods. In measurement, T cell activity was indicated in 14 articles, NK activity in 4 articles, IL-2 in 6 articles, apoptosis in 1 article, lung metastasis in 14 articles.Conclusion : Considering overall results, it is necessary to diversify cancer-induced methods and measurement methods in experimental melanoma research.

  • ETSI M2M Platforms provide general infra services for machine-to-machine communication. In this paper, we propose a service-level integration methodology which can integrate a ETSI M2M platform with heterogeneous web applications based on WSDL 2.0. Considered heterogeneous web applications are the ones that use SOAP, HTTP and CoAP protocols for inter-communication. The proposed WSDL 2.0-based service-level integration methodology includes the followings; (1) We present a method of how to describe standardized M2M platform service interfaces into a WSDL 2.0 document. (2) A proposed web client generator is used to generates SOAP, HTTP and CoAP client codes from the WDSL 2.0 document. (3) We propose protocol conversion proxies which translate protocols into other protocols in web service run-time.

  • Das Ziel dieser Arbeit liegt darin, den Bestand der wissenschaftlichen Web-Publikationen in der deutschen Linguistik darzustellen. Das Internet bietet heute $f\"{u}r$ die Forschung bereits zwei der wichtigsten produktiven $M\"{o}glichkeiten;n\"{a}mlich$ Information und Kommunikation. Akademische Kreise haben diverse Homepages entwickelt. Der schnelle Zugang zu aktuellen bibliographischen Daten und Forschungsergebnissen hat $f\"{u}r$ koreanische Germanisten einen besonders hohen Stellenwert. Wissenschaftliches Publizieren in Form von Fachzeitschriften ist ein gutes Modell $daf\"{u}r$. Fachzeitschriften erscheinen weltweit und relativ schnell, erreichen aber nur geringe Auflagen. Der Leserkreis ist fast identisch mit der Gruppe der potentiellen Autoren und Herausgeber. Ein Vorteil des elektronischen Publizierens ist die M\"{o}glichkeit$ multimeiale Dokumente und $weiterf\"{u}hrende$ Hyperlinks zu integrieren. Aber die $Qualit\"{a}t\;der\;Aufs\"{a}tze$ kann man kaum objektiv ermitteln und nur schwer beurteilen. Elektronische Zeitschriften $k\"{o}nnen$ sich in der Wissenschaft nur dann etablieren, wenn es gelingt, als wissenschaftliche Arbeiten von den wissenschaftlichen Kreisen oder von der Univerwaltung anerkannt zu werden.   • 최근 B2B 시스템 통합 및 전략적 제휴가 시장을 변화시키고 있고 관련 기업들의 효율적인 연계요구가 증가됨에 따라 기업간 시스템들의 연동이 중요한 문제로 부각되고 있다. 워크플로우 표준화 단체인 WfMC 에서도 이러한 문제 해결의 일환으로 인터넷을 통한 워크플로우 관리 시스템간 연동을 위한 표준인 Wf-XML Interoperability standard 를 발표하였다. 본 논문은 Wf-XML 표준 및 관련 연구들을 조사하고 WfMC 표준에는 정의되어 있지 않으나 시스템간의 신뢰성있는 연동을 위해 고려할 사항 중에서 동기적 및 비동기적 상호연동을 위한 요구사항들을 분석한다. TCP/IP 를 기반으로 한 HTTP 프로토콜을 전송 프로토콜로 채택하는 경우 여러 오퍼레이션들을 일괄처리하기 위해서는 비동기적인 상호연동(asynchronous interoperation)을 위한 별도의 메커니즘이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 Wf-XML 문서를 HTTP 프로토콜을 사용하여 전송하는 경우 일괄처리요청(batch request) 및 그 밖의 동기적 또는 비동기적 요청들을 처리하기 위한 상호연동 모델을 분석하고 분산 워크플로우 시스템의 일종인 ICU/COWS에서의 적용방안에 관해서 논의한다.

Performance Comparison of HTTP, HTTPS, and MQTT for IoT Applications

  • Recently, IoT technology has been widely used in many industries. Also research on integrating IoT technology with IoT sensors is actively underway. One of the important challenges in IoT is to support low-latency communication. With the development of communication networks and protocols, a variety of protocols are being used, and their performance is improving. In this paper, we compare the performance and analyze the characteristics of some of the major communication protocols in IoT application, namely MQTT, HTTP, and HTTPS. IoT sensors acquired data by connecting an Arduino equipped with ESP8266 and a temperature and humidity sensor (DHT11). The server measured the performance by building servers for each protocol using AWS EC2. We analyzed the packets transmitted between the Arduino and the server during the data transmission. We measured the amount of data and transfer time. The measurement results showed that MQTT had the lowest data transmission time and data amount among the three protocols.

