We have developed the computer system with MOCT which is called "The Integrated National Groundwater Information system" since 1995 and now begin to supply the database and related informations for ground water by internet homepage. The integrated system is composed of four sub systems which are "Groundwater Information System", "DUREBAK", "Hydrogeologic Map Management System" and "Groundwater World Homepage". The local government offices use the "DUREBAK" program to manage the well development and maintenance. About 1,000,000 wells are managed in "DUREBAK" program and they submit the well database to MOCT every year. And now everyone can obtain the well data and other informations through internet homepage. We have set the standard process of data acquisition and management for ground water last four years.s of data acquisition and management for ground water last four years.

The purpose of this study was to investigate middle and high school mathematics teachers' levels and multiple approaches in United States practicing their abstraction levels and, different strategies and method of solutions towards given number theory problems. The mathematics teachers taking part in this study are consisted of 25 members of online graduate and undergraduate course (MAE 5641 and MAE 4813) delivered through Online Learning System called as the Blackboard (http://www.blackboard.com). Data collection methods include journal entries, written solutions to problems, the teachers' reflections on said problems, and post interviews. Data analysis was done based on [Hazzan, O. & Zazkis, R. (2005). Reducing abstraction: The case of school mathematics. Educ. Stud. Math. 58(1), 101-119]. Analysis of students' written solutions revealed that transitions among the solution methods have major effect on abstraction levels. Elevation and reducing abstraction is a dynamic process.

The policy for credit card approval/disapproval is based on the applier's personal and financial information. In this paper, we will analyze 2 credit card approval data with several classification methods. We identify which variables are important factors to decide the approval of credit card. Our main tool is an open-source statistical programming environment R which is freely available from http://www.r-project.org. It is getting popular recently because of its flexibility and a lot of packages (libraries) made by R-users in the world. We will use most widely used methods, LDNQDA, Logistic Regression, CART (Classification and Regression Trees), neural network, and SVM (Support Vector Machines) for comparisons.

소상공인진흥원 사이트에 가면 신사업 아이디어(http://newbiz.or.kr)라는 콘텐츠가 있다. 이곳에는 국내외의 흥미로운 신사업 아이디어들이 다양하게 올라와 있다. '무료로 자전거를 타고 영화도 볼 수 있는 팝업시네마', '개인의 취향에 맞춰 커피를 포장하여 집으로 배달하는 사업'등등. 기발한 아이디어가 빛나는 사업 아이템들을 접하다 보면 탄성이 절로 나온다. 특히 국내보다는 해외 신사업 아이디어들의 비중이 높은 게 특징이다. 이 사업 아이디어들은 소상공인진흥원의 '신사업 유망창업 아이디어 공모'를 통해 발굴이 된다. 일반인은 자체적인 사업 아이템 뿐만 아니라 여러 정보매체를 통해서 접한 신사업 아이디어들을 응모할 수 있다. 이렇게 응모된 신사업 아이디어들은 선정위원회에서 엄선하여 인터넷 게재가 이루어진다. 소상공인진흥원 지식서비스부 관계자는 "이런 신사업 아이디어를 지속적으로 올리는 것은 국내 창업 환경이 너무 요식업 쪽으로 집중되기 때문이다"며 "잠재 창업자들이 다양한 신사업 아이디어를 접하고 좀 더 창의적인 창업을 시도했으면 좋겠다'고 밝혔다. 다양한 신사업 아이디어 정보 중에는 해외 자판기 관련 신사업 아이디어도 올라와 있다. 기발한 차원을 넘어 사업적인 성공을 한 아이템도 적지 않다. 최근 1-2년 동안 해외에서는 어떠한 흥미진진한 신사업 아이템이 화제를 모았을까?

The purpose of this study is to research and analyse the end user's satisfactions concerning the architecture, design, format, terminology, query formulation, hits, that is, the primary factors of the search mechanism in digital libraries. and then, to present its improvements. The search mechanism of National Digital Library in Korea is decided as the sample, and the 80 students who majored in the library and information science are selected as subjects. The end user's satisfactions are measured by questionnaire.

90년도 들어 WWW의 등장과 함께 TCP/IP를 이용하는 인터넷의 폭발적인 사용증가로 인해 TCP/IP를 ATM 네트워크에서 사용하기 위한 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 현재 IP의 제한적인 기능 및 여러 가지 오버헤드로 인해 ATM 네트워크에서 IP를 효율적으로 운용하는데 많은 문제가 따르고 있다. 현재까지의 연구로는 ABR 또는 UBR 위에서 TCP/IP를 서비스하는 방안이 제시되고 있고, ABR을 TCP/IP의 전송수단으로 사용하는 경우 발생될 수 있는 문제점 및 스위치에서의 버퍼 요구량 등에 대한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 HTTP 트래픽이 갖는 특성으로 인해 TCP/ABR이 가질 수 있는 문제점을 도출하고 해결책을 제시했다. 향후에 제시된 방법들의 성능은 시뮬레이션 및 큐잉 이론 등을 이용한 해석이 필요하다.

