2단(段) 2원(元) 흡수(吸收)사이클의 특성(特性)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (Themodynamic Characteristics of a Two-Stage Binary Absorption Cycle)

  • 본 연구는 $H_2O/LiBr$$NH_3/H_2O$계를 사용하는 2단2원 흡수식 사이클의 특성에 관한 연구이다. 이 사이클은 2개의 단효용 사이클로 이루어져 있으며, 저온단의 흡수기와 응축기에서 얻어진 열을 고온단의 증발기에서 이용하는 사이클로서 저온단의 증발기 및 응축기의 온도, 재생기 온도, 열교환 온도차를 파라메터로 하여 계산한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 2단2원사이클의 성립범위를 확인하였으며 본 계산조건에서 $50{\sim}70^{\circ}C$의 승온폭을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 $50^{\circ}C$의 난방온도를 얻기위한 최적재생온도는 $105^{\circ}C$, 최대 COP를 얻기위한 저온측사이클의 응축압력은 $16^{\circ}C$, 그리고 이 조건에서 저온측 사이클의 응축압력을 단효용 사이클의 경우보다 낮게 억제하는 것이 가능함을 알았다.

  • An experimental study on the characteristics of several kinds of packing materials was carried out in order to get the optimum design data for the packed-type rectification system of an NH$_3$/$H_2O$ GAX absorption heat pump. Several suitable packing materials were examined and the bulk of steel wire was shown as the most effective packing material in rectifier. The optimum volumetric ratio of packed steel wire in rectifier was obtained as around 36%. The performance results can be adapted in rectifier design of absorption heat pump.

  • The objective of this paper is to study the effects of the input gas flow rate and the ambient temperature variation on the absorption cycle performance. An air-cooled NH$_3$-$H_2O$ absorption chiller is tested in the present study. The nominal cooling capacity of the single effect maching is 17.6 ㎾ (5.0 USRT). The cooling capacity, coefficient of performance, burner efficiency, and each state point are measured with the variations of the heat input and the ambient temperature. It is found that the COP and cooling capacity increase with increasing the generator exit temperature up to a certain temperature and then decrease. It is also found that the COP and the cooling capacity decrease with increasing the ambient temperature. The maximum COP of 0.51 is obtained from the present experiment.

  • The metabolic fate of ginsenosides including gastrointestinat absorption, organ distribution, excretion and metabolism in liver was investigated by tracer studies using the radio-labeled ginsenosides. 3H-ginsenosides were shown to be absorbed from the mouse digestive tract and then to be excreted rapidly into urine and/or bile. Bile juice was concluded to play a significant role in absorption of ginsenosides. The total concentration of radioactivity persisted in tissues 24 hrs after oral administration was less than 1.3% of the administered dose and Rbl showed the highest value. The concentrations of radioactivity were relatively high in the liver and kidney. After administration of Rbl radioactivity was detected in the brain. After oral administration of 8H-ginsenosides, major component excreted into urine was found to be the intact ginsenosides and decomposed and/or metabolized products were found in GIT in the case of Rbl. 3H-ginsenoside Rbl was shown to be metabolized in the liver and the metabolite was suggested to be an acylated compound of Rbl by a certain organic acid.

  • The absorption characteristics of itraconazole, which is an antifungal agent, from intestinal segments in the anesthetized rat i1l situ were investigated in order to design an effective oral drug delivery system. The pH-solubility profile of itraconazole, the rate and extent of absorption of itraconazole, the optimal absorption site(s) of itraconazole and the absorption enhancing effect of sodium cholate on itraconazole were examined in the present study. In situ single-pass perfusion method and recirculating perfusion technique using duodenum(D), jejunum(J) and ileum(I) were employed for the calculation of apparent permeability(Pe) and apparent first-order rate constant(Kobs). respectively. The results of this study were as follows; (1) Itraconazole showed appreciable aqueous solubility only at pH values of below 2.0. (2) pe(cm/sec) decreased in the following order: $D(10.24{\pm}1.78{\times}10^{-4})>J(8.86{\pm}0.79{\times}10^{-4})>I(3.78{\pm}0.13 X 10^{-4})$. (3) $Kobs(min^{-1})$ decreased in the following order: $J(17.12{\pm}3.19{\times}10^{-3})>D(13.37{\pm}0.6{\times}10^{-3})>I(11.05{\pm}0.91{\times}10^{-3})$. (4) The solubility of itraconazole markedly increased with the increase of the concentration of sodium cholate. (5) The addition of 10 mM sodium cholate significantly increased the apparent first-order rate constant of itraconazole in the ileum by a factor of 6.8.