  • 본 논문에서는 대용량 네트워크에 비정상적인 트래픽이 유입이 되거나 나가는 경우 패킷 기반의 비정상 트래픽의 탐지와 분석이 가능토록 하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 시스템은 네트워크상의 이상 행위를 탐지하기 위하여, DDoS HTTP Get Flooding 공격 탐지 알고리즘을 적용하고, NetFPGA를 이용하여 라우터 단에서 패킷을 모니터링하며 공격을 탐지한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 시스템은 Incomplete Get 공격 타입의 Slowloris 봇과, Attack Type-2 공격 타입의 BlackEnergy, Netbot Vip5.4 봇에 높은 탐지율을 보였다.

  • Recently, many consumer electronics manufacturers have produced 3D devices such as 3DTVs and 3D monitors as interests in a stereoscopic video service are getting increased. However, most of 3D services are focused on local storage or bandwidth guaranteed service since 3D stereoscopic video service require bandwidth more stable and larger. This property causes difficulties in seamless stereoscopic video streaming services under IP based open network environment that cannot guarantee quality of services. In order to achieve a seamless video streaming service the international standard organization MPEG (Moving Pictures Experts Group) has developed the adaptive HTTP streaming technology called as DASH (Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP). However, the DASH doesn't have obvious scheme which can express the two elementary video streams based service-compatible stereoscopic contents in one segment. Therefore, this paper proposes a scheme of efficient 3D adaptive streaming service based on the DASH, which covers not only frame-packing stereoscopic contents but also service-compatible ones. The 3D adaptive HTTP streaming scheme introduced in this paper is able to provide 3D contents with various qualities to user and also has benefit that single 3D content can be applied to a variety of devices.

Performance Comparison of TCP and SCTP in Wired and Wireless Internet Environment (유무선 인터넷 환경에서 TCP와 SCTP의 성능 비교)

  • HTTP is one of the most widely used protocols of the WWW. Currently it uses TCP as the transport layer protocol to provide reliability. The HTTP uses separate TCP connection for each file request and adds unnecessary head-of-line blocking overhead for the file retrieval. The web application is short sized and affected by the increased handover latency of TCP in wireless environment. SCTP has attractive features such as multi-streaming and multi-homing. SCTP's multi-streaming and multi-homing avoid head-of-line blocking problem of TCP and reduce handover latency of TCP in wired and wireless environment. Mean response time is the important measure in most web application. In this paper, we present the comparison of mean response time between HTTP over SCTP with that of HTTP over TCP in wired and wireless environments using NS-2 simulator. We measured mean response time for varying packet loss rate, bandwidth, RTT, and the number of web objects in wired environment and mean response time and packet loss rate for varying moving speed and region size in wireless environment. Our experimental result shows that SCTP reduces the mean response time of TCP based web traffic.

Connection Scheduling for Improving the Response Time (응답시간 향상을 위한 커넥션 스케줄링 기법)

  • The client request scheduling techniques for web server can classified into the scheduling techniques considering a document size to be requested and not. The scheduling techniques considering a document site to be requested provides a better average response time than another As the size-based SRPT(Shortest Remaining Processing Time first) is typical, and the most of scheduling techniques considering a web document size are based on SRPT. Most of existing researches, however, have not considered the feature of HTTP/1.1 which enable the clients to request concurrent multiple inlined-contents in a HTML document via each connection. In this paper we propose a connection scheduling technique with the scheduling window which provides a better response time in HTTP/1.1. The experimental results show that the performance with the proposed approach is improved about $10\%$ more than the connection scheduling with SRPT.

  • For efficient energy usage, the concept of demand response has been emerged and thereby Open Automated D emand Response(OpenADR) protocol is developed as a standard protocol to provide automated demand response. There have been emerging trends on the demand response services using the Internet of Things(IoT) for smart h ome energy management. In this smart home energy IoT environment, a lightweight protocol is needed rather tha n the existing HTTP/ XML based OpenADR protocol for demand response services since many small devices wi ll be interconnected. In this paper, we propose a lightweight OpenADR protocol based on CoAP protocol for pro viding demand response service in Smart Energy IoT environment, implement the proposed CoAP-based protocol, and analyzed the performance compared to existing HTTP/ XML-based OpenADR 2.0b protocol.
