라이다 반사형 중공구조 검은색 물질의 개발 및 코어 에칭 폐액 재활용을 통한 반도체용 에폭시 몰딩 컴파운드 응용 (Synthesis of LiDAR-reflective Hollow-structured Black Materials and Recycling of Their Etched Waste for Semiconductor Epoxy Molding Compound)

  • 연구에서는 실리카/티타니아 코어/쉘(STCS) 물질을 기반으로 환원 및 에칭을 통해 근적외선 반사율을 향상시킬 수 있는 라이다 반사형 중공구조 검은색(B-HST) 물질을 제조하였다. 또한, 에칭 폐액을 수거 및 재활용하여 합성한 실리카(e-SiO2) 물질을 반도체 에폭시 몰딩 컴파운드용(EMC) 필러 소재로서 응용하였다. 상세히는, 연속적인 졸-겔법, 환원법 및 초음파법을 통해 제조한 B-HST 물질은 높은 NIR 반사율(31.1%)과 실제 검은색 페인트와 유사한 명도(L*=13.2)를 나타내었으며, 이를 통해 성공적으로 라이다에 인식될 수 있는 소재가 제조되었음을 확인하였다. 추가적으로, B-HST 물질의 합성 과정에서 코어 실리카를 에칭하여 추출한 실라놀 전구체를 포함하는 에칭 폐액을 수거한 뒤, 졸-겔법을 통해 균일한 필러용 실리카로 합성하였으며, 에폭시 고분자 및 카본블랙과의 혼합을 통해 반도체 패키지용 소재인 EMC로 제조하였다. 실험으로 제조된 EMC는 상용화된 EMC 제품과 유사한 물리적-화학적 특성을 나타냄을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 물질의 합성과 효과적인 재활용법의 설계를 통하여 4차 산업시대에 부합하는 고부가 가치 소재들인 자율주행차 차량용 검은색 물질과 반도체용 EMC 물질들을 성공적으로 제조하고 미래 산업에서의 응용 가능성에 대해 제시하였다.

기술현황분석 - 트랙터용 기계-유압식 무단변속기(DMT) 연구현황

  • 기계-유압식 무단변속기인 DMT는 농촌의 고령화의 추세에 맞물려 중 대형 트랙터의 핵심기술로 부각되고 있다. DMT는 기계동력과 유압동력인 두 개의 전달 구조를 조합하고 서로의 단점을 보완함으로써 기동력이 우수하고, 변속충격이 거의 없고, 전달효율이 향상되고 있다. 트랙터용 DMT는 유압동력을 전달하는 HST, 기계동력을 분배 뽀는 합성하는 유성기어 장치, 전진과 후진을 선택하는 전 후진 클러치, 출력축을 정지하는 브레이크 등으로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 DMT의 핵심기술인 HST와 유성기어장치에 대한 내부구조 및 동력전달을 해석하고 시제품의 실험결과를 제시하여 국내에서 진행되고 있는 DMT의 연구현황을 소개하고자 한다.

HST의 효율을 고려한 속도제어 (Speed control of a hydrostatic transmission with efficiencies considered)

  • For the HST(Hydrostatic Transmission) consisted of a variable displacement axial piston pump and motor, a speed controller with efficiencies considered is proposed. To consider a efficiency in speed control, the displacements of pump and motor which maximize a steady state efficiencies with a various load torque are calculated through computer simulation and these results are reflected to speed controller which has PI control structure with cross over control scheme. It is shown through computer simulation that the proposed controller gives better steady state efficiencies compared with the conventional controller and good transient responses.

  • The paper proposes a new method for measuring the flow ripple generated by an axial piston pump and motor in a hydrostatic transmission. The method is based on dynamic characteristics between pressure and flow ripple in the pipeline. Also, the self-checking functions develop for the evaluation of accuracy and dynamic response of estimated results by the method proposed here. The experiment carry out open circuit type hydrostatic transmission. By using the self-checking functions, the validity of the method is investigated by comparison with the measured and estimated flow and pressure ripples, and good agreement is achieved.

  • As the delay of the Kyungbu High Speed Railroad, HST should use conventional line through Daegoo to Pusan until the new railroad build. High speed railroad noise is one of the main causes of environmental impact. Whenever HST on conventional railroad line is planned or a housing project near an existing railroad is proposed, an estimate of the relevant noise levels is usually required. For this, it is necessary to quantify those parameters that affect the railroad noise. This paper deals with an estimation of high speed railroad noise on conventional line.

