  • In recent years, many automatic classification approaches have been employed. An automatic classification method can be effective, time-saving and can produce objective results due to the exclusion of operator intervention. This paper proposes a classification method based on automated training for high resolution multispectral images using ancillary data. Generally, it is problematic to automatically classify high resolution images using ancillary data, because of the scale difference between the high resolution image and the ancillary data. In order to overcome this problem, the proposed method utilizes the classification results of a Landsat image as a medium for automatic classification. For the classification of a Landsat image, a maximum likelihood classification is applied to the image, and the attributes of ancillary data are entered as the training data. In the case of a high resolution image, a K-means clustering algorithm, an unsupervised classification, was conducted and the result was compared to the classification results of the Landsat image. Subsequently, the training data of the high resolution image was automatically extracted using regular rules based on a RELATIONAL matrix that shows the relation between the two results. Finally, a high resolution image was classified and updated using the extracted training data. The proposed method was applied to QuickBird and SPOT-5 images of non-accessible areas. The result showed good performance in accuracy assessments. Therefore, we expect that the method can be effectively used to automatically construct thematic maps for non-accessible areas and update areas that do not have any attributes in geographic information system.

  • Existing model houses have played an important role in allow the customers to choose apartment. As the information technology has been advanced (e.g. a high-speed internet available in unit), customers' personality and preference to the design of apartment and the purchasing pattern have been changed. Construction firms have introduced VR(Virtual Reality) model house (e.g. Quick Time Virtual Reality) to meet the customers' expectation and need. The reality-based QTVR model house does not provide enough quality to satisfy the customers' expectation. To complement the shortcoming of the QTVR model house, this study presents a web-based cyber model house developed by using Turntool and Javascript. The cyber model house allows to communicate between supplier and customer over the internet.

  • We have been working on data processing and calibration of AKARI/IRC images from pointed observations. As of September 2014, a data package for each pointing only contains raw data and quick-look data, so that users have to process them using the toolkit by themselves. We plan to change this situation and to provide science-ready data sets, which are easy-to-use for non-AKARI experts. For Phase 1&2, we have updated dark and flat calibrations, and also the toolkit itself to produce images more reliable and easier to use. A new data package includes fully calibrated images with WCS information. We released it for about 4000 pointings at the end of March 2015.

  • The market, development and trend of Lithium ion Batteries in China are introduce briefly. Early, Chinese manufactories were busy to expand and many new battery factories have been built up. Now, the relatively large companies pay more attentions on comprehensive quality improvement, therefore the production processing and facilities have been also modified in some extent. The recent technology progresses focus on High capacity (energy density), High rate, High average voltage, High safety, High temperature properties, Long cycle life, Low temperature properties, Low self discharge, Low cost, Super-large, Super-small, Super-thin, Consistency, Customization, and Environment friendly processing, simply $H_5L_4S_3C_2E_1$. Lithium ion polymer batteries which all batteries packaged with soft lamination film are named as in China have a quick growth and emphasized here because of their advantages ins $H_5L_4S_3C_2E_1$ for which it is quite difficult to be realized at the same time. Some of research works such as listed above are introduced. The other contends related to application trend of Lithium ion batteries and projects carrying out are also included.

  • Structures with soft story irregularity have been seriously damaged in earthquakes. Therefore, the analysis of dynamic behavior of structures with soft story irregularity is of great value and relevance. In this study, a certain method will be used to discover the displacements and internal forces and to find out results about soft story irregularity. For this study, the multi-story frame-hinged shear wall system has been used as a model according to the continuous calculation system. The dynamic characteristics of the system have been obtained by analyzing the governing differential equation of the system. The dynamic characteristics have been calculated for a practical and quick analysis as indicated in tables. The suggested method is wholly based on manual calculation. A spectral analysis can be easily conducted with the help of Tables provided by this study. A sample has been solved and compared to the finite elements method to study the suitability of the method suggested at the end of this study.

  • Dynamic characteristics of water hammer arresters installed in a building water supply system have been investigated numerically by utilizing a commercial code that employs the method of characteristics. Some preliminary results with those arrester models produced in this study agree well with the previously reported. Then, the arrester models have been incorporated into a water supply pipe system of a 59 $m^2$apartment unit constructed by a leading construction company, and their dynamic characteristics have been investigated, especially on the reduction in the water hammer pressure. It is found that the setting of the arresters in the pipe system, which is recommended by the company, may not be proper for reducing the pressure down below 1,082.0 kPa (10.0 kg$g_f$/$cm^2$) when quick-closure valves in the pipe system are closed within 30 ms at the static pressure of 542.6 kPa (4.5 kg$g_f$/$cm^2$). More arresters in the system may be required to meet pressure criteria stated on the related standards and codes.

  • With cyberattack techniques on the rise, there have been increasing developments in the detection techniques that defend against such attacks. However, cyber attackers are now developing fileless malware to bypass existing detection techniques. To combat this trend, security vendors are publishing analysis reports to help manage and better understand fileless malware. However, only fragmentary analysis reports for specific fileless cyberattacks exist, and there have been no comprehensive analyses on the variety of fileless cyberattacks that can be encountered. In this study, we analyze 10 selected cyberattacks that have occurred over the past five years in which fileless techniques were utilized. We also propose a methodology for classification based on the attack techniques and characteristics used in fileless cyberattacks. Finally, we describe how the response time can be improved during a fileless attack using our quick and effective classification technique.

  • Rural communities have been isolated from social and economic changes underway in the broader society. Trends towed an urbanized society have depopulated many rural areas (Flora, et al, 1992). The South Korean government has targeted efforts toward an urban centered economic development policy, which has neglected the rural areas. The South Korean government also has indoctrinated rural community development with a quick-fix approach. Self-directed economic organizations based in rural South Korea began to emerge in the late 1980s. Since the 1980s, South Korean agricultural sectors have been overshadowed by globalism. McMichael (1996) stated that rural communities have two options. A immunity should either End its niche (i.e. the commodities or products that can have advantages in the international trade market) or protest against globalism to survive if rural communities fail to find a niche under globalism. South Korean neat communities did not have enough natural resources nor enough money to invest for their rural community economic development programs. These limitations made it difficult for South Korean coral communities to compete in a global economic environment. Israel, Coleman, and Ilvento (1993) stated that local leadership is a critical component in the ability of communities to respond to lang-standing problems and emerging needs. Swinth and Alexander (1990) asserted that rural leaders are critical actors in rural community development. Whether rural communities succeed in finding their niche or not, the role of rural community leaders is important for rural communities to find ways to cope in the international agriculture market.

  • Glottal incompetence is one of the causative condition of hoarseness. There have been various methods to improve the glottal conditions. Vocal fold augmentation by injection under direct visual control is a quick and simple operation. Various vocal fold augmentation procedures have developed in recent years. Phonosurgical vocal fold injection can be classified as superficial or deep, by the location of the injection. The choice of material fir vocal fold injection is critical and should be determined by the injection location, technique, and the pathologic condition. There are multiple approaches or methods for vocal f31d injection ; the most widely used are presented in detail in this article.
