Small & medium sized company is the most efficient way of management to prevent my accident in the area of industry. Employees are more than 30 to less than 50 persons and which is liable for securing a safety manager on site, is gradually seen on the surface. Even a small company is nothing less than a dead zone from a safety since it's free from his obligation of employing a safety manager. Let us now think about the effective measures against a industrial accident by collecting, reviewing a variety of preventive measures, which is being carried out for preventing an industrial accident happening in a small company, and comparing, analyzing the effect according to the respective measures. Through this research, it's expected to contribute to both the development of small & medium sized company and our national economy with the improvement of a company's competitiveness and the accumulation of technical background by way of prevention from occurring industrial accident in a small & medium sized company, in accordance with an friendly environment of work room to protect the employee from leaving his job.

The success and failure of any project depends upon many factors, the Project Manager is considered to be the key contributor to the success of any project, as well as a guide to the team members to achieve the client satisfaction (Cost, Time and Quality). Therefore the main aim of this paper is to provide a practical approach for understanding the importance of the Project Manager and his effectiveness to the success of the construction projects. In addition, the Project Manager's roles, responsibilities and duties have direct impact to the success of the construction projects. In order to identify the thoughts and opinion of the construction industry on this particular assertion, a quantitative study was carried out within the UK construction industry. The result of the study shows that there is an extremely strong correlation between the Project Manager and the success of the construction projects. In construction projects the Project Manager is considered to be one of the most important people who can lead and drive the projects in the right direction and conclude construction projects successfully. Moreover, these can play the most important role regarding the improvement of the organization's performance, the organization's profitability and the client's satisfaction. The research confirmed that the Project Manager is a very essential element to the success of the construction project and have an impact at every stage of the construction project. So it concluded that selection of a Project Manager should be carefully done with regard to experience, knowledge, power/authority and good understanding to the kind of the project.

본 연구는 재일 한인 디아스포라 3세 손 마사요시의 어떠한 정체성과 가치관이 기업의 성공에 영향을 미쳤는지 연구하였다. 한 기업의 경영 방식은 경영자의 정체성과 가치관에 따라 크게 좌우되고, 이는 기업의 성공에도 영향을 미치게 된다. 재일한인디아스포라 3세 경영자인 손 마사요시의 정체성과 가치관에 대한 사례 연구 결과, 성공의 열쇠는 첫째, 탈민족적인 성향과 미국유학을 통한 글로벌 세계?, 둘째, 차별과 억압된 성장기와 료마의 영향으로 형성된 도전정신, 셋째, 재일한인디아스포라로서의 콤플렉스 극복을 통해 생겨난 오뚝이 정신, 넷째, 조모 이원조를 통한 사람중심 경영이념 등으로 나타났다. 이러한 그의 정체성과 가치관들은 소프트뱅크의 경영 방식에 복합적으로 영향을 주었고, 이는 기업의 성공으로 이어졌다. 따라서 본 연구는 재일한인디아스포라 3세 연구에 대한 또 다른 시각을 제공하고 있다. 특히 재일 한인 디아스포라에 대한 기업 연구가 부족한 가운데 재일한인 3세 경영인과 그가 경영하고 있는 글로벌 기업에 대한 연구라는 점에서 본 연구는 의미가 있다.

현재 RFID를 이용한 활용분야는 의료, 유통, 제조, 보안 등 다양하게 확장되고 있다. 또한, 학교에서도 도서대출 및 학생출석 관리 등의 RFID를 이용한 시스템에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서 개발한 기숙사 관리 시스템은 서포트 프로그램, 객실관리 프로그램, 관리자 프로그램, 모바일 프로그램 등으로 구성된다. 서포트 프로그램은 학생들의 기숙사 출입 내역을 웹에서 확인할 수 있으며, 관리자와 학생이 각각의 모드로 접근하여 그 정보를 확인 할 수 있다. 객실관리 프로그램은 입력받은 RFID의 태그 정보로 데이터베이스 서버에 저장된 정보를 조회한 후, 출입여부와 전원사용을 관리한다. 관리자 프로그램은 객실관리 프로그램의 운영을 위해 필요한 객실상태 및 객실 내 비품에 대한 입력 및 수정이 가능하고, 학생의 입실 및 객실 사용현황 정보 등을 설정하고 검색할 수 있다. 모바일 프로그램에서는 관리자가 입실한 학생과 미 입실한 학생의 상태를 확인할 수 있고, 이와 동시에 미 입실한 학생의 자세한 인적사항을 확인할 수 있다.

This study is to study the peculiar world of work that endeavored the stage setting and costume production in Ballet-russe centered around one of 20th representative artist Pablo Picasso and Diaghilev. Picasso worked four pieces ballets such as parade, Le Tricorne, Puchnella, and Le train bleu with Diaghilev. The originality of costume was well represented without losing the whole work's sense of unity. and designed foreasy movement as well as visual effect. As cubic is most common in parade especially, cubic stave costume were introduced at dancing costume of Paris manager and New York manager flrst time in Ballet's history. Picasso used the Cubism for dancer's beautiful appearance and primary color and decoration for oriental feeling. Picasso pursued the beauty and action at the same tome, and tried to represent the stage setting, impersonation and costume towards units, so the Importance of his work has still been referring.