  • High speed railroad noise is one of the main causes of environmental impact. An estimate of the relevant noise levels is usually required in order to evaluate the noise barrier and the anti-noise trailer. This paper introduce the test procedure and the estimate for HST noise. The aim of this is to measure, by means of a test, the level of acoustic pressure present during the passing of a KTX(Korea Train Express), in order to satisfy the contractual requirements and the noise criteria. A number of measurements are carried out in order to estimate noise impact by HST along test track.

  • 1. 배나무 잎의 병반으로부터 분리한 24개의 Alternaria 균주의 병원성 검정결과 이십세기(二十世紀) 잎에서 분리한 7개 균주만이 감수성 품종(이십세기(二十世紀))에만 병원성을 나타내었고 만삼길(晩三吉), 장십랑(長十郞), 신고(新高)에서 분리한 나머지 균주들은 병원성이 없었다. 2. 병원성 균주의 배양노액(培養瀘液) 중에는 감수성 품종에만 잎멱 괴사(壞死)를 유발시키는 기주특이적(寄主特異的) 독소(毒素)(HST)를 생성함을 알 수 있었으며 비병원성 균주는 기주특이적(寄主特異的) 독소(毒素)(HST) 생성능력이 없었다. 3. 병원균이 생성하는 HST(AK독소(毒素))를 이용하여 배품종간 병해저항성 검정을 실시하였던 바 AK독소(毒素)는 병원균에 감수성인 이십세기(二十世紀)와 신수(新水) 품종에만 독성(毒性)을 나타내었고 만삼길(晩三吉), 장십랑(長十郞), 신고(新高)등의 저항성 품종에는 독성(毒性)을 나타내지 않았다. 4. AK독소(毒素)를 이용하여 배잎의 성숙도(成熟度)(aging)에 따른 병해감수도의 변동을 조사하였던 바 어린 잎일수록 AK독소(毒素)에 대하여 감수성이었으며 성숙한 잎(전엽(展葉) 2주후)은 저항성을 나타내었다.

Optimization of the anti-snow performance of a high-speed train based on passive flow control

  • In this paper, the improvement of the anti-snow performance of a high-speed train (HST) is studied using the unsteady Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes simulations (URANS) coupled with the Discrete Phase Model (DPM). The influences of the proposed flow control scheme on the velocity distribution of the airflow and snow particles, snow concentration level and accumulated mass in the bogie cavities are analyzed. The results show that the front anti-snow structures can effectively deflect downward the airflow and snow particles at the entrance of the cavities and alleviate the strong impact on the bogie bottom, thereby decrease the local accumulated snow. The rotational rear plates with the deflecting angle of 45° are found to present well deflecting effect on the particles' trajectories and force more snow to flow out of the cavities, and thus significantly reduce the accretion distribution on the bogie top. Furthermore, running speeds of HST are shown to have a great effect on the snow-resistance capability of the flow control scheme. The proposed flow control scheme achieves more snow reduction for HST at higher train's running speed in the cold regions.

  • Most of tractors in the world have manual gear transmission, and some of small tractors have hydrostatic trans-mission(HST). Since the HST is expensive and has low power efficiency, it is being used for only small garden tractors. The continuously variable transmission(CVT) is an alternative to the HST or power-shift gear transmissions. The driver of the CVT tractor doesn't have to operate a shift lever since the CVT controller automatically controls the speed of tractor. Thus, it is much easier to operate the CVT tractor. For the easy and stable control of the CVT tractor, an appropriate control algorithm should be developed and the dynamic modeling should be carried out before making the prototype of CVT controller. This study was conducted to develop a simulation model of the CVT control system needed to develop a PID control algorithm. The simulation model consisted of variator dynamics, hydraulic system and control computer. And the simulation model was verified by experiment. The results obtained in this study can be utilized in the design of CVT tractors for practical use, but a lot of field tests and improvement of softwares would be necessary.

HST archival survey of intracluster globular clusters in Virgo cluster

  • Recently it is found that the globular clusters are not only bound in their host galaxies, but also are wandering between galaxies in Virgo and Coma clusters. The cluster-wide distribution of these intracluster globular clusters (IGCs) suggests that IGCs are an important probe to understand hierarchical structure formation. We present a survey of IGCs in Virgo cluster using HST archive images for four HST/ACS fields located from about 9 arcmin to 40 acrmin from the cluster center. We find ten new IGCs and confirm four previously known IGCs. The number density of IGCs decreases as the distance from the cluster center increases. We derive integrated photometry of IGCs. We also obtain photometry of resolved stars in the outer region of each cluster. These IGCs are fainter than $M_V{\approx}-9.5$ and mostly blue in (V-I) color. showing that they are mostly metal poor. The locations of red giant branch stars of IGCs in color-magnitude diagrams also show that they are meal-poor. We discuss the implications of these results.
