A Study on national responsibility to foster cultural contents and legal principles of vulgarity regulation

  • Constitution declares culture is area that without any interference from the state space, and so creates each person creative energy. It is a typical movie in culture. The film will be referred to as an important expression form as well as high value-added industries of cultural creativity of ethnic communities. Intervention of the state is necessary that by competing mechanisms of diverse opinions and ideas caused harm. State intervention is only to be operated at a minimum. The vulgarity causes young people have impulsive tendencies and affects adults adversely on on issues, regulation is possible for children and youth protection. This paper aims to suggest a new legislative measure about the legal principles of vulgarity regulation to solve this kind of problem efficiently. Some standard allowed vulgarity regulation on the principles of control.

  • Small wind turbines are becoming a viable technology option to supply electricity to landowners. These systems provide energy security, product relatively no environmental harm, and in an appropriate setting can be quite cost-competitive with traditional electricity options. This paper is dealing with the methods how to overcome such inconvenience and with the analysis of characteristic and a field test with a prototype of the stand alone wind turbine was performed. The method applies to small systems, equipped with a coreless axial-flux permanent magnet(AFPM) generator in the turbine, a dc-dc converter and batteries. The analysis concentrates on the effect of the load on the power-wind speed curve of the turbine. The system is designed for direct driven, coupled with turbine and generator with a rated power of, 3kW.

  • This paper presents an intelligent reclosing scheme to reduce a damage of power equipments in power distribution systems. As the number of reclosing shot increases, an power supply reliability is improved, but an impact of electric facilities by fault currents is accumulated. The proposed scheme determines the number of reclosing shots and its intervals according to ilie magnitude of fault current. Therefore, this scherre reduces a harm of electric facilities and muntains the power supply reliability. Case studies is performd to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme using field operation data.

  • The human beings have increased concern about energy saving and alternative energy. The Power demand has increased the growth of industry and the improvement of lift. We have to explore alternate energy sources and utilize effectively domestic resources. The lighting equipments developed energy saving by using an electric ballast. The load installation should be promoted to rational power management according to the network, intelligent and high-function.   • Locally and abroad, people's anxiety is now at a high due to CBRNE accidents. The accidents occur by various causes, and the scale of disaster could be enlarged. In this study, we focused on CBRNE education training program as a way of reducting damage of CBRNE accidents which could harm unspecified individuals and drew a parallel by a comparative analysis about CBRNE educational programs of domestic institutions.

  • The purpose of this paper is to identify the requirements for Surge Protective Devices (SPDs) used in protecting telecommunication and signalling system. All of these systems may be exposed to the effects of lightning and power line faults, either through direct contact or induction. These effects may subject the system to overvoltages or overcurrents or both, whose levels are sufficiently high to harm the system. SPDs are intended to provide protection against overvoltages and overcurrents caused by lightning and power line faults. This paper describes tests and requirements which establish methods for testing SPDs and determining their performance.

  • In chest x-ray radiography, intensifying screen is used to the exposed dose of patients. Recently, newer materials-rere earth elements-are used in intensifying screen. Authors studied the aspects of chest x-ray radiogram and obtained the results that rare earth element intensifying screen did not harm in detail and could reduce the exposed dose of patient by 1/24 and below.

  • The environmental pollution by noise is recognized by the pollution source made it not only to carry out harm of the Quality of a life of people seriously in most countries, but was generated for most actual problems. The measure to such environmental noise must conduct first investigation which noise generating currently regarded as questionable says in what grade has resulted and the suitable measure by that is studied. The concern of the residents who demand such a comfortable living environment is increasing rapidly. Therefore, the three areas of Jeollabuk-Do judged that noise is comparatively severe was selected. It is going to grasp delicately the noise actual condition of a residential, semi-residential, commercial, industrial area.

  • In recent years, both utilities and users have expressed their deep concerns about the quality of electric power. The harmonic is the one of power quality disturbance, it can raise a problem on the power system. In this paper, the increasing application of power electronic equipment [especially (ASDs adjustable speed drives)] on distribution systems has led to a growing concern for harmonic distortion and the resulting impacts on system equipment and operations. The purpose of this study is to calculate the quantity of harmonic voltage by varying the RECT side ASD load and to design the optimal harmonic filter for the elimination of harmonics.

  • The safety at this study is investigated by flow or stress analyses due to configuration or installation direction of fuel tank in the existing CNG bus. In case of the lower ceiling with sharp type, the equivalent stress due to the explosion of fuel tank is less than the type of flat or arc. it becomes safer on passenger. In case of the installation direction of fuel tank in the existing CNG bus, the stress applied on the lower ceiling at transverse direction becomes less than at longitudinal direction. It is more stable on the safety of passenger. The harm on the explosion accident can be prevented by use of the analysis result at this study.