We describe the MiniWeb[7] TCP/IP stack (mIP), which is an extremely small implementation of the TCP/IP protocol suite running 8 or 32-bit micro controllers intended for embedded control systems, and satisfying the subset of RFC1122 requirements needed for host­to-host interoperability over different platforms. Our TCP/IP implementation does sacrifice some of TCP's mechanisms such as fragmentation, urgent data, retransmission, or congestion control. Our implementation is applicable to web based controllers. The network protocols are tested in operational networks using CommView and Dummynet where the various operational parameters such as bandwidth, delay, and queue sizes can be set and controlled.

2011년 말 김학용 국회의원의 발의로 '축산계열화사업에 관한 법률안'이 국회를 통과하면서 축산계열화사업이 새로운 국면을 맞이하게 되었다. 본회가 이 법의 필요성을 제기한지 3년 만에 이룬 성과이다. 축산계열화사업법은 축산계열화사업의 발전기반을 강화하고 축산농가와 축산계열화사업자 간의 공정한 거래와 상호협력 관계를 도모하고자 제정하게 되었다. 본 법은 공포 후 1년이 경과한 날로부터 시행되는데 향후 시행령과 시행규칙 등을 가다듬어 빠르면 내년 상반기에 시행될 것으로 기대된다. 이미 공정거래위원회에서 육계계열화사업 표준약관을 발표(본회 홈페이지 http//www.poultry.or.kr 참조) 하는 등 육계분야에서 발 빠른 움직임을 보이고 있다. 본고는 이번에 제정된 축산계열화법 전문을 소개하여 축산인 및 양계인들의 이해를 도모코자 하였다.

본 연구에서는 웹 기반 감성데이터베이스구축 및 보급을 위한 연구의 일환으로 G72단계 연구결과 보고서에서 제시된 시뮬레이터 관련자료와 현재 인터넷에 등록된 시뮬레이터에 대한 자료들을 조사, 정리하고, Web 상에서 정보제공을 하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 자료들은 1995년부터 1998년까지 수행된 '선도기술 개발사업(G7)의 2단계 연구의 주요 결과에 대한 지표화 및 보급을 위한 연구' 수행 중에 획득한 자료를 중심으로 정리되었다. 이들 지표 가운데에서 시뮬레이터에 관련된 소개물 및 Web site에 대한 연구결과가 1차적으로 정리되었고, 보다 많은 정보를 지원하기 위해 인터넷에서 시뮬레이터에 관련된 site가 keywords로 검색되어 정리되었다. 감성공학 2 단계 연구에서 시뮬레이터의 개념은 종합적 감성측정평가를 하기 위한 통합적 의미의 시뮬레이터이며, 일본의 HQL (Research Institute of Human Engineering for Quality Life) 연구소의 시뮬레이터가 이것과 가장 근접한 형태라고 할 수 있다. 그 외의 시뮬레이터들은 통합 시뮬레이션 보다는 각각의 목적에 맞추어 제작, 개발된 형태가 주를 이루고 있었다. 본 고는 현재 http://www.gamsung.or.kr 내의 '감성도서관'에서 제공하고 있는 시뮬레이터 관련 사이트에 대한 전반적인 소개와 세부항목에 대한 내용을 중심으로 기술하였다.

유비쿼터스 환경에서의 일반 사용자를 위한 흠 네트워크의 실현은 다양한 가전 제품군의 홈 네트워크 미들웨어들이 표준화되고 상용 장비에도 장착이 되어 실용화된다. 흠 네트워크 환경에서 UpnP (Universal Plug and P1ay) HAVI (Home audio/video interoperability) HNCP(Home Network Control Protocol)등과 같은 개별 단체 표준 미들웨어들을 탑재하고 있는 이종 정보가전기기들 간의 상호연동성을 제공하고，홈 네트워크 미들웨어들을 쉽게 수용하기 위해서 Universal Middleware Bridge 시스템 규격을 ITA 표준안에서 정의하였다. TTA의 Universal Middleware Bridge(UMB)를 표준화로 제안되고 있는 범용 미들웨어 브릿지(UMB)는，SOAP/HTTP 기반의 UMB 메시지 전송/수신 기능을 가지고 있는 Universal Middleware Bridge Core(UMB-C)와 접속 설정 기능과 UMB 메시지를 수신，해석，생성，전송하는 기능을 가지고 있는 Universal Middleware Bridge Adaptor(UMB-A)로 구성 된다. UMB 메시지는 3가지 범주로 분류된 메커니즘이 있다. 첫 번째는 미들혜어의 접속과 해제에 관련된 메커니즘이고，두 번째는 장치 접속/해제에 관한 메커니즘이며，세 번째는 장치에 대한 제어/감시/이벤트에 관한 메커니즘이 있다. 본 논문에서는 미들웨어 운영 메커니즘에 서비스 품질 패키지，경고 메시지에 대한 메커니즘을 추가 설계하였다.
