In this paper, interference effects between NGSO and HAPS in the feeder link have been simulated and analyzed by means of calculating excess time percent and duration below the C/I protection ratio. As the results, in the case of HAPS interference into NGSO, it can be obtained that the lowest C/I values are 27.42dB in 50km and 12.73dB in 20Km of HAPS altitudes, respectively. And in the case of NGSO interference into HAPS, it can be obtained that the lowest C/I values are 13.94dB and 10.42dB respectively. HAPS system has more interference reception from other systems or effects more interference into other systems as its altitude is lower. Also, the lowest C/I values are appeared at difference time with its altitude.

The bands 27.5 - 28.35GHz and 31.0 - 31.3GHz were allocated to the High Altitude Platform Station in WRC-2000. However, since these bands were already allocated to the existing fired-satellite service, the analysis on the interference effects between the existing FSS/GSO system and FS/HAPS system should be needed. To do study on the interference effects between above two systems, we can consider two frequency operational renditions, one is the Reverse mode and the other Forward mode. In this paper, we considered the Forward mode as the frequency operational condition and analyzed the interference effect from a number of GSO satellites to HAPS ground station due to the I/N values, the latitude of HAPS and the satellite separation. In future, these results will be vital data to share between HAPS and GSO systems.
WRC-2000 allowed HAPS to provide IMT-2000 service in the bands 1885-1980 MHz, 2010-2025 MHz and 2110-2170 MHz which have been utilized by the conventional terrestrial IMT-2000 service. In this paper, we analyze the interference effects from HAPS into terrestrial IMT-2000 system in adjacent band. To do this, in this paper, we have analyzed the interference and the sharing criteria between HAPS and the conventional terrestrial/satellite mobile system by considering the service and system requirements, the specification of system and developing the interference scenarios and the analysis algorithms.
In this paper, we analyze the interference effects between NGSO(Non-Geostationary Orbit) and HAPS(High Altitude Platform System) by dividing into two cases. The one is interference effects of HAPS into NGSO, the another is the interference effects of NGSO into HAPS. At the result, we canknow the interference effect into NGSO mobile station is the highest when position of NGSO is $95^{\circ}$. In this case, we can also know the interference effects from both HAPS and NGSO exceed interference criteria when the number of users are more than 20. And, in the case of the interference effect into HAPS mobile station, we can know it is the highest when elevation angle of NGSO is $87^{\circ}$, and the interference effects from both NGSO and HAPS exceed interference criteria when the number of users is more then 10. Moreover, the interference effect is the minimum, when elevation angle of NGSO is $64^{\circ}$, at this time, in case that the number of users of NGSO equal to the number of user of HAPS, the interference effects exceed interference criteria when the number of users is 190.

In this paper, HAPS operation scenario is proposed to minimize the interference from HAPS user terminal(HUT) to geostationary earth orbit(GEO) satellite receiver. The conventional scenario has been assumed for fully operated situation of HUT. However, all the HUTs could not be fully operated in a real system operation. Therefore, in order to reduce the interference to other systems, multibeam operation scenarios such as time division and adaptive time division methods are proposed and the interference effect of HUT to satellite receiver is evaluated according to various operation rate of HUT.

In this paper, we have analyzed the effects of interference from HAPS ground stations to P-MP FWA base station and to P-MP FWA terminal station using more detail parameters such as a new interference model, a realistic HAPS scenario, practical antenna patterns for both the HAPS system and FWA systems. The analysis results show that, in the case of interference from HAPS GSs into a P-MP BS, compatibility of the two systems can be obtained by using a sectored BS antenna with the boresight directed away from the nadir However, in the case of interference from HAPS GSs into a P-MP TS, the two systems cannot operate effectively in the same band unless the separation distance is guranteed and/or some form of interference mitigation technique is employed such as dynamic channel allocation.
This study conducted a survey on 163 parents in Korea to investigate their interest in plants, experience in growing plants, and perception on horticultural activity programs (HAP) for their children. Most children (80.4%) of the respondents had experience participating in HAPs, and most of their experience occurred during school hours in preschool educational institutions more than once a month (60.3%). The more interest in plants and experience in growing plants the parents had, the more experience the preschoolers had in participating in HAPs, which implies that the experience of the parents with plants affected their children's participation in HAPs. Parents' most preferred location of HAPs was preschool educational institutions, and most preferred time was school hours with a frequency of more than once a week (57.1%), which is more frequent than the current status of HAPs in preschool educational institutions. Parents also responded that the most preferred instructors of HAP has are those with a professional background in horticulture. Among the activities in HAP for preschoolers, parents most preferred cooking (M = 4.05) activity, and they did not dislike any of the activities. They responded that the facilities for HAP needed to be improved to make HAP more active in preschool educational institutions. Overall, based on the current results, developing suitable HAPs and facilities for preschoolers, fostering professional HAP instructors, and educating parents about horticulture would enhance HAPs in preschool educational institutions, thus providing preschoolers with many benefits of HAPs.