본 연구는 선행연구에서 정립된 신경영 프레임워크에 기반을 둔 신경영자 모델을 연구하기 위해 수행되었다. 경영 주체로서의 경영자 관점과 경영의 대상인 객체로서의 경영자 관점을 모두 포용하는 신경영자론을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 현대 경영자가 왜 기존 경영자와 달라져야 하는지 그 이유를 논리적으로 제시하였다. 현대경제사회가 기존 경제사회와 달라졌고, 경영의 대상인 현대 조직이 기존 조직과 달라졌으며, 경영자에게 요구되는 과업이 기존의 과업과 달라졌음을 논리적으로 설명하였다. 새로운 경영자에게 요구되는 경영자 모델을 현대경제철학인 서비스철학의 구조와 프로세스 모델에 기반하여 제시하였다. 제시된 경영자 모델에 따라, 새로운 경영자에게 요구되는 과업과 그 과업을 수행하기 위한 경영자로서의 필수 소양을 제시하였다. 또한 경영자에게 요구되는 소양을 가진 경영자가 수행해야하는 역할 모델을 제시하였다. 고객과 하나가 되는 경영자 역할, 자신의 비이성성까지도 통제하는 경영자 역할, 분별과 비분별을 병행하는 경영자 역할, 강한 카리스마와 물과 같은 부드러움을 겸비한 유연한 리더십 역할, 규정과 비규정을 포용하는 관리자 역할, 비전과 무비전 경영을 병행하는 경영자 역할, 경쟁과 비경쟁을 모두 활용하는 경영자 역할 모델 등을 도출하였다. 경영자는 두 개의 상반되는 역할을 태극식 모델로 포용하며 각 역할이 지닌 자체 모순을 시공간 차원에서 해결하면서 발전해가는 나선형 변증법적 사이클로 경영활동을 수행해야 함을 제시하였다. 대한민국 태극기에서 사용한 주역의 감괘와 리괘 모델을 차용하여 두 대립자를 내부 및 외부에 포용하는 방식과 시공간축의 변화에 따른 변증법적 경영 실행과정을 제시하였다. 향후 연구로는 신경영자 모델에 대한 실증적 분석적 연구들이 필요하다. 본 연구를 확장하여 실용적인 모델로 발전시키고, 이를 분석적 방법으로 검증하는 연구들이 필요하다.

This paper aims to suggest the compromising vision of nature and technology as the solution to get out of the globally accelerated technology environment in Don DeLillo's Cosmopolis. This novel intends to emphasize on the importance of physical environment as a precondition for the survival of human. Eric wants to be a posthuman with the cybernetic idea, pursuing to be the digital self in a vast biosphere that integrates both the nature and the technology. His obsessive worship of technology through his quest for the futurity results in the effacement of the humanity and the insulation from the nature. Cosmopolis is DeLillo's first 9/11 novel, which describes a young-billionaire asset manager Eric's one-day life in New York in April 2000. Eric can be the third Twin Tower as a symbol of global economic hegemony. By the allusion of the 9/11 catastrophic event, it can be said that Eric's fall is caused by his hubris and avarice as a global capitalist. Crossing the 47th Street toward the West in his limousine, his journey is revealed as the environmental reflections on his desires to attain the futurity and transcendence by technology. This novel cautions that the abuse of technology can bring out the obsolescence and erasure of the humanity and the nature. DeLillo suggests that the best hope for the evolutionary possibility of posthuman can be realized through the correlation with nature and technology. This future-oriented novel warns that the excessive technology should not lead to the disappearance of community and humanity, and the separation of self and nature. It admonishes that they should not follow pseudo-cosmopolitanism as the greedy world citizens, devoting on the velocity of newest technology. This novel recommends that humans should be the world citizen of global ecosystem, making the ameliorative environment through the correlation with self/environment and technology/nature, and gardening the restorative biosphere and the younger planet.

The aspect of consciousness of drifting people expressed in Wang Shizhen's works accurately reflects the trajectory of his life. Living in the environment of the people, he had to play a dual role in caring for and managing the people's society while serving as a manager of Qing dynasty in the home of the people during his youth. In the middle age, when Qing Dynasty was already stabilizing, the consciousness of drifting people gradually disappeared as the wounds and pains of the past were gradually diluted, showing a tendency to take care of life and return to their hometowns.

At SIC 2001, Popescu proposed m efficient group signature scheme for large groups［1］. However, this paper shows that his scheme is to be insecure by presenting a signature forgery. Using our attack, anyone (not necessarily a group member) can forge a signature on a message m, and sine the attacker doesn't have to be the group member, the revocation manager cannot reveal the identity of the signer. Additionally, we modify Popescue's scheme to prevent the forgeary.