  • Packing tower has been used in the chemical industry and the protection of environment for a long time. In the view of environmental protection purification of exhaust gas can be performance effective by gas absorption in counter-current packing tower. In this study characteristics of hydraulic and mass transfer were investigated in D. $0.3m {\times} H. 1.4m$ packing tower with 50mn plastic Hiflow-ring. This study was carried out "Test systems were experimented in conditions of Air, $Air/H_2O. 인산흡수와 산성도와의 관계 (Relation of pH value to the availability of P32)

  • 1. The effect of the pH value on P32 absorption of leaves of three forest trees under the water culture is investigated. 2. The degree of the P32 absorption to the pH value is quite different in each forest tree. 3. The phosphorus contents are proved higher in the leaves of Quercus accutissima(the saw shaped oak) than in the leaves of Pinus densiflora(the red pine) and Lespedeza bicolar (bush clover). 4. Larger contents of phosphorus are found in acidity plots than in alkalinity. The leaves of treated plot of the pH 4 (red pine), of the pH 5.0 (bush clover), and of the pH 5.0-6.5 (saw shaped oak) have a higher nutrient capital as indicated by P32 compared with that of the other pH values. 5. It is also noticed that P32 absorption capacity is decreased with the higher pH values. 6. The content of P of leaves shows the lowest value in the plot of the pH 6.5 (pine), of the pH 7.5(bush clover), and of the pH 9.0(saw shaped oak). It is also noticed that the red pine is to do very well in acid cultivation and then follow bush clover and saw shaped oak in the order.

Hydrogen Desorption and Absorption Properties of MgH2, LiBH4, and MgH2 + LiBH4 Composite

  • To increase the hydrogen storage capacity of Mg-based materials, a sample with a composition of 69.7 wt% $MgH_2$ + 30.3 wt% $LiBH_4$ was prepared by planetary ball milling under hydrogen. The absorption and desorption properties of unmilled $MgH_2$, unmilled $LiBH_4$, and 69.7 wt% $MgH_2$ + 30.3 wt% $LiBH_4$ were examined. At 648 K the unmilled $MgH_2$ desorbed 5.70 wt% for 60 min. The unmilled $LiBH_4$ desorbed 6.40 wt% H for 780 min at 673 K. The 69.7 wt% $MgH_2$ + 30.3 wt% $LiBH_4$ sample desorbed 3.10 wt% H for 50 min, and 3.32 wt% H for 300 min at 623 K at the second cycle.

  • 본 연구는 반도체 크린룸에서 VOC(volatile organic compound)과 수분을 제거하기 위한 흡착로타에 관한 것이다. 흡착로타는 세라믹 페이퍼 허니컴 기질에 NaX 제올라이트와 TS-1 제올라이트로 만들어졌다. NaX 제올라이트는 수열합성법으로 합성되어졌으며, NaX 제올라이트 결정(2∼3 ㎛)을 seed로 합성 조성에 3∼5 wt%까지 첨가하여 5 ㎛의 균일한 NaX 제올라이트를 성장시켰다. Seed의 첨가는 seed를 첨가하지 않은 합성용액과 비교하여 결정의 크기가 크며, 균일한 NaX 제올라이트 결정을 성공적으로 합성하였다. TS-1 제올라이트는 초기 반응액의 pH를 변화시켜 합성하였다. 반응물의 pH는 10.0에서 11.5 까지의 범위를 가지며, PH 10.4에서 큰 기공(8∼10 (equation omitted))을 가진 TS-1 제올라이트(ETS-10)가 합성되는 반면 pH가 11.5에서는 작은 기공 (3∼5 (equation omitted))을 갖는 TS-1 제올라이트(ETS-4)가 합성되었다.

홍국의 황색색소 Monascin에 대한 안정성 연구 (Stability of Monascin Pigment Isolated from Monascus purpureus)

  • The stability of monascin yellow pigment isolated from Monascus purpureus was determined over a period of storage for the wide range of pH, various metal ions and antioxidants. The absorption maximum of monascin pigment was 385 nm. Monascin pigment was more stable in acid solutions than in alkaline (pH 9 and pH 11) during storage period. It was also observed the reduction of absorption was occur after 3 days storage. The stability of monascin pigment was not changed by adding the various metal ions of the concentration of 10-4 M, however, it was unstable by adding the Zn2+, Al3+ and Fe3+ of 103- M concentration. The antioxidants. BHA, BHT, cysteine and L-ascorbic acid, have no effects on the stability of monascin yellow pigment. Thus, it may be concluded that the monascin pigment is stable and useful food additives as the natural colorant except for the alkaline food and food containing the Zn2+, Al3+ and Fe3+.
